      I purchased a vehicle from **** Hendrick Chevrolet in ****** *******. I electronically transferred the purchase price amount to them. While I was there, they made me an offer on my car as a trade-in. I excepted. They did not make a payment for my car at that time. Two weeks later, I still have not received payment for my car. They told me it was because there was a payoff for my vehicle. My car never had a lien on it. *****, sales manager, told me they would ***** my payment the next day. I did not receive payment. It is now a week after ***** promised that my payment would be sent by ***** next day . I still have not received payment for my trade-in. I do not have a positive experience to report with **** Hendrick, Chevrolet of ******.

      I took my car to the Hendrick dealer service department last month due to a rattle I was hearing. I was told there would be a charge to diagnose the issue, which would be applied towards the cost of the repairs. Two days later, the service advisor told me, "We THINK it's this. We'll do that and go from there, but it could be something else. The car is in great shape otherwise." I don't have a problem paying for a diagnosis, but I expect it to be correct when I do. I also expect parts to be not a ***** more than MSRP, not jacked up 30-50% HIGHER than retail. This is an expensive car, and it was a very easily reproduced noise, not some electrical gremlin or intermittent issue, so I expect an accurate diagnosis, not to be taken on an exploration journey, paying thousands along the way. I wasn't confident in their approach or that their diagnosis was what was causing the noise, so I picked up my car and made an appointment with another dealer in town for a second opinion.The video from the tech at the other dealer confirmed that trusting my gut on this was right. "This bolt right here was so loose that I put a ratchet on it, and it freely spun. I tightened it to spec, drove the car, and the noise disappeared. I'd recommend doing some things just due to mileage, but the car is in great shape."The Hendrick dealer wanted to START with over $3k in parts/labor of that, over $2k was jacked-up-over-retail parts prices, and when I called them out on that, they "did me a favor," discounting the parts to...wait for it...regular retail. That would've saved about $800 on parts, but when they tell you, "It could be something else," when you're paying a diagnosis fee on a very straightforward issue that turned out to be nothing more than tightening a bolt, that's not how to gain trust with a service department.

      I came to the auto center at 7:20am on 8/14 to the Auto repair center on ********** in *******. for a replacement lug-nut and tire bolt, since the bolt snapped off when changing my tire to the donut. The parts came out to be roughly $15, but they quoted me $179 dollar per hour labor fee in which they said that would take 2hours to repair which is entirely too long for that repair. So really they charged me an hour to hold onto my car and maybe an hour if that in labor. When I got the final bill they had the gall to charge an additional $32 service fee bringing my total for a lug-nut and bolt replacement to $411 which is outrageous. I will never bring my car to a **** Hendrick's ************** center again.

      We bought our new to ** Explorer on June 14th. We noticed the ride was getting a little rough. We were told it had new tires when we bought it. We checked one of the front tires when we bought it. Obviously new. Did not think about checking all four tires. Did not think we would have to. We wanted to get an oil change because the car had no sticker and we wanted to get on a schedule. The back two tires need to be immediately replaced. The tire service station could not believe they allowed us to leave thinking all four tires were new. They just moved the two bad ones to the back hoping we would only check the front. Which is exactly what we did. When you are told new tires you assume 4! I called ************************************************. They could have cared less. They said they only replaced the two tires that had to be replaced and the other two could still pass inspection. I of course went into I have left messages for everyone including the actual dealership manager. Not a peep.No manager will pick up the phone. They will not return my calls, or emails. I filed a complaint with ** Consumer protection. These tires were dangerous. Also. They tried to hide more than **** in junk fees in the sale $1400 lowjack fee $499 oil change fee $2200 for 24k mile warranty.They did not ask if we wanted this coverage. I think they hoped we would not notice. I had them all removed when I noticed the amount financed was off.

      *********************** I am totally disappointed with the customer service that I am receiving now than I did 2yrs ago. I purchased my **** which I love, in 2021. There was a recall on the 2017 Sorento and the dealer knew that. Every time I went to them for help with my car, all I heard was crickets.. Now 2yrs ago I got impeccable service. I went a month ago and explained to the rep what was going on with my car and all he did was shake his head and said it got it. When I picked up my car.. 1. He didn't walk me to the car the service I used to get 2. I had to ask another rep about my car and he just read off a sheet of paper. None of my questions I asked was answered. Now I'm driving a car that my best friend told me to buy because they only drive a **** with a bad engine that no one seems to know about the recall until I told them what was going on. I can't get any help. SMH.

