      I received a call from phone number ************ (A ******* number) stating this is an attempt to collect a debt, any information will be used for the purpose. All calls are recorded. Someone then comes onto the line- not addressing where they are calling from and says "How can i help you?" in a rachet ghetto tone. I responded with "You called me so I'm trying to see how i can help you. The hoodlum then responds, I didn't call you, but I'm trying to reach *****************************, i asked where they are calling from, and "it" just continues to ask for personal information without verifying or even stating where "it" is calling from. Then proceeds to say something about a payday loan, asks if im still at my current address, and says, and how they have been trying to "locate me for court". Then hangs up. So i call back, trying to get more information, and the hoodlum says "why do you keep calling me", BECAUSE YOU CALLED ME, ASKING FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION, CLAIMING TO BE TRYING TO LOCATE ME, THEN HANGS UP ON ME!' It hangs up again, and i continue to call back, asking for an addressing for this business, and continuously get hung up. Not only is this a ghetto a** piece of s*** business, but it is so far from professional, and so overboard with tackiness that it is ridiculous! Not only will you never get a dollar out of me, but i hope they shut this pathetic business down, immediately! DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!

      This place has been spam calling me every day for the past week. Every time it is with a new phone number, and they leave a voicemail with a robot. I have no affiliation with them, have never contacted them for services. They need to be shut down

      They keep calling and saying that I owe them from an online loan that I never had. They leave voicemails stating that they are going to garnish my pay. I call the national line and they are rude and threatening me

      I am rejecting this response because: this is a fake company who scams people. They cant even provide me with the required information for a debt they claim I owe and have threatened criminal charges. Whereas by law they have to provide me with a written copy of what I owe. This is a scam and I will do everything in my power to find who is responsible for this

      I have been contacted by this company on several different occasions, accusing me of owing money on a *********** credit card. These individuals are harassing, threatening, and refuse to answer any questions when I ask them how they got my information. They continue to call and when I start asking them questions they hang up.

      Complaint against Aquarion Asset Management. Calls my cell phone and work phone saying I owe money form from 2014 from a payday loan from EZCORP EZ MONEY. ******* was yelling and screaming at me calling me a liar. Said she would see me in court. She said my bank name and I asked which branch and she said it doesnt matter-yes it does matter there are several banks with the name of my bank around the country. Said she has all of personal information but would not give it to me. I called my bank and no deposit has ever been made to my account from this company. I want the the threats and harrassment to stop immediately.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have never taken a pay day loan in my life. They call my cell phone work etc with threats and tell me to f*** off so no I am not the responsible party. Everything iibread about this place is fraud and a scam. My bank said I never had a deposit as they are claiming. Total fraud

      This company continues to call me about a debt that was included in bankruptcy many years ago and threatens me with court, garnishment, seizing my bank account and more. When I told them that even if I did owe it, they were well past the statute of limitations, they laughed at me and said they could *** me whenever they wanted. I was told that I had been ducking and dodging getting served papers for this alleged debt for years, when there is no debt collection at all for it. They call from different numbers that appear local to me. I have reported them to the ***** They need to shut down

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have filed a complaint with the **** and the company, ***************, that this company claims I owe shows I owe nothing and the account is well over 10 years old. I have called and told them o have reported them for harassment and to stop calling and was threatened and told I cant do that. I was told I have been dodging getting served papers, yet I have no cases open with them anywhere. They are scam artists and if you ****** their name, you see multiple people filing the same complaints. You also can no longer comment of their ******** page. They are trying to collect zombie debt and deceive people. I will not call because I will not subject myself to verbal abuse and the last time I called and told the person I was recording the call, they hung up.

      Aquarion AM has called and harassed me with threats of garnishment, liens you name it, and I still dont have a clue of why there saying I owe. The reps are rude. They want your whole life history and wont even spell the company name or give you information on what they are saying you owe. This needs to stop I have been called from every phone number in the white pages. They dont know what cease and desist means.

      This company called saying I owed money, I have no debt what so ever, she began to scream at me saying she was going to take legal action and seize any and all of my assets, she then said I hope you enjoy that. Seriously?! I work full time and this was uncalled for, the threatening nasty mean calls are ridiculous. Do not give any money to them contact an attorney first.

      This company repeatedly calls both my home and mobile phone stating I had a account with HBSC bank and owe them just shy of $1,100.00. I've asked for all correspondence to be sent via **** and to discontinue phone calls, but calls increased. When I begin asking questions about the validity of the debt (dates, etc.) representative gets loud, rude and tries to dominate the call. They've never sent anything via mail, just a text after a call showing what they state I owe, again with no proper account information, dates, etc. My wife answered a call from them 2 weeks ago and if I had not walked in the door, she would have paid their 'settlement' figure which they offered to her. I am also currently forwarding my call logs and relevant text messages to the ** Attorney General and ************************************* This organization is the bottom of the barrel and should never be recognized as a reputable company.

As such, the suggestion that we're the "bottom of the barrel" is not only incorrect, but it is also defamatory, considering our track record of compliance and customer service.
      Regarding the frequency of our calls, our records indicate that we have contacted you seven times within the span of this year. The ***** stipulates that debt collectors should not contact consumers more than necessary, and we believe our interactions with you are within this reasonable limit. If, however, you wish to stop phone communications, we kindly request that you formally submit this in writing as specified under the *****.
      You expressed concern over the documentation of your debt. We maintain that we have provided an account of the debt via email and SMS. While we respect your preference for **** communication, our standard procedure includes digital channels to ensure quick and efficient communication. Despite this, we will honor your request and send a detailed report of your account status via ****.
      We're troubled by your experience with our representative. We enforce high standards of professionalism, and any deviation from this is unacceptable. We will certainly investigate this matter further to ensure our customer service is top-notch. 
      As to your intention to report to the ** Attorney General and ************************************* we stand ready to cooperate fully with any investigation. We are confident that our practices are not only within legal bounds but also aimed at maintaining the trust and respect of our valued clients like yourself.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Company states they have only contacted me *************** over the past year regarding this account they said I had with HBSC Bank. That is false. There have been days that their automated dialing system called me three (3) to four (4) time in a day. The Account Representative refused to give any information regarding the dates the account was open, just after the call sent a text with a statement generated by Aquarion with no information to show its validity. Repeated requests to the ****** rude and very unprofessional representatives to cease phone calls and send correspondence via ***** as well as two (2) written requests to their website were completely ignored.

      In their response, they stated that they provided me with detailed account information via email, which is also false. I have never received any communications to my email account. Attached you will find the last communications I received from this company via SMS. They would send the message twice each time in forty-five (45) second intervals. What they sent was a letter that did not give any valid information, but only their 'in-house' reference number. My requests for valid account dates and detailed account information have gone unanswered.

      The company contacted me when I was at work. Told me that I was in breach of a contract back from **************************************************************************** 2017. The company told me that I paid with Monopoly money and that I was going to court with him if I didn't pay them at least $400 of a 10th of $1,000 bill that I do not own. Now they want money from me and I don't have it. I'm struggling to pay bills as it is and they keep hanging up on me when I'm trying to find out information from them. I written to them and asked them for all the documentation of this debt that I am supposed to owe so I can turn it over to the debt company that is trying to settle all my debts that I have that's through the federal government.
