      If I could give a zero stars I definitely ******** very disappointed with Bank of America. Due to an issue with their system, Ive incurred two late fees, which have negatively impacted my credit score. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, the issue hasnt been resolved, and Ive received little assistance. Ive been using credit cards for 8 years and have never had any issues with payments or late fees on any of them. This has been the most frustrating banking experience Ive ever had. I expected much better service and reliability from a major bank.

      I have business card with Bank of America over 15 years. They have a worst calling center ever. I have been calling them 4 days straight and every time I call, I was holding for 30 minute to 45 minutes and never get hold of them. Until today I still couldn't get hold of them.

      I paid off my credit card in full on January 6th. Money left my bank account on January 7th. Payment is still pending on **** website. Called to find out when payment will clear. **** agent said Ts&Cs allow them to take up to 10 business days. That is unacceptable in the digital age. Every other institution I paid off recognized it within 48hrs. I am trying to book a trip using a companion fare but I am unable to because they havent recognized the payment and I am forced to use BofA card to book but I have to wait until payment clears. I am currently held hostage and considering canceling *************** card to switch to *****. This is horrible service

      My father (80 years old) was getting scammed and tried to take $49,000 cash out of his account in **********, **. ***** with Bank of America called me right away to let me know the situation. She blocked him from taking out any more then the $10,000 allowed as he was going to travel to multiple banks to hit his goal which was $49,000. We caught up to him after the 3rd bank. Watch your elders people! I am glad I was listed on his account as a co-owner otherwise I woud have never known. Thank you *****!

      If you are thinking about joining Bank of America-dont. I banked with them for 10+ years and was given bad advice on closing my credit card that resulted in $500 in interest and fees. From something that want my fault, you would think theyd be more than happy to waive the charges but they refused.I do not and will never recommend this bank or credit card service to anyone. STAY AWAY

      Well unfortunately your incompetence forced me to leave your bank and close my accounts. I will also make sure no one that I know will ever sign up for an account with **********************. All over about $200 in late fees. Its wild you couldnt make this right.

      Terrible ***************** very inefficient system to meet in person to request a simple statement or account print out. You have to wait in line with other customers that have more complex requests, so wait times are terribly long to meet face to face. Very disappointing.

      Bank of America has got to be the least useful bank in my portfolio.I have a Bank of America credit card. A new one arrived in November '24.Someone stole the card before I got it and used it at several establishments.I called B of A within 1 hr of seeing the pending charges hit my account on my phone. B of A said no worries and it would all be taken care of.Then 1 month later, I get a decision from B of A that my Fraud claim is denied and I am responsible for the entire amount because somehow they say I was present when the card was swiped or I authorized them to use my card.Currently, I am appealing that decision but I don't expect a lot out of B of A.I recommend anyone who has a B of A card be very careful with it or don't use it entirely. B of A does not honor their online claim:You're protected by Bank of America's $0 Liability Guarantee: Fraudulent transactions made using Bank of America credit and debit cards are covered as long as you report them promptly; please visit our account and card security page for additional details.Don't trust B of A!

      Bank of America is unable to execute a simple request. Beginning on 11-13-2024 I visited a local branch to request a notarized lien release and/or letter clarifying *** has no interest in my vehicle. Initially I was told the letter would be delivered within 7-10 days. After waiting 14+ days I called again and requested the same document to which they emailed the wrong document (not notarized). I called again and requested the same document to which they faxed only the cover letter. I called again and requested the same document be faxed and they confirmed they would fax within 2-4 hours (never received). I called again and like ground hog day they told me it will take 7-10 days for them to complete the request. A request that started on 11-13-2024 and should have taken no more than 3 days, but give them their 7-10 days, has now dragged on to 12/26/2024 and is still not resolved. After speaking to the associate and then escalating to the manager who said there is nothing he can do other than wait 7-10 days, I then called the 800 number to file a formal complaint. All of this after I had already closed all of my accounts except one due to how they constantly changing their rules resulting in bank fees.

      Im an account holder and called customer service because a payment is processing and getting ready to hit and overdraft the account and these funds are not supposed to be drafting from the account. I was told there was nothing they could do and the funds would just have to draft. I then was told I could contact the merchant. I did, and they dont recall any transactions. So what is this? Oh its nothing. Just like what my account is going to say because ALL of my interest is being removed from this financial institution come the start of 2025. I do not recommend Bank of America to any U.S. citizen and 1 star is an OVERstatement. I would not trust Bank of America if you paid me. They have proven to me with real experiences that they do not care for the people who keep their lights on; their account holders. Goodbye Bank of America. Im not coming back.

      If I could give zero stars I certainly would. Bank of America doesnt help customers at all. Its two days before Christmas and I already didnt have any money to get my kids any gifts, but my grandma sent me money for diapers and it went to an overdrawn account and not my deposit account. I talked to Zelle, Bank of America over the phone and in person and NO ONE would help me. So I will be pulling my direct deposit from this Bank because what is the point of banking with an institution that takes and takes but never gives thanks a lot Bank of America Ill be glad when y'all finally go out of business. Youre pointless to the community