      Very, very disappointed. I stop for first time to look for a truck, it was about 6pm one of the sales person came out kind of forcing me to give him my information, telling me that my credit score was low just by looking my apearience. I went back back the next day and talk to another sales person acorse they tell you everything you want to heard, I end up buying a used 2021 silverado that i drove less than 300 miles and used it for 14 days, between those 14 days I had to take the truck for an alignment and balance of the tires it was running horrible, i got the truck back but it was not running correctly, I figured Iam paying $62,000 dollars for a used car that was already giving me problems. I decided to see the sales person again to ask him if I can return the car he said sure, when I was there he gave me another story. He told the to sell the truck on my own. I said dosent make no sense to do that, he said well i can to talk to the manager. They only solution the they were able to do was to sell me another car, I wqs forced to buy a new car but they gave me the same interest as a used car. On top of that they add it to the new car loan $5,000 for the used truck because I return it and had it for 14 days. Now my debt is $68,000. I did a ****** review of course The sells manager call me to tell me he was going to see what he can do for me. So far is been almost 3 months I still waiting for the phone call. This people don't care about the people, all the care is how the can make more money out of anyone. On top of that the new car has some defects on the paint and scratch i the back, the side door cas an exposed cable coming out. I have huge debt now because of that dealer. Do not visit this dealership for moralities purpose. I would not recommend this dealership to know one.

      Pur based a CR-V at the end of June and paid to have leather seats installed. No one will return my calls. Avoid this place and I certainly wished I would have done more research because it seems this is how they generally operate.

      Mi esposo llevo mi ***** pilot 12 hacer un cambio de aceite el viernes 07/28/23. Despues mire que le faltaba su placa de enfrente G (de la uga **********************). Los llame el dia siguiente para dejarles saber lo que hacia pasado para que corrieran las camaras y averiguaran que paso( no es el Valor de la placa). El seor **** me asistio el tomo mi queja, y que les dejaria saber a La persona que me atendio y el technico que trabajo en el vehiculo. Es mismo dia me llamaron para decirme que si me fui con la placa puesta de el dile. Y hoy lunes 07/31/23 me llamaron para irla a recojer que la encontraron en la calle. No estoy satisfecha con su explicacion. ELLOS NO ME DIJIERON LA VERDAD LA HONESTIDAD ES LO MAS IMPORTANTE EN UN NEGOCIO DE CUALQUIER INDOLE!! YO PERDI *** PLACA CUANDO MI ESPOSO USO FREE CODE PARA USAR EL ***** 'S CAR WASH. "PORFAVOR NO USEN EL COMPLEMENTARY CAR WASH. ELLOS NO ************ REPONSABLES DE NINGUN DAO".       I pre-ordered two Cadillac Lyriqs with their ***********, ** dealership. After both arrived improperly spec'd I canceled and asked for my refundable deposit back. Its now going on six weeks of back and forth with them and still no refund. Their unethical business practices are leaving me with no choice but to escalate the issue.

      Watch out for the bait-and-switch on the Hendrick *** homepage. The website features a national calculator from *** Financial Services, but then when you're ready to sign, you'll find out the numbers are way off. In my case, the calculator showed lease payments of $378 per month after a substantial downpayment. But the offer I got from my salesman was $488 per month with the same downpayment. Over the life of the 3-year lease, that's an extra $3960. "The calculator is always off," he told me. "That's a national thing that doesn't include local dealer admin fees, destination charges, and so forth." He insisted that I didn't understand the math, so I asked for a line-by-line breakdown. Contrary to what he told me, all those fees WERE included in the website quote of $378 per month. Tax, title, and tags were included too. I believe theres's only one explanation for the $3960 discrepancy: Hendrick is charging a much higher interest rate on lease financing than the advertised rate from *** Financial Services. That's fine; they're allowed to charge whatever they want, but they should be transparent about it. If they had said, "Sorry, we can't match the lease terms that you're seeing online," I would have respectfully said, "Cool, I'll keep looking." Instead, my salesman **** kept insisting that I couldn't do math. No transparency, no integrity, no ethics -- I'll never go back to Hendrick. (Happy ending: I found another *** dealership online that was about 3 hours away. They were 100% transparent, all the numbers matched up easily, and I had a "done deal" in about 30 minutes.)
