I went in to the dealership to see what they offered. I was greeted by a nice young man who took so much time with me. I felt back that I took up so much of his time without buying anything. His name was ***** and when I get ready to make that leap to ******** I will be looking him up. He was so informative and patient with me.

If you carefully comb through the reviews of Hendricks, you'll find a common theme that emerges - fraud. Charges for work that has either not been completed, never needed in the first place, or was done incorrectly. If you confront them about it, they try to brush it under the rug no matter how dangerous the consequences of poorly performed work could be for your vehicle or your safety. I went in for a routine oil change. I knew there was a nail in my rear left tire. I was getting new tires in a few days so I wasn't worried about it. Forgetfully, I agreed to the advisor's recommendation to get my tires rotated. When my service was complete, I went out to the bay to get my car. I had remembered while I was paying that I shouldn't have gotten the tire rotation but paid anyway. I looked at the paperwork and was legitimately surprised they didn't say anything about the nail. They are usually very quick to upsell additional service and parts. I thought they would definitely tire to sell me side tires! The paperwork said everything was fine - including my tread which was obviously well worn. In the bay I happened to glance at that rear left tire and saw the nail sticking out right on the place it's always been. I immediately walked back to the service desk and asked again if they rotated my tires. The advisor looked me straight in the eyes and said "Yes, ****************** the nail was in the same spot. If the tires were rotated they would be in a different position on the car. The tech admitted they didn't and blamed the issue on a tech (seemingly a recurring problem). He didn't even seem surprised. It felt very much like they do this frequently and I just happened to catch them in their own game. Without any additional questions he voided out my whole order and said management would call me the next day (never called). I left feeling that my trust had been completely broken. How do I know that they did any of my services correctly?

Either it's a Ponzi scheme or a Pyramid scheme, one thing it is not is good business. Poor customer service and poor maintenance service.

Agreed to a price with General manager, once in the dealership, they went back on the agreement, changed the price by 5%. Blamed it on 2 systems even though they had the correct price the first time. Issue was the taxes. Dealt with 3 different managers and the first papers were correct. Would never produce the paper that we signed.

So I called both of the **** Hendrick Chevrolet Car dealerships and was told they had the car I was looking for we drove one hour to get to ****** *******. We get there the original sales person was nowhere to be found,. The part that is really bad was they didnt have the car so they tried to sell me something else. They offered me another car I didnt ask about. Both locations have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, maybe because I am a female, I knew what I wanted before I went there. I left after about two hours with no car, drove another hour back, by far the worst customer service, no outstanding customer service was provided would not recommend them to a female.

Took my 2020 ****** Ascent for routine, scheduled service 11/10/23. They informed me there was significant damage to the drive shaft requiring nearly $3000 in work. They told me the vehicle was not safe to drive home and provided me with a loaner vehicle (brand new Outback with 10 miles on it). I decided that day to reach out to sales and discuss trade-in rather than proceeding with repairs. Spoke with sales via phone that afternoon and they told me they would call back with more information but I mever heard from them. I called Saturday and left a message with the receptionist but no one returned my call. Monday came and I decided I felt more comfortable taking it to another shop for repairs due to lack of communication from sales. The reputable shop I took it to found no issues with the drive shaft or front brakes. They found an issue with the wheel hub, replaced it, and this fixed the issues with noise I was hearing. The repairs were $800. They saw no issue with the drive shaft. I'd recommend a second opinion before proceeding with any major repairs with this dealership.

When I purchased my new vehicle I bought a vehicle service contract. When I got home and read the fine print I decided I did not want it and called the dealership to cancel it. The contract stated if I cancel within 30 days I would receive a full refund. I turned in the paperwork to cancel the contract 2 days after I purchased the vehicle and it has been a month and I still do not have a refund. Stay away from this dealership!

We have not felt dissatisfied purchasing a vehicle anywhere else, but here at Hendrick ****** in *******, ** due to their unprofessionalism. First, they refused to remove the pre-installed $1500 LoJack that we did not want, but discounted some. Second, they never disclosed that our car comes with one key. It was very important to us and expected that there would be a spare since we always get two sets elsewhere. Third, we felt they were not appreciative to gain our business. The sales manager was no where to be seen after the negotiation. Both he and the salesperson left a negative impression, and did not complete the sale with proper interaction. Fourth, after the sale, they don't respond to you despite repeated attempts to reach them, including the *** to follow up on our request whether they can accommodate it due to their nondisclosure.

I think they are charging excessive price for labor , not make sense be paying 600 dls for replace the 2 batteries and fluid in the axles and the time before I paid 150 just for the Ac filters to be replace , thanks to that I trade out my Jeep but Im trying to get back what I over paid and I check with some dealer mechanics and they think the same that I over paid . Please help me with this and try to make everything fair in the future , some times you have to work hard to get your dream car and this is not the way to turn on night mate.

A fixer upper car dealer not a company car dealer . Selling customers info ? Not sure what to say. Just never buy used car from this dealer. Never provide any personal information. It’s not going to be a good experience. Some sales managers are hard to deal with. Not sure because of racism or being unethical. Sold a damaged car to me 3000 extra of kbb value. Then asked to me fix myself after sale. Not only negotiate unreasonable these idiots are making dealership buying experience as hell. No code or ethics. If there a damage on back of car during selling what any reasonable sales person will do ? He will fix the car. On extreme cases negotiate with buyer. These guys literally cheats. Fixer upper is not the dealer I know. Customer experience is not important. Paid 3000 dollars extra kbb value for nothing. No wonder people are ditching dealerships. Only company car dealer in the world selling fixer upper cars.
Never buy used cars here. Also not they sold my information to third parties. Every now and then getting mails from unknown strangers P.O. Boxes for warranty extension.
