1 star************************* Chevrolet dealership ********** ** - INFLATED PRICES, UNETHICAL- A DISHONEST SERVICE MANAGER (CAUGHT IN A LIE), POOR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. Took my car to the dealership for a coolant leak and oil change. The "advocate" called me and I was quoted a price of looking at $4,000 with labor, i.e. water pump with labor - $1,371.57 and coolant surge tank with labor $513.86 plus other unrequested services. The quote noted "customer requests" a trans fluid exchange and a break fluid exhange which I DID NOT REQUEST. I attempted to call my "advocate" 3 times to inform her I would not be having my car serviced there and I was unable to reach her nor did I receive a return call. On my way to pick up my car, I called the service department at 5:21pm and was transferred to a service manager to inform him that I am coming to pick up my car and calling to make a payment by phone for the diagnosis that was done on my vehicle. He informed me that he COULD NOT RELEASE MY CAR TO ME AS MY CAR WAS NOT PUT TOGETHER AND THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS WERE GONE FOR THE **** WHEN I ASKED IF HE WOULD GO AND CHECK TO SEE IF IT WAS ON THE *** HE RESPONDED THAT HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT. He asked if I called to decline the services and I stated I made 3 attempts to call and left a voicemail with no response from my "advocate." Not satisfied with his response and VERY DISPLEASED WITH HIS UNWILLINGNESS TO CHECK, I turned around to go home to get my second set of keys. So upon arriving at the dealership, MY CAR WAS ON THE *** PUT TOGETHER!!!!!!!! IF A SERVICE MANAGER WAS SO VERY COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO LIE ABOUT SOMETHING AS SIMPLE OF MY CAR NOT BEING PUT TOGETHER WHEN IT WAS ON THE *** PUT TOGETHER MAKES ME QUESTION THE INTEGRITY OF ************************************************ AND THEIR INFLATED PRICING. I received a call from the head service manager and he was willing to take some action to try to make it right but it was too late as my car was already being serviced somewhere else nor are they trustworthy.Review fromClinton B

1 starI had a terrible experience with this dealership and client advisor. I expressed to him that I was interested in a specific x3 and provided him my range upfront with an expectation that the range was reasonable as long as I was committed to moving forward that day. After finding an x3 close to what I was looking for, the client advisor/sales manager came back with numbers that were significantly higher than what we initially discussed so I provided him with some numbers ran from another dealership with a similar priced x3 within my range. The client advisor came back after speaking with the sales manager and stated that he refused to provide any additional discount, he questioned why I didnt just move forward with the other dealership, and I was advised that they are a bigger dealership so if they miss out on my sale then they will just find someone else to purchase the vehicle. I wasnt upset regarding the dealership not wanting to match what the other dealership offered, I was upset because of how that conversation was handled with the client advisor. You should never make any customer feel undervalued and you should always do what you can to not let the customer leave feeling worse than when they entered. It saddens me how the sales advisor spoke to me and my friend, and left a really bad impression especially considering the fact that I drove over 2 hours to visit the dealership. I refuse to do business with this dealership in the future and will be sure to share this with my peers as well.Review fromWilliam H

1 star2023 Corolla SE in for warranty work. Infotainment 3.0 intermittent shuts down and reboots. Has done it a dozen times. Twice the day before on a ***** minutes ride from *************** to ************. Twice on the way to the dealership same timeframe. Dropped off 9:30 am. Monitoring the car with my phone I responded to their "thank you for choosing"text at 11am. Said don't let it sit there all day then call me with "could not duplicate" common practice to clear the field when overbooked. It finally moved 12:30 pm. At 2:30 Pm the "could not duplicate" was exactly the call I got. ( All times approximate, within half hour). Got nowhere with the service writer. Got to the dealer and talked with the service manager. Upon several times of telling him they need to drive it to duplicate, he kept telling me he couldn't provide a tech for that and the time involved. I finally told him that isn't my problem this car has **** miles on it and is under warranty. He promptly told me your car, your problem. Real unprofessional, especially since they made no attempt ,whatsoever to actually do what it takes to fix the issue besides a 0.5 hr hard reset. I took the car got less than 5 miles down the road and it happened again. I returned to tell the service manager to note the failure on the service record. I again told him the need to drive it. During his stonewalling, Hendrick Corporate returned my call. Answering the call and they realized who it was, I then was offered a tech to ride along by a director who was present during the entire previous encounter. Epic fail on both their parts. Quick to sell, terrible at standing behind their product. I will ride along, hopefully this will not require another lack of service review.Review fromTaylor C

1 starMy sales experience at Hendrick auto in **** was initially very pleasant; however, 2 months after I bought my certified pre-owned 2020 ***** bolt I attempt to charge it to 100% and it will not charge past 80%. I come to find out that to fulfill the remaining lot recalls ***** installed a software fix to limit charging on the vehicle until the battery is considered safe. When I purchased the vehicle from *********************************** at hendrick I explicitly asked if the car had a new battery. I should have paid attention to his language. He technically didn't lie to me, but he answered that yes all recalls on the vehicle were satisfied a d they couldn't sell the vehicle otherwise. So yes the recalls were fulfilled, but unbeknownst to me this meant the bolt I BOUGHT did NOT have a new battery as ******** very much led me to infer. Buying this bolt with a NEW battery was the NUMBER ONE consideration for my purchasing of the vehicle. How do I trust the service that is now tied to Hendrick and my vehicle. One should NOT have to hire a lawyer when buying a car just to determine if sales people are willfully or negligently omitting material facts about a purchase. Hendrick looks nice and polished, but they're as slimy and untruthful as any other fly by night car salesman. If you do buy there go on Reddit and every other site and user forums to make sure to they are not pulling the wool over your eyes. Caveat emptor indeed.Review fromJesus C

