      I began receiving recorded messages from multiple phone numbers stating legal actions were to be taken against me if I did not contact this company. When I attempted to call to address the situation the same message I received was replayed. When I finally got someone (a day later)I asked the person to Identify who I was talking to and the name of the company..I was never given any information on the nature of the call. The person just started asking me for personal information without identifying themselves. So, the person began threatening me about being sued and contacting their attorney. I was hung up on..I Called back only to threatened again and againThe person texted me a statement that I owed money to a company I never had any dealings..I attempted a final time to address the text. The person did not initiate an inquiry to confirm if this might be an issue of identity thief or offer to research this debt. I am very very upset with the strong man tactics this company implores to collect a debt..Especially, when I am deeply concerned that this is a case of identity theftThere is no away companies like this should be allowed To broadcast messages to intimidate people and threaten them with such vitriolPlease help me gain the information I need to resolve this promptly because I worked very hard to rebuild my creditThank you..

      Have been contacted by Aquarion AM the last 2 days about an alleged debt. The agency name is correct for a debt paid off in 2014. But the account number is incorrect. I have contacted the agency they claim to be collecting for, and they have no record of any open accounts or outstanding accounts. The last open account was closed March of 2014, so they are trying to collect on a account that is past the statue of limitations, that has been paid off. I have paperwork for the proof. I would like copies of Aquarians paperwork so I can research and figure out. Also said debts do not show on any of my current credit reports

      I am rejecting this response because: I have sent in numerous letters requesting all information and proof of debt. Original letters sent from my local post office May 12 2023. I got their notification May 9th 2023 through Email. I have received no further information from Aquarion, from proof of debt, proof that **** said they could collect on their behalf, etc. I also sent them via email and attached to mailed letters proof of original pay to the account they claim to be collecting on.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I also like to know how they removed it from their office. Was it given to or sold to another colleague? Aquarion is not the first company to attempt collecting on that account.

      I was contact on 05/08/2023 and threatened with $3,000 in court cost on a $850.69 bill. I was told the last communication sent to me was in 2019. They could settle today for $425.35 + a $10.00 fee for a total of $435.35. I was scammed, I do not owe this money and want a refund. They provided me with an account reference number of ********.

      I was called today for *************************. I was given all of his information from social security number,birthday,where the debt was from the amount owed. I was told he would be charged for theft by deception and wages would be garnished by 33% if he didn't make a payment today. I agreed to pay$50 for him. I know it's illegal for you guys to even give me his info to begin with. Then I was charged a $10 fee I wasn't aware of. I check my account and it was $60 and another$1 charge. I'm mad about it. I want my money back for y'alls deception!!! I will be in contact with a lawyer as well if this isn't resolved instead of telling me you didn't know about the fee. I didn't sign the paper you sent me to approve it either!!! When I seen the fee I said absolutely NOT!! I was told it was too late and nothing could be done about it. Something will be done or what I will get an attorney as well as ******** will be getting one for you giving out all his info to someone without his permission as that's very illegal to do!

      Aquarion Asset Management has been calling me everyday for months. The debt they are trying to collect isnt even mine! They are trying to collect a debt from my son that he doesn't even owe! And they are calling ME everyday! I have told them to stop calling me, but they wont. They call from different numbers all the time. My son has not lived with me for over 20 years! They will not stop calling me. My son has talked to them and told them the bill from 2009 has been paid, and to stop calling me,but they still call and they still want money. They are relentless. I have read reviews on line and they all say that this company is a scammer. I am very tired of it!

      This company reached out to us stating we owe a debt. After trying to figure out what the debt was and letting them know it was our debt they stated they will mail court documents for us to dispute. I keep getting automated calls from them and when I called back they said we will see you in court. I called back after being hung up on asking to speak with a manager and they hung up again. Repeated phone calls to this company are met with hang ups.We have not had this credit card they are speaking about. They leave us with no way to figure out what is going on.

      Aquarian Asset Management called regarding an account that I am not familiar with. When I attempt to speak with a u of their reps or managers they are extremely rude to the point of hanging up on me. They will not mail me any information regarding the account tbst they say that I owe. When I ask them they threaten me with court and hang up.

      SCAM - Not a real debt collector. I was contacted by this company twice about a supposed debt. When I asked for proof they threatened to contact my HR to garnish my wages and to *** me. They refused to provide proof of debt.

      This business attempted to collect a debt from me stating I owe money, the telephone representative that I spoke made an arrangement to have the debt paid by me without my permission, I never agreed to pay the debt.When the representative made this decision, it forced me to make a payment or to proceed with further legal action. I didn't make the payment because I never agreed to make the payment. She made the decision for **** attempted to explain, I never agreed to pay, I also requested to speak to Manager, to provide clarity by explaining I never agreed to pay, The call center reps denied me access to a Manger by terminating my calls every time I called. (literally hanging up the phone), there's also pending legal litigation because of the rep making a decision for **** denied the original debt, because I've had my identity stolen in the last past.I .
