      They insist on charging for dealer added equipment to pad their profit margin. Beware of the LoJack add on. They insist they dont sell a car without it. I thought they sold automobiles at Hendricks, not useless subscription based security systems. I can get my own wheel locks, tinted windows and pinstripes, etc, than have them lumped into a 8k markup over the sticker. No worries. Plenty of other places to purchase a new car and it wont be at a Hendricks dealership.

      Thank you To ******************************************************* I was able to get a new vehicle i was able to get my old vehicle traded and the whole process was amazing i,m Glad i came to the Hendrick Organization !!

      UPSELL at its best. I had service done for my Audi Q5 back in February and I had an extremely disappointing experience, not only with customer service but how service was handled. The service advisor I was assigned did not communicate until I called him after a week of having my car in their possession. I had to call them since there was no contact for a whole week after the inspection video was sent. I was sent an inspection video of all that was wrong with the car, and nowhere in that inspection video did it state that I need an entirely new engine. If I needed an entirely new engine that costs $15,000, that should have been communicated to me, not me having to call them after no communication. That's something serious. Also, the things said in the inspection video were not what was said to me over the phone. I feel it was an upsell because on the phone call, the advisor communicated he put oil in the car since it had no oil and it was back to where it needed to be, but there was a loud noise coming from the engine. He said I would need an entirely new engine which cost $15,000 and priced me over $1,850 for the broken side mirror, that they said they could fix something that would make it cheaper, where I wouldn't have to come out of pocket for an expensive repair. Is that cheap? After I would not due service for a new engine and will come to pick up the car, now my car per the advisor is undrivable and he doesn't recommend me driving it then proceeded to ask if I drove it in or not. The service advisor had no good communication skills and this is clearly an upsell, and I'm still not sent the customer survey he said he would send and it's been over a month..... If a new engine was needed, I wouldn't have this specific dealership service it, due to the lack of communication/customer service and the fact they don't offer loaner vehicles but expect you to give them over $16,000 in repairs. No Thank You! Also, I've been driving my car and it's working just fine.

      I, regretfully, brought my brother to this dealership to purchase a car only to be met with unprofessionalism. Upon arrival, we were greeted nicely & a sales woman was appointed to **. She sat us down to gather some pertinent information such as what he was looking for, price range & his drivers license. After awhile, the sales woman returned back to shakily tell him, If I were you, I would just leave. Lost & dumbfounded, were all looking at her confused. My fianc asks someone for a manager. The manager comes out and says that my brothers *********** DMV issued CDL scanned as fraudulent. He stated that he was supposed to call the police but didnt. Oh please! So, my fianc asked the manager to scan his MS *** issued CDL to see what would come up. The manager took all of 10 minutes to come back out just to lie & say that my fiancs CDL was missing a seal and some sort of number. Now, my fianc was just stopped by DOT for an inspection on yesterday. If his license was fraudulent as well, Im sure he wouldve been arrested. Its comical how, initially, the scanner was stating fraudulent, but now all of a sudden numbers and seals are missing. Regardless, we were treated like criminals. Purely disgusting & unacceptable! Please BEWARE if you have your OWN FINANCING. Save yourself the headache of being done wrong. We went to a neighboring dealership and test drove/purchased with ZERO problems. Also, lets just call a spade a spade. Despite our attempt to disprove their false accusations, there was no effort on their end to investigate their claims. Simply put because they didnt care. They couldve called the driver service bureau or # on the back of the CDL to verify that the license was valid. It was simply whatever they said. Obviously, theres either some heavy incompetence or shady business practices going on here. Dont waste your time. Their competitors had way more inventory anyway.

      I have taken my 2015 ****** Highlander to Hendrick ****** in **************** for service 6 times in the past 2 years. I believe in maintaining my car with the dealer regularly and this is my 6th ****** vehicle. It will be my last based upon the poor service that I received at the dealership today. A dealer should not sell a vehicle that they cannot provide service on. I only needed an oil change and a tire rotation (******* miles). I was given an appointment on the phone and quoted an hour for the service. This was consistent with previous appointments. That is where the similarity ended. My keys were taken from me by a man in the parking lot and I was not greeted by a service advisor as I always have been in past visits. After 1 hour and 20 minutes of sitting in the waiting area, I approached an advisor and asked the status of my car. He told me that he could not find my name or phone # in the system in spite of the scheduler having no problem. He then sent me to a different advisor who did find my name and said he would "check on the status of the car and find me in the waiting room". After 15 minutes passed, I approached his desk again and he assured me that his manager had gone to the back to "speed up" my service. He said it should be ready in 15 minutes. I took that to mean that they had not started working on it and as I found out later from the manager I was correct. After another 20 minutes, I went to the desk again and was told that my vehicle was ready. I paid and asked to speak to the service manager who wanted to give me many excuses. It turns out that 3 of their seasoned service advisors all quit on one day -- that does not surprise me -- and 4 of their mechanics did not show up -- they obviously have a personnel problem. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE THERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST! I was not the only unhappy customer in the waiting room. This service degradation has occurred since November of 2022. Very sad.

