      Last week was my unsatisfactory experience with this *** ************** been a customer for about three years to **** Thousands of dollars to the company given . Dealt with several dealers in Clt & in NY. But this experience has been the most moderately unpleasant Ive ever had. My vehicle was held hostage from 12/28 to 1/6.When my appointment was made, I was assured both brake lines were ordered & Id have my vehicle done before the weekend. I was only updated with unknown timelines & unavailable advisory. The advisor quit the same week going to 1/3 the status of my car unknown due to no notes . Then to no avail the parts were ordered incorrectly again dragging out to 1/5. **** the manager seemed to take control ignoring my needs as the customer. I use my vehicle for work , Im a single father, I had to call multiple times to get answers . No loaners were avail. So I rented two vehicles during the process and was set to leave town for Friday night which both the original advisor *********** were aware . **** attempted to help out by providing a $130 discount .The inconvenience & lack of ******************** within the shop caused me $100 in Uber cost, maneuvering vehicles around & my toddler in Ubers to at last min on the Friday leaving town and two rentals of over $200 & gas having to drive exhausted for a 12 hour road trip and delays to & from work . It wasnt worth the stress. Staff was pretty pleasant once finally getting to speak to someone. **** the new advisor was helpful at check out . Its about the lack of communication & unnecessary extra steps had to be able to service my vehicle . I wouldve been able to prepare better if the staff was prepared and informed when losing staff or making mistakes on ordering parts. Own to the mistakes . This experience was triggering and cant be forgotten. A dealership of this size should have better service my time , patience , understanding & money spent shouldve been better handled . Do better *** Hendricks .

      They will not work to correct any problem you have unless you buy the car from them. If you are visiting the area and have a problem with a brand they sell you are better off to wait until you get home .

      Do NOT take your car to them if youre having trouble with it. I was told twice by ***** that nothing was wrong with my car when I knew different. So I went to Victory Chevrolet for second opinion and come to find out my control arm was broken and struts were defective. I almost wrecked my car in the rain due to this with my kids in the car DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

      Their website is misleading, no cars on their lots. All are out of state. I purchased 8 vehicles and had no record of me. Do not purchase a vehicle from Hendricks

      Went to buy an advertised Rav4 and willing to pay the list price. When he brought out the "walk out the door" price sheet there was a line item of $2495 in addition to the advertised price for LoJack. I questioned this and told us it was in the advertising in small print. I have checked but there is nothing about this cost. He went to the manager and asked for a reduction and they took it down to $1495 for something we had no use for. I did the research and the cost for dealers to purchase and install LoJack is $220-$270 depending on the car. I still said no and the manager said there was nothing he could do as he had taken all the margin our and was making no money. Unbelievable. The stickers on the lot had a line item for LoJack at $1495 so not only does it have margin but they are trying to get a $1200 profit for simply installing LoJack.Really unpleasant experience with dishonest people!

      They cheat, Very cheaply too. Stay Away and Seek a Reputable Dealer.They had posted a ******** GLA on their website. The pictures were breathtaking and the price was listed for a good $5k to $6k below the market value. They also had a nice VW Golf on their website which was priced reasonably. I made an appointment to see them both and to tryout a Taos-S trim. I test-drove the *** but when I asked for the ********, they started mumbling:Salesman: Sorry it seems to be in the shop for some final touchups.Me: But you made the appointment for me, I didn't. You knew I was coming to see it.Salesman: Sorry, I forgot to convey that to my manager.Me: Can I see the inside and test drive it tomorrow?Salesman: No. For safety reasons we can't let you in the shop.Me: (Figuring out their cheap trick). Fair enough; Can I see the car from outside of the shop from ANY distance you deem safe? Say 200 feet away?Salesman: That's a No No.Me: Could I see the interior of a **** S trim?Salesman: Sorry we don't have any S trim in our inventory. There are only SE trims. Looking at their lot, there were loads of **** S. Long story short: There was no ******** to begin with. They would put some killing deal on their website to get you drive there (for 30 miles in my case), and once you're there, they try to convince you to buy what they actually. They exhaust you to purchase what they have planned for you.They had pulled the same cheap trick in 2019 on me, but I didn't write a review then. But it's time people know about their practices. I'm reporting them to the BBB and to VW ***. Although VW *** doesn't have that much of a reputation to keep up with.Remember 2015 Diesel Scandal? Same DNA is all over the place.

      Might be the worst service in the history of the world. I had to speak with three different people and fill out some form on my phone to get my car towed. I had confirmed with the dealership that the tow would be covered by Hendrick Autogaurd, only to have ALL THREE Autoguard reps not be able to find me in the "system". Paid $196 out of pocket for the tow. Took me an hour to coordinate it. Absolutely moronic systematization. Their CTO should be fired.

      This place have the most distasteful and dishonest people working here . I wish I didnt have to leave a star to leave this review. This place intentionally did things to car just to say it needed to be fixed to get money from me and they also charged me way more than they would charge others for things . DO NOT take your vehicle here . Im seeking legal advice so I can resolve my issue with them. They said because of the miles on my car it wouldnt hold up in court but theyre forgetting that the mileage has absolutely nothing with the things they intentionally broke on my vehicle smh I have videos and pictures of before and after and its disgusting what they did to my car because of the mileage. They should fire everyone that works here immediately!

      Submitted a request for a battery jump start at ****. I got multiple texts stating there was a delay in assigning a service provider. After an hour of waiting I called for an update and was told it would take more than 75 minutes. Another 3 hours went by so I called for another update. I was told there is no pending request and I can submit a new one. I am left stranded with a dead vehicle and no help coming.

      I purchased a used vehicle from them on 10/29/2022 im just received paperwork from them in regards to my tag and title which expire on 12/11/2022. On top of that Im just receiving a breakdown on the cost of the vehicle and my payments and stuff and they charged me a extra $3,000 dollars over the price that the vehicle was listed for. The vehicle was listed for a little over $28,000 but they charged me $31,500 for the vehicle. When I went there today to ask them why Im just receiving the paperwork and why is the price incorrect I kept getting told to talk to different people. I spoke with a floor manager or watever he was and he kept lying saying the cost was from different things. Also the stock number is different on the paperwork then what was originally listed with the vehicle. I called them out on that also and nobody had answers. I also was only given one key when I purchased the vehicle and was told they would check for another key after they so called checked it is only one key and they claim if I want another key I have to pay for it which makes no sense seeing your a dealership why are selling vehicles with one key. And my last issue is I went here as the buyer and was told I needed a cobuyer so I asked someone to be my cobuyer and they gave me there information over the phone to give to dealership. I dont no what the dealership did but some how I ended up being put as the cobuyer and not the actual buyer and now all the paperwork has me as cobuyer and not the main person! BUYERS BEWARE !! Buyer