1 starI have been discriminated, racially, profiled and accused about an occurrence that I am oblivious to or have Any consensus of this ever happening. Do not go to this dealership and support them. Racism still exist at that location. Sad that is 2023 and I still have to experience this.Review fromSydney T

1 starIf there was a way to give the sales department a higher rating and the service department a lower rating I would. Ive been a customer with ****** and 5 ****** vehicles later since 2011. I recently purchased a new 2023 Sienna. After purchasing better warranty coverage and interior and exterior protection I noticed after a few weeks the clear protective film starts to peel off the passenger side mirror. I received a call from ************************* who said I had the green light to bring the car back in as the film should not be peeling like that. When I came in to make an appointment I was stopped by a service manager who said that it looked like I had damaged it somehow and that he will have to look into whether he can get it covered or not or I would have to pay and that I had to call him the following Monday to follow up. ***** then scheduled me an appointment, stating it was in fact covered under warranty, and that that it was a quick fix. That I would drop it off and more than likely be out within the hour. I dropped it off for the scheduled appointment and what should have been a 45min appointment ended in my car not even being looked at that day. Come almost 4pm my car had yet to be seen. I had to take my car back without being looked at, I missed work appointments, and I couldnt pick up my son from school. To make it right ***** one of the service managers had some employees from ****** the next morning pick up the car from my home. I was again without a vehicle and offered a free tank of gas for the inconvenience. Fast forward to today, I made a waiting not drop off appointment since my back seats squeak and rattle when Im driving. 3 hours later my car is just getting seen and 4 hours into this appointment its still not done. Meanwhile every customer that has come in before me and after me has left. Waiting a day and a half for a small 45 min fix and now 4 plus hours to have my seats looked at is ridiculous. Im disappointed in the service department.Review fromRyan M

1 starI recently experienced a deeply disappointing and frustrating encounter with ********** regarding the clear coat paint on my car, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience.I purchased my ********** Atlas just a year and a half ago, and it has only accumulated ****** miles. ** my dismay, the clear coat paint on the car has deteriorated, exposing it to potential damage. This is an issue I never encountered with previous vehicles from other brands such as **** ****** and Dodge, all of which maintained their paint quality well beyond the two-year mark. When I reached out to ********** regarding this issue, I expected a prompt and responsible resolution, considering the relatively low mileage and the young age of the car. However, instead of acknowledging the problem and taking responsibility, **********'s customer service team attempted to shift the blame onto me, citing the fact that I park my car outside. Also, I did have **********s own in house protection plan, on top of the paint warranty. This response is not only unprofessional but also unfounded, as parking a vehicle outside should not lead to such rapid and severe clear coat deterioration. It is disheartening to witness a company like ********** evade accountability and refuse to stand behind the quality of their products. What truly distinguishes a reputable automotive manufacturer is not just the quality of their vehicles but also their commitment to customer satisfaction and after-sales support. In this regard, ********** has failed miserably. I am left feeling disillusioned and regretful about choosing a **********, and I caution potential buyers to consider alternative brands with a more reliable track record when it comes to paint durability and customer service.Review fromTrey P

1 starThe reason why I gave the dealership a low score is for customer service. I have called for weeks on end to contact the finance department. My temporary tags expired for my vehicle that I recently purchased. I have tried to call ******************************************************* many times, even leaving voicemails and no response. When I finally got a response *** from the finance department told me that they would ship my official ******** plate to me sometime in the coming weeks. At this point its almost been 60days since my tags have expired. I went to the dealership today and ************************* from finance said that they would not be able to get me a new temp tag to drive on while my official plates arrive in the mail. So now I am left to drive on expired tags which is against the law, and which I could receive a fine for and a hefty ticket for which I am sure that the dealership would not even help me to pay. They gave me the excuse that it was illegal to issue me a new 10 day, 30day or 60day temp tag or dealer tag. I had to call the **** and the agent on the phone told me the reason that there is a hold ** in you getting your official tags is because the dealership has not yet turned in your paperwork for the purchase of the vehicle. Also there is a lien on the vehicle from the previous owner; in which the dealership has yet to follow up on. I had no choice but to contact the department of ** DMV ******** of ******** and theft bureau to report them. ******************************************************* did not disclose when I bought the vehicle, that I would have to wait so long to receive my license plate and registration for the vehicle. I am very close to reporting the dealership to the BBB( Better Business Bureau) and ***** world head quarters for treating a paying customer like this. All I asked for was that they loan me a temporary plate while they sort out the mess of a paperwork that they have inconveniently jammed me into. Now I cant even drive my vehicle legally that I bought from this business.Review fromCINDY M

1 starWhat a s***** dealership this is!!!I spoke to *********************** on Saturday Dec 2 about my plans to purchase a 2015 ****** Rav 4 Limited on this lot! She gave me an appointment for 6:30 today Dec 4. I even called her back and asked her if I could pay over the phone for this vehicle or at least give my credit card information to hold the car until I could get there. I arranged my schedule to pick up the car today. I received a message from a different sales person today and replied that I was leaving ********* about 4:00 to come get it. Then I received a text message that the car was sold 10 minutes ago. Do NOT ever purchase from this dealership!!!Review fromJacob E
