      Bank of America has been holding my funds hostage for over a month and their customer service is impossible to get ahold of. Ive tried to resolve this situation by being patient, however, I have nothing else to resort to. There is no branch near me and their phone support is nonexistent.All I want is to get my money out as soon as possible and yet I cannot because they refuse to ship my debit card. I even attempted to ship it again after waiting for over a month via the app but they completely disabled that option. Dont do business with Bank of America never again.

      I am in the process of selling a house and there is an issue with the title and the entire deal is in jeopardy because Bank of America is not responding in a timely manner. It's a simple task that they need to do but it's not getting done. The buyer has already paid extra for a rate lock extension and now it's expiring again and they may walk away from the deal.
