      On December 20th of 2022 I ordered a pair of shoes with bees on them. Order #: ********** They shipped shoes that are supposedly cheetah print. I hate animal prints. I immediately tried to return them to the nearest store. They could not take them back because they are a third party sale, some nonsense about a "marketplace" scam, which I did not understand, but it sure sounds like Fraud. I bought them from Belk's website using my Belk account, Belk took the money by hitting my account for them. I tried to call the number they gave for "marketplace" issues. No one answered the phone. I tried talking to Belk about it, both on the phone and via chat, they told me there is nothing they can do!!! I opened a case, that no one ever followed up on. After another phone call, an agent opened another case that no one followed up on. A week ago I was told to wait for 72 hours... It's been a month, *A Month* since I tried to buy bee shoes from Belk. I no longer trust Belk. I have spent thousands at Belk in the recent past. I did not order cheetah shoes, (which do not resemble a cheetah print anyway, can't really tell what it is) I'm done. I tried to return these shoes. I did not order these shoes. I do not like these shoes. I will not pay for these shoes. I will not pay to ship them back. I am unable to reach anyone that is willing to do anything about it. I have paid off my account minus the amount they owe me for these shoes plus tax. So now, after an in person attempt at a store, online chat, multiple phone calls and multiple emails, there is still a $54.11 balance hanging out there that they need to clear before it hits my credit report. Can you help resolve this issue?

      I purchased an air fryer online on 10/18/22 from Belk. I did not receive it. When I contacted Belk, I was told to contact the manufacturer about the problem. I contacted the manufacturer on 10/25/22, they offered to ship another. At this point, I opted to cancel the order.When I got my statement & saw the charge on it, I immediately filed a charge dispute. I was then told that Belk had provided documentation that I did receive the merchandise to Synchrony. I have requested this documentation 3 times but have yet to see it.Synchrony offered to reverse the late fees, etc. I have sent them a check in the amount of $179.33 (the original cost) as I do not want to ruin my credit over this. I hope you can help, but if not, warn people of their unscrupulous practices.

      I ordered a queen size mattress topper on 12/27/22 from Belk. My account was charged *****. I received an email stating that my order had been delivered. I also received from Luxor that my package was delivered. I went to the mailroom, and no package .What is weird is that I never received a tracking number. I looked at the camera in the mailroom, and when a package is delivered a picture is taken of the driver and the actual package. What I saw was a picture of the top of the mailboxes. My Luxor email stated it was delivered by Fed Ex, however there was no picture of me attempting to pick it up .********* app said that I picked it up at 5:00 PM on 1/3/23, I was at work until 5:20PM. I believe that Belk never sent the item. I have tried calling them to no avail. I texted customer service with my order # **********. I received a text back stating that with such high call volume they couldn't get back to me for **** days. I cannot get any information without a tracking number from Fed Ex. Luxor will not take responsibility.
