      On 4/25/25, I made a double credit card payment in the amount of $1103.72 to Bank of America. I contacted them immediately to rectify the matter and asked for a refund of the 2nd amount. They agree and said it would take 7 - 10 business day for me to receive the refund. 7-10 business day has gone by and I did not receive my refund of $1103.72. I called again (5/9/10) and asked what is going on. They said they put in the request and to wait another 7-10 business day, which is did. On 5/14/25, I called again for clarification and to see the status, as I still have not received payment. I verified bank account information for an ACH payment. I was asked to wait another 7-10 business day. this brings us to 5/29. I called again asking to speak to a manager this time. ***** from ********************* (not sure which one), called and we talk to see what is going on. ***** verified the account Name, the account number, and routing number. ***** also said he submitted an urgent request and that I would receive my refund within 3 and hear back from Bank of America within business days, 6/2/25. It is pasted 6/3/25 and have not either received a refund of $1103.72 nor heard back from Bank of America.Please look into the matter. It has been over 30 days since 4/25/25. Way longer then the original 7-10 business days. I should have received my money already without the run around.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      However, as this complaint is still ongoing while Bank of America is conducting research, this complaint is not resolved and should remain open for at least another 60 days. 

      Please do not close out this case. Please keep it open until Bank of America completes their research and presents a resolution that is satisfactory to me,

      In the month of februay 2025 i responded to an offer of boa, about a credit card, the card was issued but i was unable to activated, due to the bank feels the card should have never be issued due to my age, 80 years old, i call *********** and requested to speak to a manager, the manager never responded, .my issue is to please remove their info from my 3 credit bureau record which boa send in, since i dont have a valid credit card, to remove themself from it and stop advertising boa in *********** if they are not acknowledging their bussines, the card # ****************, which cannot be validated nor use to please cancel this card and close this account from my credit report. The phone provided for help is unable to help unless i take a trip to *** to a local bank and provide personal information, how ridicule is that, please help clear this up since i believe at this point my personal information has been hacked by someone in the bank.

      I gave Bank of America $1000 dollars for secure business card it was over a year from may 10. The used my money and never graduated my business credit card. I would like money back on my remain balances send money back

      I asked Bank of America to close a savings account ending in 8112 because they were charging fees of $8 a month. They refused to close it. I spent over an hour on the phone on one occasion with no resolution. While the account had only a negative $8 balance, Bank of America charged me another $8 fee. Now the balance is negative $16 and they want me to pay $16 to close the account. I asked what am I paying the $16 for? I had no balance in the account. I have been banking with Bank of America for years and I dont think its fair to ask me to give them $16 for no service and no reason at all. I would like them to remove this $16 fee and close the account.

      Ive been with Bank of America for a while. I usually rarely get maintenance fees but sometimes I do. I recently got two, one was refunded and the other was not. They will not refund it whatsoever. Sure it may just be $16 but to someone that is disabled and in a very limited income, thats a lot.Also checking in some prior complaints about other fees as well as a very negative experience I had in one of the branches a while back. I lost the contact for the individual that was looking into it. Id really appreciate a refund of whatever fees can be refunded on this account.

      we been with these people for decades as a trader also.. they wont let us make transaction .. we lost a ton of dollars from these people .plese help! merrill edge ..

      I opened an landlord-tenant savings account with Bank of America in September 2015 to deposit a $2,400 security deposit provided by my tenant. As per law I did not touch the money in that account as it is a security deposit with me listed as the custodian and my tenant listed as the beneficiary. My tenant recently moved out of my property, therefore I tried to cash out the account. It turns out that Bank of America had closed the account in 2022 due to "inactivity" even though I was legally not allowed to be active with the account since it was a security deposit. They sent me to the state of ********** to file a claim for unclaimed property. I did so, but there is no such unclaimed property on file. So it looks like Bank of America has erroneously closed my account and then kept my $2400. I want the full $2400 that I deposited into the account that ********************** illegally stole from me.

      This company selling a product how to pay your mortgage and debt off early, it will cost ******after I signed up pay $6000 I call back and also email them that I want to put it on hold that I would like to get a full refund. Theytell me they will give me a refund back but I have to pay a fee of $210 and I disagree with it and Bank of America is not helping me reserve this issue

      My mother has been unable to access her living trust savings account following my father's passing last year. We have provided trust documentation to Bank of America last year as requested, but we have not yet been granted access. We have attempted to contact customer service and have been told to visit a local branch, which we are unable to do with my mother's mobility issues. Our most recent contact attempt by phone was 6/3/25, during which we were on hold for one hour, and were then informed the company's systems were down and that someone would call back within 30 minutes. No one called back and she has been without access to her account for approximately one year. Our request is that she receive access to the savings account number **************.
