      Bought new 2-14-23 Hoover MAXlife Elite Swivel XL pet UH75350 used 10 months maybe 30 times have had to replace the burnt broke belt 4 times SO FAR. THIS VACUUM IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT Tried many ways to get ahold of customer service waited in phone over an hour no answer, chat same thing no answer. I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK for this defective POS PRODUCT

      Purchased a Hoover carpet cleaner in 11/2022. In 10/23, it started smoking. Took to a Hoover-approved repair shop on 10/30/2023. After 6 weeks, repair shop is still waiting on resolution from Hoover. Repair shop stated that they submitted warranty request on 11/1/2023 but cannot get response from Hoover when trying to follow-up. I personally spent 3 hours this morning trying to contact Hoover customer service (waiting on hold, waiting on callback) and have heard nothing.

      Hoover is a disaster, no customer support. **********************'s definition of customer support is literally one old lady ** her 90s.. And she doesn't even care.Good luck getting any help whatsoever. Hoover sent me A refurbished motor and it does not work loss of suction brand new out of the box supposedly and it does not work correctly.

      Ordered vacuum on 17Nov23 and Received on 18Nov23. Out of the box the battery is defective and does not charge. Attempted 27 times to contact customer service VIA chat and phone, chat says no one is available, phone says no one is available. No email address to state issues. My item is defective from the company and they want ME to pay postage to send it back and wait 4-6 weeks to reimburse my money. I want a paid postage and my money sent back immediately. ORDER# ******

      The customer has been contacted and a prepaid label will be sent so he can return his item. There is a 4-6 week timeframe to get his refund once we receive the item back. I am also going to offer to do a warranty claim if he is willing to do some troubleshooting to see if a battery/charger reset needs to be done instead of him returning the product.

      I have sent tweets, attempted to online chat, attempted to call and no one at Hoover is available. There is no email address. You are selling a vacuum that requires a belt that I need to replace - I used it once and the belt snapped within five minutes. The replacement does not exist - it's not in your manual, it's not on the Hoover website. Where the h*** do I find a **** EPH234 belt for your model #UH77110? Or better yet, how do I get my money back. It shouldn't take this much energy to get your product to work.

      This company may make a terrific product but when it comes to processing returns and refunding customers that's where the terrific ends. I ordered a vacuum and a set of bags back in July. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it just wouldn't work out for my daughter to use it where she was living. I called to set up a return which was fine, got some Fed Ex return labels and dropped it off. They received the item at their return warehouse on Aug 7th. Their website says.... "Allow 4 weeks from receipt of merchandise for a full refund or credit to be issued". I called after it had been a month since they received it and they told me it takes 4-6 weeks from the date they received it to get my refund. So I called again after 6 weeks and they then told me it takes 6 weeks from the date they processed the return which was Aug 22nd. They said 6 weeks from that date was October 3rd. I still have yet to receive a credit on my account and they keep telling me that they are trying to get it expedited for me but yet it doesn't seem like it. I just want my money back and I will be sure to never purchase from Oreck again.

      I purchased my vacuum 11/21. It has a 5 year warranty. After 22 months the handle broke off. Simply broke with no warning. I contacted customer support. Gave them all the information including pictures, receipt mfg info. Everything they asked for. The warranty department emailed me stating I needed to cut the cord off the vacuum completely bro disable the vacuum before they would do anything. This is unreasonable as then I would be without a vacuum at all for a minimum of **** days. We have a dog in the house. I asked again and was told they no longer had the part but would give me a new vacuum. But again must destroy the old vacuum first. I find this totally unreasonable, unacceptable and offensive. This assumes I am not to be trusted. I have had hoovers for years. The new company that took over Hoover obviously makes an inferior product and deliberately makes it difficult to have a warranty honored. I will no longer do business with them.

      I have reached out to the customer, apologized for her experience, and told her we can resolve her issue in a timely fashion. We cannot send a handle since they are not available but will be happy to send a replacement unit under warranty.

      I purchased an Oreck Discover that it stopped working after first use (flashing light). Customer support had me sending a video via email and didn't provide further instructions by EOD as promised. After second call CS forced to pack defective unit for a refund because they wouldn't send a replacement instead. I called CS number and after a 30minute wait I wasn't able to speak with a supervisor.Now I have to get a box, pack this unit and wait 6 weeks for a refund (if I ever get the ***** label that has not arrived). The only reason I got this unit was because my previous Oreck XL21 worked flawlessly for 15 years.Extremely subpar product and even worse customer experience. For $600 I could've purchased 3 vacuum cleaners with stelar reviews from Amazon. If you want a happy life stay away from Oreck products.

      The customer was contacted on 09/26/2023 and notified that a prepaid label was issued from ***** and this could take 24 hours to receive the label. Once the unit is returned back to us we will issue the customer a refund. Our return policy states it can take 4-6 weeks for a refund.
