1 starThe dealer has a pre purchase add on called LoJack, which essentially is a vehicle gps locator device installed on the car. It presumably could locate your car if stolen. They refuse to remove it from the auto prior to sale. It adds $1500 to the price, and presumably a significant amount of extra profit. Beware.Review fromJason C

1 starWhere to begin, made appointment online for Oct 27th at 11 am. Just a regular routine oil change. OK my fault i did drop off an not wait there, so apparently this makes a big diff. when it comes to oil change. When purchased vehicle from them 7 months ago i got free oil changes, tire rotation, check fluids with my Hendrick prepaid service plan package and also the package for my tires as well. They are to replace tire if need be if it has a nail or shredded tire or whatever. Now i pay a large monthly fee for the oil package an paid for the tire package already. So at 1:45 ( almost 3 hrs later ) the man came an got me an said "Had you not done drop off it would have been quicker."...REALLY!!!!! Next he tells me he found a nail in my front left tire an my package would cover it BUT he CANT find that tire no where....NO WHERE!!! He says not to mention he couldn't figure out how to file the claim for the tire and i would have to wait until he figures it out to get a copy/receipt of the tire. Also he doesn't know why they sold me the package if they don't have the tire. Are you serious, your supposed to be a representative of this company? So i'm already ****** because i'm an hr an a half drive one way an now you cant fix my tire and or tell what your going to do about it.....that's BS completely unprofessional!!!! What a bunch of c*** you sold me a package deal with the car that doesn't even exist, now is that not fraud!? Have a feeling i was pushed right out the door just to get to a paying customer, could care less about me or my car considering he told me all i can do is put air in the tire. 42 pounds of pressure, unbelievable Terrible customer service!Review fromAngela B

1 starOn 10/2/2023 I received the worst customer service experience ever from a customer service representative at **********************************************************************/on **************. For no reason at all the representative was rude, unprofessional, impatient, and disrespectful. I reported his unprofessionalism to the service manager on duty. Luckily other employees were there to witness his behavior towards me and my husband. He probably received a slap on the wrist since he had no worries in acting the way he did with his service manager being just in the next room. This type of behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately before he causes them to lose business.Review fromJason H

1 starAfter multiple meetings, both in person and via email/phone, myself and the sales person had a WRITEEN agreed upon an all in price for a used vehicle and a pick up date to accommodate the sales persons day off schedule/my schedule. I even offered to put down a deposit for the vehicle to hold it for 48 hours until pick up to ensure it was held. Upon calling the sales person the morning of the appointment to confirm details, he informed me the car was sold the night prior. There was nothing put into their system that said the car had an agreed upon sale, pick up *********, etc. nothing. Upon calling and speaking with the Sales person, Sales manager, and Sales GM, they ALL claim that ****** does not accept deposits for used cars (Which I was never told in the interactions) and that they won't hold a car based on upon WRITTEN agreement of price and pick up date and time. This dealership clearly acted in bad faith during this transaction and does not care at all for their customers, unless they are sitting in the showroom with cash in hand. This was such a dishonest and shady experience, I will not be buying from any **** Hendrick ******, or any dealership for that matter, in the future.Review fromSherrod C.

1 starAn embarrassment of a BMW Location.
Service is deplorable and dismissive during my “visit” on 10/13/2013
An employee of this location-Jimmie- backed my car into another parked car and I witnessed it. I spoke to that “representative” and two managers and no one ever apologized for this incident, a lack of respect. I then requested an email to have record of the incident, after practically pleading for one. Only to receive a poorly written, remedial email that lack detail and specifics regarding what occurred in this incident. This location lacks integrity, leadership and core customer service values. An apology and accuracy goes a long way. The representative that backed my car into another car attempted to pretend that nothing happened until I confronted him about it. This location does NOT treat all of it’s customers in a fair and equitable manner. I fully intend to EXPOSE this location for all of it’s unethical practices and will not stop until change occurs!Review fromMahmoud A

1 starUpdated 10-21-23 issue start 10/05/2023 I still not believe what happened simply they just telling you go f**k your self what happened is 3 weeks a go my car due for oil change i have c8 2021 3lt they have new scamming machine it scan the car and tell you about the error or what the car need so the machine told me i need alignment it was super fine and wheel balance which i was feeling it so i did agree to do the service my biggest mistake after 2 days my service advisor ******************* the first desk left a voice massage my car is ready i went there he charge me almost 700$ for alignment and balance, and oil change i took the car and the car pulling to the right hard plus shaking more than before and brakes is missed up when you brake the car vibrates and Bull to right i talk with ******************* he did inform me the wheels is bend i need to fix it i ask why you guys charge me then for alignment and the wheel balance with my issue is not resolved. I got no answer. I took my car. I fix my wheels and I bring it back. Believe it or not my car is still at the shop.every time i go to check it they telling me manger will look to it the car had been there for 3 weeks so far today i went to pick up my car nothing was fixed they bring for me the manger of the service who was trying to convince me the car is ok when i test drive it with him all problems showed up and i got advice to leave the car again i will report them to better Business Bureau never go to service with then its scamReview fromCahil Q

1 starPurchased a 2023 ****** on September 22 2023. Paperwork I has was incorrect and I did not have the paperwork I need to register my vehicle in ******* a month later I still do not have the documents. ********************* has failed to return phone calls and emails. When he finally called me it was to ask about funds for the vehicle, I left a cashiers check with him the day I bought it. I asked him about the other documents and he just gave me the run around and blamed the salesman, the 3rd party document company and the business office STILL HAS NOT RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. I want my CORRECT documents so I can put this horrible place in my past. There is no reason for any business to treat people in the manner That **** Hendricks GMC does.Review fromLynda P

1 starThey are completely ignorant of what they are doing. I bought a brand new Jeep from them. I made an appointment for an oil change one week in advance. I arrived on time and they send you a text so you can follow the status of your work. What a joke! It said my work was completed at 2:54 pm and at 3:34 pm, I received a text that they were sending someone to get the oil for my vehicle. I dont understand. The vehicle came off their lot 50 feet away, I told them I was coming a week in advance, and 40 minutes after they told me the work was done, they dont have the oil. I also requested work because the service air bag light and the service parking brake light keep coming on every morning when it is cool. I was informed that I couldnt schedule a warranty diagnostic until after November 1st because they are very backed up on warranty work. Must be because they are selling inferior Jeep vehicles. OBVIOUSLY !!! It has ***** miles on it. Complete waste of my money. PLEASE dont buy from them. It definitely is not worth it.Review fromNatasha W

1 starI dont know where to begin but we are grown people a deal is a deal. I was literally bullied into giving a good review for bad service. Check Engine Light come on on a car that had less than 10 miles they agreed to fix the issue and give me a check for my troubles. 1 starAbsolutely disappointed . I spent way too long waiting, and that was for them to give me my car back without any coolant, and without the locks working! They accidentally pulled the wires from the harness when lubricating a switch (wow), making me have to drive all the way back (30 minutes) and have the manager fix it, who apologized and I dont think it was he who did it obviously, he seemed irritated at that mistake. About a month later I notice I have no coolant and that my power steering isnt leaking, and so I go to **********, who sold me my car, they fix everything, and even check everything ****** did and correct it. I spent close to 1k to have a worse experience then pepboys, who also tried to sell me BS!!! My friend went years ago and they put the wrong spark plugs in his Tacoma. I shouldve taken his warning!! Do not recommend! They have their employees dependent on ****** reviews for success creating incentive, but I didnt have any problem with the employee I dealt with and named, just everything else!
