1 starWe purchased a 2023 Yukon from this dealership on 14 September 2023 and it is currently 11 Oct 2023 and our trade in has yet to be paid off so I am making 2 vehicle payments and no one can answer why our trade in has not been paid off. We had rear seat entertainment installed that still doesn't work properly and was told to handle it on our own, we have damage to a window from the factory that the dealership refuses to address, aftermarket ppf wrap installed at the dealership that is coming off and they won't replace. Communication has been the absolute worst. We never get called back and constantly are calling them for updates and still get the run around and nobody knows what we are talking about and always get a different Manager or individual. It's absolute horrible and exhausting. We have bought a lot of vehicles and this is the absolute worst experience. I will remember to stay clear of any Hendrick dealership. The bigger the name obviously means bigger the problems. We have dealt with hometown dealerships and it has always been amazing. We will only deal with hometown dealerships from here forwardReview fromPatrick H

1 starWords can't express my utter disappointment with this dealership... so there was a ******************************************** love with. It was ************* up the way I would have ordered from the factory! I reached out to *************************** who is a salesman at *** of ********.. I filled out application, they ran my credit and everything was approved and ready to go! On Thursday we made an appointment to come pick the truck up the coming Saturday at 11:00am! In his words "it's all ready just get here on Saturday and take your new truck home!! Now I work more than full time is the reason I couldn't get out there sooner than Saturday... so Friday (the very next day) about noon I get a random text from ******* asking "are we still good, I have someone here looking at the truck" I was beyond confused as to why he sent that message and why my new truck had people still "looking" at it. I immediately got back to him and said "of course we are good, I'll be there tomorrow!" Now 5:00 pm comes around on Friday and ******* tell me "unfortunately we have to cancel our appointment on Saturday because the truck has a service issue and can not be sold" I was an am beyond sick to my stomach. Awfully coincidental how someone was looking at my sold truck earlier that day and all of a sudden it can't be sold. He then sends me pictures of some other truck with way more miles and nothing like I would want and says "I can have this one here within a week!" Obviously I told him lose my information I can't see myself working with this dealer. So if it was just a service issue, I would of gladly waiting 2 months for my new truck to be ready. Funny how he didn't even give me an option on waiting for the truck. Well I have the trucks VIN number and am going to find out if it's been sold out from under me and they are just lying or not. Either way they ran my credit and wasted soo much of my time. Beyond unprofessional and I am looking into if what they did has any legal consequences.Review fromNan F.

1 starI found a 2022 Odyssey priced at $29,995 on ********************************** Website and on cars.com website. I called Saturday and was told the vehicle was available. I spoke with someone this morning and he was checking availability. Then a salesman, I apologize but I don't know whom, called and said it is available but is $10,000 more than it says on the website. Needless to say I was very upset and taken aback since I had seen this exact vehicle advertised for the incorrect price. It is still out on the web at the wrong price.I know that typos can happen, but this seems to be blatant false advertising. I was prepared to come in and buy the car today and at the new price that is not possible. I am very disappointed in **************. I thought they were a reputable company but this leads me to believe they are not.Review fromViktor Y

1 starI bought a car from this dealership. Sales agent ******************* was helping us. In a few months during my service appointment I find out that front and back tire sizes were different and cannot be rotated. When I tried to reach this dealership - no response. Be careful. Now I need to pay extra money to fix this issue. Very upsetting.Review fromJohn B

1 starI went in for high mileage services and oil pan gasket replacement. Upon arrival inquired if a veterans discount was offered. I was told that USAF doesn't count. Also I requested the oil pan gasket be replaced it was leaking. I not only was disrespected for my military service but I was charged for a oil diagnostic and 2 oil changes. The transmission filters weren't mentioned or replaced with the "transmission service" and they were stock, so my truck is a 2015, 8 years old on those filters should be addressed. After service I got in the truck and saw a broken switch in the armrest. They didn't even mention that they broke the switch. The total bill was over $3000 for gear oil and oil pan gasket. I questioned the billing and services. So its been 3 weeks and still no refund for double billing and the diagnostic charges. The gasket replacement itself was $1000, my truck is lifted 10 inches and no skid plate, literally 6 inches between it and the cross member. Btw, not a gasket replacement just sealed with goop. This place is a ripoff! I will be shopping for a new vehicle soon.Review fromNatasha M

