      I would like to give NO stars. Non existent customer service . Only a bot who doesnt respond to questions specifically , then leaves chat . I have also left a call back number and its been three days with no call back . Too bad Hoover. You used to be good but no more

      Hoover. Power-Pets is a waste of money. The water just pours out of the machine. It's impossible to clean the carpet because the water is gone within minutes. Also, it is impossible to clean the portion of the machine that holds the the contaminated wastewater. It seems like there was no thought put into this product. Or worse Hoover just doesn't care. This is cheaply made. I have been a lifelong hoover customer. This is a big disappointment. A waste of time and money

      I purchased a Hoover Smartwash back in December of 2021. It is now 8-21-23. The unit stopped dispensing water.I called Hoover and they read a script and stepped through some troubleshooting. Nothing worked and they asked what cleaning solution I was using. They told me that since I did not use the Hoover cleaning solution the manual states all warranties are void. I went through the manual and it does not state this anywhere.I stated that you are making an assumption that it is the solution and an issue with the hose, what if it was a solenoid or motherboard issue, that is mechanical and manufacture issue and has nothing to do with the cleaning solution.They refuse to help me out and shut me down. Extremally dissatisfied and if it is not fixed, I will be making sure I tell friends, family and anyone that will listen (social media can be a killer) to not purchase any of their products because they will find a way to not honor their warranty.

      I purchased Hoover carpet cleaner Feb 9, 2023. The box didnt include 2 screws for handle. I have contacted TTI several times requesting screws. **************** rep sent 2 incorrect screws approximately March. June 2023 I contacted customer service requesting screws spoke with ****** who informed me she will send screws. She sent 3 bottles of carpet cleaner and a day later I received unsealed envelope that were suppose to have screws but didnt. I replied to her email attached copy of envelope showing unsealed, no screws included and post office sticker indicating received unseal. June 23, 2023 I called customer service spoke with rep ********* stating ****** emailed me requesting I cut cord, remove model # sticker and send picture to receive new carpet cleaner. I will like to receive screws for my model number FH50138V. I dont trust Hoover will keep their word replacing same model carpet cleaner (once cord is cut) without any additional problems. Or that Hoover will replace carpet cleaner if I cant receive the correct screws.

      Not even really deserving of 1 star and I wish I would've checked BBB prior to ordering. I have contacted customer service almost daily regarding their faulty cordless vacuum I purchased a few weeks ago and have received absolutely no response. I have held for hours in their automated phone loop only to be disconnected. I have left numerous messages for a callback when a CS rep is available and never received a return call. I have used the chat bot repeatedly providing all relevant info and was issued case numbers three times with no response. I have used the customer service request messaging option through the website, providing all relevant info along with my email and phone for follow-up as well as direct emailing Hoover via the address listed on their site... again, absolutely no response. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY BY FAR and I will never order another product from them again... too bad I'm stuck with two vacuums I cannot use and cannot get a response to obtain replacement or return.

      This company is absolutely horrible!! I wish I had checked BBB before I ever ordered from them. I purchased a new model called Emerge from their site. It did not work as expected. I was not satisfied with the performance at the price I paid. I returned it within days. They received it 8 days from the day it was shipped. They never refunded my money. This company is extremely difficult to get in contact with. They do not answer phone calls I was holding for for over 40 minutes and they never answered. Also when I attempted to chat with a company agent on their site and I mentioned a return they stated no agents were available.The email they provided was not authentic. When I attempted another chat I put in purchasing a vacuum, interestingly enough I was able to talk to an agent. I told the agent what I was really writing about and that agent confirmed my return. I am still waiting on a resolution from this company.STAY FAR AWAY from HOOVER they are deceptive and most definitely not worth the hassle to purchase a vacuum from!!!

      Horrible customer service process, item was defective and needed parts. I contacted support, not looking for free stuff, but parts I was willing to pay for to get this $300 vacuum working again after being held together with tape. Weve had it for less than a year- I thought at this price point it would last longer than a few months. CS directed me to getting a free replacement unit- wow, above and beyond what I needed. 3 months later and I am still being interrogated over what happened to my vacuum. Cut the cord to show you its inactive and then contact me weeks later to give you detailed information and still no resolution or response? So I would have to buy a new vacuum to use while this claim process moved slower than molasses. Wed like to thank you Mr *********************** For really selling bad products and blaming customer for the inadequacies of your customer service and warranty process.Do not waste your money on their products

      First I tried to contact them multiple times, to no avail. I have a Hoover Vacuum under warranty. Hoover TTI Floor Care chat doesn't work, which said they are available from 8am to 8pm. No matter what time of the day ~ "chat" doesn't work and I disabled my popup setting, just in-case. However, I have used chat before on their site ~ without disabling popups and it worked, but not in the last 15 days. So I emailed them through their Hoover TTI site, 3 different time. They sent an automatic confirmation and asked me in an email to wait up to 10 days. I did and heard nothing from them. It's been 15 days so I called them. The first message you hear is their open from 9am to 5pm EST It was 9:05am when I called and they weren't open. So I called back later and was put on hold until my battery died on my phone. Then, tried to call back after plugging it in, busy. I have saved dates and times they were emailed and called, but will see if that does any good. Anyway, the motor died on what Hoover TTI Floor Care calls their best vacuum, after a few months.

      I do not want to even give them 1 star. I ditto the other complaints of inexcusably poor customer service and refund issues. I have been waiting for 4 months for a refund for a product that was returned to their facility on 8/16/22. I am presently on hold for 3 hours and will hold just to see if they do answer. I have written a letter to the president *********************** at the *********, ** headquarters to see if they care about customer service and am demanding a resolution. It's not been worth the ridiculous hours spent on this issue but now I am digging my heals in for the principal. I have been a customer of **********************/******************** for 30 years and this is beyond unacceptable. I will never consider a product from Hoover again.

      They are a sad company(Hoover). It's 3;23pm EST and when I call its says they are closed(at 5pm). I've sent emails and when I try to chat all I get is a robotic response. This is totally uncalled for. So, NO way to reach ANYONE!!! Safe, **************!!@