      I am filing this complaint regarding Hendrick *** /Mini to express my jaw-dropping disappointment with my recent purchase experience.In May 2022) I purchased a 2015 ***** S60 advertised on the Internet in great condition. The ***** was in anything but great condition.Problem after problem, fix after fix. For several weeks the vehicle was in and out of the dealership for various fixes that is inconsistent and unfounded for a vehicle advertised in great condition. Aside from the vast inconvenience, it was misleading, dishonest, and flat-out false advertising! Most issues with the ***** have been addressed. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle the add oil light appeared. *****, my sales adviser, added a quart or more of oil assuring me this is something I can expect with an older vehicle and just keep check on it There is clearly an oil leak that predates my purchasing this vehicle. A few weeks ago, I stopped by Hendrick ***/ Mini hoping the new manager would be more attentive and customer service oriented than the assistant manager. After checking his records, the only solution the new manager had was a startling new revelation: youve had the vehicle almost one year. A response so tacky, disrespectful and unprofessional with an ounce of daylight between the two managers. Both total jerks!Over the past few months, this vehicle has cost in excess of $3,000 for service and / or repairs including flushing break and spark plugs that unequivocally should have been done prior to purchase, especially a vehicle with over 90k miles! **** last week the ** condenser had to be replaced for $1,800! While I understand the extended warranty unfortunately does not cover air conditioning. Flushing brakes and spark plugs without a doubt is an expense I should have to fork out for a $20,000 vehicle in great condition and dealer prepped. This is unacceptable, failing to meet the standard of service Hendricks prides upon.

      I bought a 2021 colorado and got a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. A gas sensor went out and they want to charge me $700 to fix it. I gave them a bad review and now I receive harassing phone calls for days. I wouldnt recommend.

      This is the first dealership we dealt with in this city after moving to *********** about 1&1/2 years ago. We have had nothing but problems since forking over a whole lot of money to this dealership. No accountability, manipulation, justifications, everything I hoped was a lie about sleazy dealerships. Shop around before trusting them just because of the famous name on the billboard. If you do fall for their act and buy a vehicle(s) from them as we did, be prepared for your vehicle to be there at least an entire day, even if you just need an oil change, which takes about 6 minutes. You can have an appointment but it wont matter. At this point thats the least rotten thing theyve done to us. I maybe write one review every 5 years, this place is so bad I really needed to get this out there! Dont buy from them, you will most likely regret it. Ive dealt with multiple dealerships in my life, never had a bad experience until I thought, ******************************* is awesome, lets go there! Regret it every time I make my payment!! I wanted to give them zero stars but you cant submit without putting at least one, trust me they dont even deserve 1/2 star.

      It truly saddens me that this dealership and management continues to give me and my family the bait and switch. They sold us a car and service plan that, by the admission of *** finance, should not have been sold. They then delayed repairs that could have been covered under that service plan and after it expired they started giving quotes.I have spoken with the service managers and dealership general manager ******************************* and the only offer was for oil changes just to get the vehicle back to the dealership for service recommendations. I have called the dealership and asked to speak to a regional manager or someone above ********************** and I have not been given a contact or a return call.I have spoken with several friends and colleagues about their experiences with Hendricks dealerships have been ok at best as there is always an upcharge for something that is not covered.I would strongly suggest that anyone that chooses to do business with ************** or Hendricks dealerships do not buy any add on service or warranty products as they will not look out for your best interests or your pocketbook.

      As an African American Woman, I travel through the entire **************** for work. My Husband purchased a 2018 BMW530 as second vehicle. He was told the car was inspected in ************** before it was transported to ****** **. Less than 100 miles the brakes light came on , and now we are told the ** Unit needs a full replacement and the parts are difficult to locate, back order etc. We attempted to resolve this issue and they refuse to speak with us or contact general manager. The car has been driven local due to my fear getting stuck, stalled and hauled in south *******. I have a 14 year relationship with ***************** and this was disappointing .They didn't ' seem to care about my safety and well being. To date we are expected to pay over $3000. They have refused to provide contact information to the previous seller or the auto dealer buyer. I work very hard and an insurance claim professional that include handling several client auto claims. I also serve on claim committees and will be vocal or my poor experience. Its ashame that service like this exist.
