      Every single time I have gone to this dealership I have had countless issues. Today I brought my car into the dealership for a simple tire rotation and oil change. I received a call stating my car was ready for pick up, after I got into the car there was a new light on the dashboard. I walked back inside, and let the service advisor know there was an issue. He brought the car back to the master tech and they could not figure out why the parking break would not engage. Then he said there wasnt time for them to test the switch. Then proceeded to allude that the part was malfunctioning and I could possibly need to replace the part. After we left we noticed it looked a lot like the parking brake was still in service mode. We then watched a 5 minute ******* video on how to fix the issue and resolved it in our driveway. The tech disengaged the parking break I guess for the inspection, and clearly did not know what he was doing Otherwise he wouldve been able to solve the issue in less then 30 seconds. Clearly the techs are not trained properly. I would never take my car here again, but I paid for a simple warranty when I bought the car here. I would not touch this place with a ten foot pole if I did not have a warranty. Would not recommend going unless you want to pay for something thats not even broken.

      I trusted the sales guy who said he was a ********** then turned around and sold me a vehicle overpriced by 6-7k. This has put me in a very bad place financially. I went back there today and they tried to rip me off again. Stay away from this crooked business!!I put two thousand short of the sticker price down and am 10k upside down. Tell me how that math works!! Do not trust a single word. **************** were rude and pushy. Tried to rush me through the contract signing process so I couldnt read anything. For a week or two I thought I was in a good position on the truck, only to find out that was far from the reality. I would love to *** this scumbag company but they have the money to get out of it.

      I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid. I tried to use a coupon on Tuesday (3/5/2024) for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was told they did not have the oil for that coupon but "could do the next one for premium synthetic". I stated that I did not have that coupon with me, because I cut out the one I was going to use that included a tire rotation and left the rest at home. I was told it was okay, and that they would add the complimentary tire rotation. I was under the impression that I was getting the couponed price and decided to stay for the service. Upon paying, I was a little surprised that the total came out to over $80, I paid and went on my way. When I returned home and seen the coupon price was $57, I reviewed the receipt and the tire rotation was around $20 and there was a discount for about $24. That's still a good bit more than the couponed price. At this point, its more about the principle of being mislead, I would have went back down the street to get the other coupon to save the difference. We also noticed that the same tire is in the same spot its been in for at least 2 tire rotations now and nothing was mentioned. I thought the first time that my husband might not be remembering correctly, but when I called to ask about the tire rotation, I was told they didn't move that tire due to cupping. I then asked what that usually entails because it wasn't moved the last rotation either, but nothing was ever mentioned about not rotating the tire this time or the previous time. There was also greased hand prints all over the hood of my van, the door and on the steering wheel. The oil change reminder sticker was not applied either.I am saddened to say that I thought if I took my vehicle to a Chrysler dealership it would be cared for properly; however, that was not accurate. This is our 4th unsatisfied service and the final straw.

      ************** (Hendrick Auto Group). As life goes, my wife discovered a nail in the rear tire of her Audi Q5. A call to the dealership led me to the parts department to confirm a tire was available if I needed a replacment. After a positive conversation, I was then transferred to the ******************* My Service Writer (CH) and I discussed the situation and I was afforded the opportunity to show up for immediate attention. I arrived about 30 minutes after the phone calls and the tire was repaired within 90 minutes. This on-the-spot repair with the professionalism and courtesy of the dealership is highly regarded by me. Thank you for your efforts!

      I was looking for a truck and showed them at least 15 different trucks and they claimed that they could only get me in this one ***** Silverado. I couldnt drive it because it was in service. I put $6,000 down that night and was supposed to come back the next day and pick it up. Salesman sends me pictures the next day and theres a dent in the bed and bad water spots on the entire truck including windows. I asked to be put in something else or my money back unless they fixed everything. They agreed to fix the dent and all water spots. I pick truck up a week later while it was raining. They fixed the dent and I couldnt see the water spots so I thought it was fixed. Once it stopped raining, I could see they only fixed water spots on the bed. The rest of the truck is horrible because of water spots. Once I saw this and mentioned it to them, they said it just needs buffed. I was quoted $2,000 to fix water spots on a truck I just bought. After having the truck a week, check engine light comes on and the code is for the turbo assembly. I asked again multiple times to be put in a different truck and sent more pictures of trucks I was interested in. They claimed they would take care of it and I havent heard from them since! I have plenty of pictures and text messages with proof but cant get ahold of someone else. Horrible customer service and experience!! Now Im stuck with a truck that doesnt look good and has already given me issues and Ive only put two tanks of gas in it!!

      TERRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I purchased a 2018 ***** Accord Sport from Hendricks ***** of ****** in 2021. They provided and completed all my oil changes with the last one being Oct.2023. I took my vehicle into ******* to have an oil change Feb. 2024 and was advised that my oil looked as if it had never been changed. They showed me how dark and hard the oil was and that it could eventually ruin my engine. Being that Hendricks ***** had supposedly been completing my oil changes, I reached out to them Feb.9th never received a call back from anyone, until I called back multiple times and spoke with someone on Feb.13th. They gave me an afternoon appt for that Friday Feb.16th. I took my car back to Hendricks ***** where I was told my service manager **** that he would need the vehicle early one morning to be able to properly check the car. No one even walked to my car that particular day. After I drove 45mins, I was told to bring it back Sunday evening leave it overnight and they would check it Monday morning. After not hearing from the dealership at all Monday I gave them a call on Tuesday, only to be told my car that has ******* miles on it had a blown head gasket and because it was out of warranty, given a quote to pay $3000 to have it repaired. I asked how that was possible, and they told me normal wear and tear! I have owned multiple ***** vehicles, currently own a 2012 Accord that has ******* miles and has never had any head gasket issues or anything else major. I reached out to ***** corporation after calling a couple mechanics to get a 2nd opinion and was informed by many people that my model 2018 ***** Accord is known for this issue and that it is obviously a default of the car. ***** corporation refused to help and basically told me that it may be a default of the car but since no recall had been issued I have to pay the $3000 and that if in the future a recall is issued I would be reimbursed.! And the only concern of Hendricks has been getting paid!

      One of the worst experiences of my 67 years! Service **** kept us in the dark for 5 days because of a loose wire on my starter! They charged us for a $300 battery, the old battery was only 1.5 years old, they charged us for a $650 starter that I didnt need and zero communication unless I initiated it! Try to find a hotel room in ****** ** on a holiday weekend when you dont find out until 5 pm everyday that your car was not even looked at that day! Just an absolutely horrible experience and Im pretty sure the service manager had no idea I was a mech engineer for 38 years and Im pretty sure I have forgotten more about cars than he will ever know but that didnt not stop him from trying to string us along, FOR 5 DAYS!

      The buying experience at Hendrick of **** well until we got to finance and didnt realize until after we signed the contract that they added a $4000 dealer fee. It only went downhill from there. My new GMC Acadia had issues from the first month with the electrical system. My car display would freeze or change channels, my back up camera stays on when Im driving. I have turned my car in four times to get it serviced and its steel is not fixed. The service department is horrible, they put me in a rental car, not telling me *********** system. The service department is horrible, They dont listen to you when you try to tell them what is going on. I told them that my display was freezing or it would change the station and they decided to fix my camera and not work on the electric issues. This last time I dropped my car off they put me in a rental car, not telling me I would have to pay for it. Now I have a bill for a rental car and the service department said they know nothing about them charging an acts like that is all on me. On top of that after getting my car serviced the third time my brakes, which were no issue before now have loud screeching noises when breaking. This is a brand new vehicle, and I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle and with Hendricks of ****.