1 starI took my 2019 VW atlas there on 8/19/23 for installation of a new battery and to check an airbag light warning. Once I picked up my car, my driver's side window would not go down. I called and notified the dealership and asked to speak with the service manager, ******, that my window was not working after the installation of the battery. I asked her did they need to recalaibrate the battery or when they completed the electrical fix did they fail to check a switch. I have never had any issues with my windows and in fact before I dropped my car off, I went through a drive thru for coffee. ****** was unapologetic, defensive and actually told me that the technician said the window would not go down for him. I asked her why that was not indicated on my sheet when I picked the car up ( after the service department closed). I told ****** that my window was working perfectly fine when I dropped it off and I wanted to bring my car in on Saturday. She then went on to tell me that if it was anything that I did I would be paying for the window. She was not apologetic, she did not show any empathy, she failed to show me the customer that ******************** Volkswagon values its customers. My husband took it in on the next Saturday and the technician tells him that the switch has excessive wear. Excuse me but the car is not even 5 years old and how else am I supposed to get the window to go down. I have never had to replace a window switch and have owned 3 cars that were at least ***** years old. Nevertheless, the lacked of professionalism, empathy and customer service that I received is a sad indication of how Hendrick Volkswagon values their customers. I wrote a letter to the manager and GM and never heard back. Yet another indicator. Take your car to a dealer that values customers and trains their customer service representatives.Review fromMarie M

5 starsWe went to both Hendrick in **** and Hendrick in ***********.We had the WORST experience in ******** dealership. They absolutely treated us with arrogance, and like we were idiots....the sweet sales person said he was embarrassed at how he treated us. We have purchased over 15 vehicles in our lifetime. All we ever ask for is to be direct, get to the bottom line, do not waste our time. We waited hours and he thought it was funny making us wait! The salesman there was great! It was his money manager that was a complete jerk.SO we went to SOUTH POINT....man what a radical Difference! EVERYONE was great from the salesman to his manager!******* will take care of you! But amazingly so will *****, his manager! They did Not waste our time, we asked for bottom line and had it within 7 minutes! We bought a nice vehicle and we were happy with the transaction. So if you want FAIR treatment and to be treated with RESPECT go to South Point Hendricks!I rarely post these kinds of reviews but South Point was a Breath of fresh air!Review fromChristopher L

1 starI purchased a 2018 Dodge Charger last October 2022. I traded out of the vehicle in July of 2023 at another dealer. Hasnt been a full year that Ive had the vehicle. I purchased GAP for $1500, a Maintenance package for $344.00 and warranty for roughly $2,500. *** tried to get in contact with finance multiple times VIA telephone, and could never get a hold of them, so I decided to show up. Upon arrival I met with ********************* who was the original finance manager that finalized my contract. My purpose for showing up at the dealer was to get reimbursed for the warranty that was added to my finance amount that I did not use. I was told that my warranty expired the day that I purchased it, which was pretty odd. With that being said, I was paying an extra $77.00 a month on top of my note for something that I was charged for but wasnt able to use. It is very odd to me why I would be offered an extended warranty that would have expired. I was told that the vehicle was a CPO vehicle and that any issues would be taken care of at no cost to me. I know how CPO works. If wanted to rely solely on CPO, I would have never bought a warranty. I work in car sales and F/I, and this warranty was jammed in my finance amount so that the dealer can make money off of me on the backend. I was very credit challenged at the time of purchase and put all of my trust into HENDRICK, believing that they had my best interest at heart, but no. I was taken advantage of, and I dont appreciate that. I have my original contracts that show that I purchased an extended warranty. I need to be reimbursed for the warranty that was added to my finance amount, otherwise I have no choice but to take legal action. I dont appreciate the finance manager deflecting my concerns by using my situation at the time against me saying Thankfully we were able to get you approved and in a vehicle that day. I put $3,000 down, was able to prove income and residency. I could of gone anywhere to buy a car. I Need a resolve.Review fromTeresa H

1 starI went to ************* Service for Service on my Civic. I paid ***** for tire rotation, check fluids, change oil, and 2 days later had to put air in two of my tires. I was very upset called back and ask did they not check the tires when they rotated them and was told my next service was free. I went in for my next service and they did nothing except change my oil. No tires rotated no check fluids, no service. I should have received the service I paid for on my prior visit. I did not I am a senior female and when I go in for service I expect good service well you won't get it a *************. I was so disappointed. I will no longer travel to them for anything.
