      I went into this dealership on Saturday, February 25, 2023 to get an oil change and to have my camera screen checked. When I called to schedule this appointment, I was assured that my oil change and to have my screen checked appointment was scheduled. When I arrived I made sure that I let my advisor know that I was there for both and was told that it'll probably take 2 to 3 hours. I was okay with that. A hour late the advisor came back and told me that my oil change was done and because they're busy they wouldn't be able to look at my screen system. I told the advisor that I scheduled the appointments together because I was already there and it's a inconvenience for me to have to come back. I know that when appointments are scheduled they have to enter a reason for the appointment. This makes me want to cancel my warranty with this dealership because this experience made me feel like they don't value me as a customer. I had an appointment, I wasn't a walk-in. So I have to take time out of my schedule, possibly taking time off from work when this could've been handled while I was there. If I was spending money, I'm quite sure they would've looked at the issue I was having. I'm really considering canceling the warranty I have with them. Hendrick ***** has to do better. I've never had this issue at *******************.

      Wow just got off the phone with them and ******************* said he doesnt have bad reviews. Well man look at all of this. Ill keep my story as brief as possible. I purchased a BRAND NEW ***** Civic Sport from this location. It was night time and after close when we finalized the vehicle details. We drove it home but upon further inspection under the light, there were an incredible amount of cosmetic issues. Scratched brakes lights, scratched interior(cloth and plastic), window tint was bubbled up in multiple spots on all of the windows, among many other things. I have given them plenty of time to make it right but all I get is empty promises. I would never suggest anyone do business with this location. We paid over $30,000 for a new vehicle that looks more used than anything. Completely unnacceptable. I could go on for pages about the issues from start to finish but I have decided to let the people of social media be the judge. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY LOCATION especially *******************, *************************, ***********************, and their rookie salesman *****. I wish I could post all of the picture here for you to see. Start searching for *************** on social media Im going to start posting videos.

      BUYER BEWARE!I came into this dealership looking to buy two SUVs for my business. I spoke with the finance manager and explain to them what I was doing that I needed to put the vehicles under my business name and credit and me signing as The Grantor. They said they can do it no problem, when I sat down to sign the papers I explained again to make sure I was signing as the grantor. The Finance person said that I was. 30 days later I get a hit on my personal credit file of the new account with me as the cosigner which raises my debt to income keeping me now from being able to purchase my new home this year. I contacted the manager and complained about the situation after a few days of back and forth the manager advised that the finance person had no recollection of me talking to them about me being a grantor, and had no knowledge about any of the conversations we had. The manager later advised me that they had to do it that way because they only had two lenders that deal with commercial businesses and that they both had denied me. This was due to me purchasing five other vehicles in the same week from other lenders and dealerships. I advise them that if the finance person had told me i was going to be denied for being a grantor but instead have to be a cosigner, then I would not have purchased the two suv's. Instead they lied and pursued with the deal. They did this knowing that I would not buy a car from them if I had known this was the case. This is the type of dealership that does whatever it takes with their mouth sealed just to get a sale! I purchase a lot of cars for my business and unfortunately ********************* will never have another sale from me, family or friends. There's a right way to do business and there's a wrong way and what they did was wrong and no way it could be fixed. Sure would be nice to watch and listen to the video of the deal going through in the finance office but that won't happen. That's to protect the dealer not the customer!

      I would give them 0 stars if I could. We purchased a used CRV and we were provided a sheet with the offer which plainly stated a fee of $555 for the **** alarm. However when we sat down with the finance manager she told us the **** alarm was already installed and we had to pay $855 for it. We kept telling the finance manager (oh, shes also the compliance manager! REALLY?) that the alarm cost had been included with that WRITTEN quote (which we had initialed but wasnt included in the sales documents provided.) It was initialed by us! Everything else that we initialed was included in the documentation. She kept tapping on this giant screen built into her desk, saying the alarm wasnt in the quote. Back and forth tap on the list of packages tap on our quote. She just kept tapping like that was going to get through to us. Back to the **** alarm that which per our salesman added EXTRA security to the already installed ***** security system. So I have since googled this and the alarm DOES NOT ADD ANYTHING to the existing ***** security system, its installed as a convenience for the dealers so salespeople can open cars without needing keys and oh by the way the dealer can remove it. If only I had known this earlier, I feel really taken advantage of. Shame on dealers. How is that ethical behavior. Last but not least and to add salt to the wound, the car only had one fob, so our salesman said they were ordering a new one and would call us when it came in. Its 31 days later and no one from the dealership has contacted us.

      They took advantage of my 80yr old mom and little sister in buying a Civic with monthly payments of a Corvette, $800! That is ridiculous for this car! The family is outraged, and my brother called and they won't take the car back. 2/14/23

      Beyond aggravated and disappointed with Hendrick automotive. My husband and I purchased two 2022 autos, one of which (RS6) had very dangerous faults, confirmed by **************. Somethought we should **** we opted for returning the car and were pleased that there was no push back from the dealership as they took the car back and assured us we would have a check in the amount of the cars value within 5-7 days. This was December 10th. Today is January 30th, no check. Gives new meaning to the check is in the mail. To add insult to injury, my husband passed away-very unexpectedly December 22. The anguish is unbearable and what am I dealing with? Audi. 6 phone calls, texts etc. Falling all over themselves (*******************) when making the purchases, it took me 3 phone calls asking where the check was, Never did get a direct answer to that question. I stressed the check needed to be made out to my husbands estate or myself- since it still had not been sent! Check finally arrived today, made out incorrectly.****** obviously was not listening, no commission was to be made. Upon receipt of the check, I called ******-again, no response, then ****** the dealership manager at 10:42 this am. He assured me hed look into and hoped to get back to me within the hour. At 4:55 I called him back and was told its the end of the month, I have my hands full along with many other excuses, some of which were that others had not returned his phone call. Maybe let me know that, or call them again since Ive been waiting for a check since mid December?? Excuses, but we have already purchased cars, so I am certainly not a priority and that has been made very clear. Obviously Hendrick has a monopoly and my hope is that SOMEONE will take note of the unprofessionalism and complete void of empathy. Shameful.

      My Jeep was bought out Dec11,2022 from *********************** Chrysler ***********, **. In January my credit was hit reporting that I was late. the dealership never sent out the buyout check to Chrysler until Jan 11 or 12

      I just got off the phone with one of the service writers named *********************, and he was very rude to me over the phone and swore at me multiple times. Vey, very unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this business.

      After troubleshooting 2017 chrysler pacifica my father was quoted over $2k in repairs and he paid for all quoted repairs needed. 2 weeks later van breaking down again. Now needs a new engine when it only has 80k miles??. Something definitely wrong with this dealership mechanics and the treatment received was subpar. Quoted ****** for a new engine. Had to tow car to mechinic nearby quoting half of what they were trying to get. Do Not Go Here!
