I bought a product on Dirt Devils website that runs through Royal Appliance MFG it was a vacuum cleaner on 11/3/23. The package never arrived as scheduled on 11/8/23 by ****** I reported that to the company via email and I called the customer service number on the 9th of November. I have had problems with receiving my orders that are being delivered by ***** so I respectfully requested a refund. The information I got was it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the refund to be processed and that is when the merchant feels like releasing the funds back to my bank card and that is unacceptable. I have been receiving the runaround from this and being lied too, and I dont like it. The company took my money on 11/3/23 so they can process the refund. I went out myself and spent my money at another company to get a vacuum cleaner which was big dirt devil. So Dirt Devil can refund me my money immediatelyBusiness Response

I placed an order on line and immediately realized I forgot part of the Model#. I tried calling the company and they didnt answer their phones, I initiated chat after chat that went unanswered. The website says just to call, but they dont answer their phones. Finally @ 12 hours later I got someone on the chat that said item had shipped, I said no it hasn't because I know people in shipping, then she said, well, I can't cancel it, just refuse the shipment. Package was dropped off with no option of refusing. Fed Ex said they need a label and I cannot refuse, If I refuse, they will *************** back to me again because the company didn't put the correct label on the package to accomodate a 'refusal'. I cancelled this order in plenty of time, they should provide ME a return label because they said I could refuse shipment, yet their label did not allow refusal. I WOULD LIKE THEM TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING SINCE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CANCEL THE ****** UNDER YOUR QUESTION DESIRED SETTLEMENT, THERE IS NO PLACE TO PUT I NEED A RETURN LABEL. i bought a hoover vacuum 1 year ago at *****************, The hose and plate on the bottom come off, they have replaced the vacuum 3 times, i am on my 4th vacuum from TTl floor care. the vacuum instructions say not to return to kohls. i have asked for a refund before, they will not refund because it was a 3rd party purchase. I have asked for it again on this 4th vacuum. the hose keeps coming out again. I will be vacuuming and look down and it is not even in the vacuum. wasting precious energy of mine. everytime they replace it i have tto do without a vacuum until the new one arrives. the original rcpt. is in their records with all the claims i filed . I lwtc at kohlsexecutive office. too since the BBB said i need to call them. But it clearly says not to return vacuum to kohls, and original purchase has been about a year now. Contacted the customer via email and she has agreed to let us send her an upgraded model as a replacement since we cannot refund her money and since she has had multiple issues with the previous model. An upgraded replacement has been sent to the customer. Bought pet smartwash shampooer Feb 2023. In Nov 2023 as I was cleaning the machine a spring popped out of the top plastic piece covering brushes. It was not man handled or dropped. It was to pull and release and simply flew out when lever pulled. I bought an extended warranty as well. Customer service puts me on hold for eternity and chat claims that the piece is no longer made. I asked to get a replacement comparable or let me pay the difference as I need a ahampooer and to date nothing heard. The Extr warranty also doesnt cover since the manufacturer should.Business Response

I purchased a Hoover vacuum on July 14 2023. Last week It stopped working. I called for warranty services and was told the warranty was void because I ourchased it on Amazon Amazon told me to contact Hoover Hoover told me to contact Amazon Neither party is standing up to the warranty promise It is not fair for a company like Hoover to make a claim like this. Items sold by unauthorized companies/individuals do not come with any warranty. Warranties are not transferred and only apply to the original purchaser. I purchased this carpet cleaner directly from Hoover in 2019. It has not been used very much as you can see from the pictures. The issue is the bolts are rusted. I tried to turn it on and it has the highest screeching noise you can imagine due to the brushes not turning. I did call Hoover 3 times they said they were sending an email each time which I never received, they also say it takes up to 24 hours each time they submit it. They have never had issues sending sales ads etc. I really just want this taken care of. Since it does not help me to call them each week you were my next step. Also, the bolts rusting is not just on my unit. You can ****** the issue online and even ******* where people try and repair it. I would prefer a different unit just so I dont have the issue again but I am open to just help. Thank you very much for helping me.Business Response

Carpet shampooer that Hoover/TTI supposedly guaranteed for 5 years is only little more than a year old. Repeated attempts to obtain a simple replacement part failed. Repeated attempts to find a repair facility failed. Supposed authorized repair centers either don't exist or refuse to repair. Some claiming that they too cannot obtain the replacement part. On 9/25 my husband, *******************************, placed an order for a ONEPWR Dual Bay Battery Charger (Order #: ******). Unfortunately, once received, we realized the issue was not with our charger but with the battery itself. My husband then followed all of the return requirements and sent the charger back for a return ****** tracking ************) on 10/5 with a scheduled delivery date of 10/9 for a charge of $16.25. The charger was confirmed delivered as per ***** website. It is now 11/16 and we are way past the date of having expected our refund so that we may move forward in purchasing a battery instead. We have tried multiple times to call Hoover (waited for more than 31 minutes one time, other times the automated system says to call during regular business hours even though you call during business hours), chat (the bot says it is transferring you to a live agent but you never end up getting transferred, and email (no email address listed on their website for customer service). I even tried disputing the charge with my bank in order to get my money back but it seems like this is past the amount of time I could dispute as it did not allow me to. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone for a refund and at this point I am considering buying a whole new vacuum with a different company to not give Hoover any more of my money.Business Response

Hoover Case #******** Purchased a Hoover vacuum last November. Recently it started having issues coming on and I'd have to move around the power cord to get it to turn on. I reached out to customer support and after having to literally send them a recording of the issue, they finally agreed to replace it. However I'm being told I have to cut the power cord of the vacuum completely disabling it. That will turn the vacuum into a completely nonfunctional unit where it was previously semi functional. According to them once I send a picture proof, they will confirm within 3 to 4 days and send within replacement 7 to 10 days meaning I'll be without a functioning device for up to 2 weeks. This isn't acceptable. I have to clean my home.Business Response
