      My *** **** needed repair under my extended warranty for wipers that didn't work. I called Hendrick *********** first and waited for a live person as I wanted to ask if they work with Protective Asset Protection, my extended warranty (purchased from *** ****** when I bought my *** new). When I asked to make an appt, she told me they were booked through October and I wouldn't be able to schedule until then. It is July 25! I then went to the online scheduler and they had appts available in August. This ******ship is lying about appointment availability. I assume they don't want to deal with warranty issues so she gave me a ridiculous timeframe in the hope I would call another ****** which I did. *********** got me in on Aug 12 through their online appt system (as an experiment, I also called in person to see what they would quote me as first available and I was given the same dates). *** corporate needs to do something about *********************************** so they are not lying to their customers and delaying their car repairs which could be dangerous. I can't wait 4 months for windshield wipers!

      Do not visit this dealership for moralities purpose. At the dumb and ripe age of 18, I entered this dealership and was taken advantage of to the maximum degree. Upon inquiring about an affordable vehicle, I was quickly drawn up for an $800/month payment at the age of 18. I was making minimum wage at the time, the interest on this loan exceeded the asking price of the vehicle. I dont even know how they managed to get me approved this for loan. After refusing the offer and attempting to leave on multiple occasions, I was barricaded in the office by several individuals from the finance department, physically forcing pens into my closed fists and demand I sign the contract. They did this to me at the age of 18. Sales associate, *****************, and this dealer had one clear goal in mind that day, to take advantage of and bully an unsuspecting consumer. Do not buy here. Do not allow you *************, brother, father, mother, friend, *********, or anyone else visit this dealership.

      To whom it may concern, My name is *************************** and my fiance **'*********************** purchased a Macan in January. We returned to the dealership on 4 different occasions within the first 2 months of the purchase complaining about brake noise. They told us that the brakes were fine yet we still had the noise. I requested that they change the pads and make sure the slides were greased properly. They assured me that there was no problem. Well after several complaints from my fiance I took it upon my self to inspect the brakes at the shop I work at and low and behold. The brake pads were cracked and the slides weren't greased at all. I personally replaced the brakes in May and haven't had any issues since. I've reached out to Porsche, they started a claim and said that they would have to review it with the service manager and general manager of the dealership and it is now July and we haven't heard anything. I am requesting the cost of the new brakes that I installed and compensation for my labor. I am also requesting a phone call upon receiving this email. Thanks in advance.

      Horrendous dealership and even worse service department. Possibly the worst service center on the face of the earth. Theyll have you waiting for 3 hours then have the audacity to come tell you they couldnt get to your car and tell you to come tomorrow. Then theyll literally push you out of the shop and say theyll email or mail you your paperwork. I got the most half-assed service no tire rotation no tire pressure check no car wash and no paperwork. Horrendous service center at ***** cars of McKinney.

      Today I came in to charge up the ** on my ***** Civic. ** was working properly it just wasn't as cold as it could be. I was told that they would evacuate the ** system, pull a vacuum and refill the refrigerant to recommended level. When I came in I had thermometer in the vent which read 62 degrees after driving 20 mins to the service center. ********************* recorded 57 degrees with her thermometer. Well after a couple hours I was then told the expansion valve needed to be replaced because the technician said "after some time the air was not blowing cold" Hmmm, that was never the issue with the car before. To make it worse I was then handed a quote by ***************** of $1906.15 to replace the expansion valve (a part that costs $20 at AutoZone) I have never in my entire driving life been quoted such an exorbitant price for any repair!! I was told that labor was about $160 an hour and it would take up to 5 hours. Well 5 hours at $160 is $800, so I guess the $20 part at Autozone costs almost $1200 at Hendrick *****. I have since found out how much I was gouged. The highest quote I got from other repair shops was $850 for replacing the expansion valve. Why was I being gouged so much here?!!!Beyond the obvious price gouging, there is what has become the obvious issue that this routine ** charge has damaged my entire car ** system. When the car was returned to me it was not "blowing cool and then warmer" as stated by tech. It was only blowing hot like I have the heater on. I had to pull over on my way home from service center because I was getting overheated and could not drive.It is unbelievable to me that you take a person's car which had an ** that was working properly just not ice cold and after charging him $240 to "charge up the **" give him back a car which no longer works at all!! It should be illegal. It should have been made right on the spot! No ethics and no pride here! I am looking into what legal action I can take against this *************** Stay Away!

      Already left a review on ****** and unable to leave another. I was very pleased with the customer service and dedication at this location. I have a set amount and interest rate I was determined to get. Regime ******* worked with me until we both came to an agreement. **** the manager over certified preowned is awesome. He is always available, so kind, and stands by his word. The vehicle I purchased did not have a second key. We setup an appointment the day the vehicle was purchased for me to come back and get a 2nd key at no cost to me. I could not stay the day of purchase so returning was a must. I just left ************* at *************************** with a 2nd key to my vehicle. Service **** was awesome and quick. I just wanted to say thank you to ****, ********, finance, and the service **** for great customer service, determination, and dedication. It was a honor doing business with them and I will return. Also I LOVE MY PASSPORT!

      Terrible service. My vehicle was repaired last month and I have the warranty which a lot me 35 dollars reimbursed for 5 days. I have been waiting and reaching out to my advisor ******************* who is supposed to be a manager to give me an update. He always responds that he will check and never writes back. When ever I call he is either on vacation or not in the office. This is peoples money and time they they are messing with. They clearly do not care about their customer. No one is willing to help I am always told someone will call me but I never get a call. I was want my reimbursement.

      Be prepared for a $3000 markup with ridiculous additional dealership add-ons. The internet prices are to lure unsuspecting customers only. This dealership has no intent to honor prices posted online. ***** became very irate as I attempted to decline a ridiculous offer. He is the short, big head ******** guy with a little man complex and terrible anger issues, as a few customers have pointed out. Stay away from this place, it is a very frustrating experience. The level of ignorance this dealership approaches it's customers with is highly insulting. Buy elsewhere for better customer experience, this place is not it! They charge an extra $1500 for a LoJack and a 3 year subscription service what a joke!

      bait and switch warning!!!!!!They had an advertised price on Autotrader for a truck that i was interested in, and, had made an apt to test drive. when i arrived at the dealership, we found that they had done a lift and added new tires and wheels for 10k above ad price. sales was honestly unaware of the changes, however, the financing guys ( tried to double team), acted like it was my fault that the price changed and the only way to fix the problem was evidently with more of my money. very unprofessional and wasted hours of my time.

      The worse experience buy a truck from this place its bee 3 months and so far Im still waiting for my registration and tag because they never transfer my special tag and ad weight on in also took me 3 trips to dmv and yesterday I finally lost my tag pay a fine and getting a different tag cost me to pay taxes and else its just unbelievable but I will never recommend this place I hope nobody else go thru this problem
