      My husband and I bought a Jeep Wrangler May 6, 2023. We have been calling, texting and leaving messages for weeks asking about a second key. (My Jeep was brought over from their ***** dealership) I have yet to get any kind of answer other than, We will look into it and well call you back. Here we are over a month later with no answers. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with! Their lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable!

      I wish I could give them 0 stars, the customer service needs training. My wife and I searched online for a 2023 ***** Suburban. We came across one we really liked. I called the dealership and they linked me up to a gentleman by the name of ***************************. When we met with ******* there were no available Suburban's as previously stated. Another gentleman came over, forgot his name, but he had no disregard to us as customers. We informed him we could pay cash and he blew that off by stating "cash doesn't mean anything anymore." We left and my wife looked again online and saw that there were a couple of Suburban's in transit to the ****** location. A guy by the name of ********************* contacted my wife and expressed several times that the cars were on the lot. She made an appointment with ************** and told him that we would be back at 6:00pm that day. We arrived, asked for **************, he came outside to greet us and informed us again that the suburban's were there on the lot. He passed us off to another associated who he told the same lie to. That associate looked at his system and seemed puzzled. he said that they show in transit, so he went to speak to another gentleman. That gentleman came over to inform us that all 4 suburban's that ************** spoke of had been sold. Now mind you, my wife just spoke to ************** at 4:30 that day and when we arrived he said that the trucks were still there. At this point we are livid. We do not live right around the corner and that 1 hour drive was a waste of time and gas. We will never visit that location again. We did end up purchasing a Suburban from the ****** location where the customer service was much better. ********************* texted my wife while we at the ****** location stating that same truck they claim to have sold was in transit and we could place a deposit on it to hold it. My wife told him we will never work with his lying self and continued to purchase our vehicle. This was by far the worse experience ever.

      I've had my truck for 2 months now and this situation still bothers me. I have a 2023 Silverado WT during time of purchase was valued at 43k. When paperwork was done I left with 8k worth of add ons which during the time of the sale was told to me these features came with the truck. I was mislead about how much money was awarded for buying new truck. Traded in my 95 ***** extended cab and that did nothing to help my purchase. I do take partial responsibility cause I should have done my research and made not signed papers without an explanation. After having the truck one day I went back to consult about these add ons and talk about my contract, well I never got any straight answers. Told me cause I left the lot with the truck it's mine now. I tried to give it back, told me I couldn't (after 1 day). I ended up disputing and canceling bout $4800 of add on but I want see that money until the loan is paid and full. If I knew I was gonna get approved a loan for 50k I would have gotten a tuck worth 50k and not paying ****% on 8k worth of add ons. This whole transaction was misleading. To add insult to injury one of the finance managers knew me and allowed me to get ******. It's gonna be years before I work my way out of this buy.

      I was a loyal customer until my last visit in May of 2023. The salesman Creek treated me like I was a idiot telling me that there was no issues with the 5.3 L Engine. That if there was a issue it was because the engine is mass produced (reassuring). They proceeded to waste my time and wanted me to give them a very large down payment. I refused to budge on the down payment amount and of course they wanted to put me in a vehicle of there choosing. I personally hope that these companies go out of business for the way they treat the customers. Very unprofessional and rude.

      The salesman was nice, nut he is at a loss when it comes to black people, for examle, when test driving a car, why have the rafio station on a nlack station. Who cares, lrabe it off and let the customer pick what they want.And yes black people can make decent money without doing sketchy stuff, get a **** clue. And by the way, *** had ** leaving in a new car 45 min after leaving ******* whats the deal? We were talking with ****** for 2 weeks and they were just greedy as h***

      I had my *** X5 serviced at ************ / MINI and my service advisor was ******. ****** was the epitome of professional, very friendly and transparent. She would provide updates regarding my vehicle via text mails which i thought was cool.I was had a small license plate issue and without a blink of the eye she took of the matter. I look forward to working with ****** because of her demeanor and knowledge of the product and because of these factors and her reaching out to keep me as a customer satisfied she should receive the highest review possible.

      I dont recommend this dealership at all! Purchased a 2016 Audi Q5 on Dec 30th 2022. The entire process was rushed. I wish I had gone with my gut feeling. Long story short. They didnt do a good job with detailing the car, so I scheduled a day to take it back for that to be done correctly. Along with other issues I felt needed to be looked at. One of those issues were the blind side sensor. While they detailed the car, they looked into this issue as well. ***** called back later that evening to inform me that, they couldnt help with the blind side sensor and claimed that I backed into something and that I would basically be responsible. This was all a lie due to the car having minor damages to the rear end bumper when I picked it up to take it home. I notified **** and he set it up to be fixed at the Audi dealership. Audi had my car for two Months. I dropped the car off on my birthday which is 1/12. I finally got the car back in April. Well the sensor lasted for a few weeks and within those few weeks of having the car, the sensor went out again. At this point I was over it and just sucked it up. Also within the few weeks of having the car back, the coolant sensor came on, notifying me to pull over and check the coolant levels. Well, the coolant container was completely empty and was about to cause the car to run hot. Here I am having to get the water pump, timing belt, and thermostat replaced because Hendricks failed to properly inspect this car before selling it. I havent even had this car 6 Months yet. The are definitely selling lemons.

      This dealership will not return any phone calls back or honor the service agreements we purchased for our car. They assured us that if ************ packages purchased will be honored. We happened to move out of state and we have been ghosted. We are still paying on the car and services that have yet to be rendered to our car. We love our car; however, despise the dealership.
