      On my birthday I went out of town and I mustve dropped my debit card along the way before I was on my plane when I realize what was going on with my account I contact ********************** immediately and filed a fraud claim Bank of America declined me five times. So I had to file a report to the **** after 2 1/2 months BOA return my money and pieces it took like two weeks. It didnt inform me of anything wouldnt go over the information when I ask. dont even know if did it right but all I know is they credited back money but then they refuse to credit back all the fees that they charge but they refuse to pay *** for all my accounts that were on auto pay this has ruined my credit rating. This also has ruined my life. Im in such bad shape that I have to sell myhouse. Im a senior citizen. The charges that were made. I dont even go to those cities and I dont know why Bank of America would decline me. was a customer for over 17 years and did lots of business with them. I have found please reports and sent everything to them and they still declined me once they fix my account you know I closed it out. I donteven wanna do business with them and they still charging me.

      Been my bank for many years. I am currently on hold for 29 minutes and counting. They keep closing branches and are totally inaccessible. Switching banks asap.

      I have been a customer of ********************** for ** year and did not have an issue until recently, when I attempted to update my name on my account. Since providing all necessary documentation to this institution and receiving confirmation of the updated information from a representative, I have received numerous phone calls and emails from Bank of America, all of which address me by the wrong name. In one of these phone calls, I corrected the representative each time he addressed me by the wrong name, yet he kept doing it. In the follow-up email to this phone call, he again addressed me by the wrong name, to which I responded and told him, yet again, to address me by the correct name and to refer me to corporate customer service. His response was simply "sorry." I have attempted to call the corporate customer service number and was told that the hold time was "longer than normal" and that they would call me back. I have been expecting that call for 30 minutes now. There is no way to email the corporate customer service division, so I am instead relying on the initial representative who assured me that my name has been adequately updated in Bank of America's systems to actually escalate the issue since the other representative did not and Bank of America will not take my calls in a timely manner. Because of this issue, I am considering withdrawing my business entirely from this institution despite 25 years of perfectly fine service.

      the worst bank ever seen . be careful of their ATM machine i did put a deposit yesterday in their machine and it took the money and it did not account them in my account and i did went to their bank office to explain what happened and the agent told me i need to fill up a claim and you have to wait around 10 business day to check if they can credited or no and it may take up to 45 days the claim and the the agent mention that they have this problem many time with the same ATm machine in ***********.

      I dont recommend never this Bank is the third time whitn prolem the firts problem is when open my business account the guy dont help me pretty good,the second time when send me the card never installed,and now i deposit big check and i need to wait 7 days to see my money this bank is garbage

      Bank of America has frozen my funds without providing any clear explanation or resolution. I made the switch from ********** to Bank of America to take advantage of the benefits offered to veterans. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.Currently, more than $128,000 of my money is being withheld, and despite repeated efforts, customer service representatives have been unhelpful and dismissive. The staff at my local branch has done their best to assist me and are equally frustrated by the lack of support from higher levels of the organization.This sudden freeze has jeopardized my livelihood, placing me in debt and on the brink of losing my home. Most critically, it has put the well-being of my 78 employees at risk. These are hardworking individuals with families to feed and bills to pay, who now face uncertainty.Yesterday, a customer service representative made an insensitive remark, suggesting that I should not be running a business without reserve funds or should simply take out a loanessentially mocking the gravity of my situation. This level of indifference is unacceptable.I am taking this matter to the media and have retained a law firm to pursue legal action. Bank of Americas actionsor lack thereofhave not only brought my business to the brink of collapse but have also inflicted immense personal and professional harm.This situation highlights the devastating consequences such negligence can have, driving individuals to desperation and irreversible decisions. I urge anyone considering @BankofAmerica to think twice before entrusting their finances to an institution that disregards the livelihood of its customers.They just ruin my life, my future, my kids future, I lost my business just right now and all my employees thanks to them. A lot of people take their life and commit suicide for situations like this. If it wasnt that I have kids I wouldve already kill myself.

      Unable to basically get a copy of an MT103 or even reach anyone that can trace a transaction for me. I have spent close to 5 hours in a single day with no resolution, am I expected to wait all day? Terrible experience.

      Don't bother with this bank, they have no the least decency in treating their customers. They put up promotions everywhere, I happened to need a bank account, so opened a boa checking account online. It went through no issues. I then followed up with funding my account and set up direct deposit the following week. Never expect they sent me a letter 2 weeks later telling me they closed my account, no reasons provided. This was just one day before my direct deposit would be due. I had to scramble to redirect my direct deposit. I called them twice, asking why, they simply say they can close any account for any reason, just business, they don't need to give a reason. How arrogant - don't bother, go to other banks, they are not the only banks in the world,
