      This was the easiest most pleasant oil change that I have ever experienced. The employees were helpful with out being condescending, which was much appreciated. I was in and out unbelievably quickly. Very grateful for the great experience. I do not plan to ever have my oil changed any place else besides Take 5 Boone NC. ??

      The service was mindblowing! Professional, informative and VERY courteous! ****** ****** and his crew definitely made TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE in **************************** my #1 spot to get my car serviced! I'm spreading the word!

      They dumped oil all over my engine and took an hour for an oil change. They were very nice, but couldnt figure out how to open the hood of my car once I popped it. Couldnt figure out how to fill it. The manager told the other guy to stop no less then three times to stop, because oil was going everywhere. He was catching it in a bucket. My car still smells like burning oil

      Very overpriced service made to wait after tearing car apart for filter they had to have delivered 50 dollars for a 20 $ filter PLACE IS A SCAM

      Very disappointed with the service at take5 they are a ripoff charged my Daughter a $160.00 to flush out her radiator and it didnt even need done they told her that she couldnt leave until she had it flushed out because it was unsafe they are nothing more than scam artist and liars beware

      I got my oil changed at Take 5 Oil Change on *********** in ***************, AR on November 12th. The customer service was decent. They were understaffed, but the workers were friendly. The wait time and service combined took about 40 minutes. I paid and left thinking all was well.Over the next 17 days, my vehicle (unknown to me) slowly leaked out all of the oil. On November 29th, I was driving and started smelling something burning. My check engine light came on. I immediately pulled into the gas station beside me. I called a friend to come help me, and he checked the oil level. We discovered that it was completely bone dry. There was no oil in my vehicle at all.I never had an issue like this before taking my vehicle to Take 5. I am 100% sure Take 5 is responsible for the damage that caused the leak. The estimated repair is going to cost me over $1000.00.

      I've used Take 5 at least 4-5 times and they have always done a great job! Never had any problems and they are extremely kind everytime! Highly recommend!
