      I purchased a shirt from Belk.com on July 21, 2022. It shipped on July 21 and was received on July 25. When the shirt arrived, it was not to my liking, so I mailed it back for a refund per their instructions to an address in ***********, **. The package was tracked and noted as delivered on August 1, 2022 at 3:23 p.m. The website states it could take up to 15 business days for refunds to process, so I waited. No refund was ever credited back to my credit card, so I began calling their customer service number starting on August 25, 2022.I called that number *************) multiple times over several days and never reached a human. I was on hold for more than 30 minutes when the call would drop suddenly. I never had success with phone calls to Belk after more than a dozen calls at various times on various days (all within their stated business hours).Finally, I decided to email the customer service address, and got a reply on Sept. 2 saying they would look into the issue and "you can expect an update within 5-7 business days." I did not receive a response, so after 7 business days, I emailed to follow up and was told "Cases such as this can take 15 business days to work."It is now nearly two months since my return package was received. It is just shy of the 15 working days since my first email. I haven't received a response or a refund, and I doubt I will without the BBB intervention. I am looking to the BBB to help with my refund of $29.75 plus tax.While it is not much money, this company has repeatedly ignored my concerns and call for a refund and has falsely portrayed an easy return process.

      On Thursday,9-1-2022, I went to return an online purchase of some sheets. I had washed the sheets after using them to return them to the store. The packaging and packing slip were presented and I was told that they could not be returned as they had been washed. The shoes were not the quality nor the comfort that I expected from prior purchases of sheets by this company. This is the Stores brand, Biltmore sheets.The amount of cotton was rough and hot. I followed their policy and return the sheets with your packaging, as well as the packing slip required. Per their website. The sales clerk called the manager who said it could not be returned and referee me to call the online customer service as online would be able take return despite their website stating that returns can be made at the store.. I also called customer service and ***** quoted the dress return policy for special occasion dresses and this was not a dress. I reviewed the website and there is nothing to say that the sheets cannot be returned. I am within the 90 day return period. They state that they cannot take back anything that cannot be resold. This is not what is stated on the website or on the packing slip for returns from their store. There are special guidelines for other entities of their retail market, but not for the regular online store purchases. Theses sheets are not the quality represented in their advertisement. All I want is a refund and an apology from ***** for disrespect and training for those involved including the manager two clerks.

      I placed an order with Belk on their website for 2 items on August 4, 2022. I received 1 of 2 items and I kept it. The 2nd item I received was something completely different than what I had ordered. After reviewing their return/refund policy, I noticed a comment about me having to pay the shipping for returning the wrong item to Belk. I got on the Live Chat and explained that I should not be responsible for paying shipping when it was Belk's fault if they sent me the wrong item. The agent said "don't worry, le me place the order so the correct item can be shipped to you". Three days later, I receive an email stating that the item ordered was no longer available and that I would receive a credit of $20.00. I wrote back explaining that I was charged $26.00 for this item and the refund should be in the same amount. I never back from them again. Today, I tried the Live Chat again to let them know that I have not received my $26.00 refund. The Live Chat is not only allowing me to read the agent's message........I can't type anything so the agent disconnected. What kind of a company is this? I want my money back.

      Hello, I placed the order on July 19th, second day my mum passed away, So I went to ******* with my family. I came back august 4th. Packages never arrived to my address and marked as delivered!I have CCTV system recording everything, ***** never came to my address and no one signed for the delivery.I called belk customer service. They promised me with replacement and they never sent it to me! I called again, one of the supervisors yelled at me and she said file a police report.I went to police and ai waited to hours and half to meet any officer and they were busy!I will never go to the police again to file a police report. Its waste of time.Please refund me my money ASAP. order #*******

      I placed an order on belk.com on July 23. Order # **********. The cutting board (UPC: *************) was canceled. The price for the cutting board was $10.00.I have regularly checked belk.com for the item, since it showed out of stock AFTER I ordered it. On August 20, the item was again on the website, but the price has increased to $30. I chatted with a belk.com agent and asked them to match the price since belk CANCELED my order and INCREASED the price. The agent refused. I went ahead and ordered the item again (Order # **********), but I am requesting reimbursement of $20 for the difference in price.I think belk knowingly canceled my order and then increased the price. This is wrong and deceptive pricing.

      I placed an order on line and changed my shipping address from ** to WVA. When the shipping address came up it was still in the ** address. I called customer service immediately and they changed the address once again to WVA. And gave me a case No. Two hours later I get an email from Belks telling me they shipped a partial order to ** then an hr later saying they shipped the remainder of the order to **.I sent them an email with no response . I will not be at the ** address til Nov. Im very upset with this service.

      Ordered from BELK online 8/2/2022 because item was not available in a store near me. Never received any further info after original confirmation of order and charge on my card for merchandise. When i look at info it says item has been shipped but does not provide a tracking number or any other tracking info. Tried to contact vender directly but not response so i contacted BELKS, they said they would try to find out where item was. Never heard back from them, contacted a second time, no response. Wrote a review on their website but the refused to publish. At this point i just want them to credit my card and i will look elsewhere for the item.

      A credit of .19 cents credited to my ******* credit card on aug 2 triggered a suspicious activity on my account and to immediately change password. That's when I say the .19 from belk . I tried to close my belk online account but online person couldn't find a button to do that. He told me to call the Belk manager at that store which I did and he said he could tell cashier's to be on look out for that card but it's in my possession. I asked if he was concerned that a hacker could refund me a larger amount in the future he told me to call back if that happens and then he hung up

      I have sent multiple request to stop receiving solicitation from Belk. After going through their unsubscribe process I believe I and advised that it takes ***** hours to have my email removed. MONTHS later I am still receiving these unwanted emails. I have stopped using Belk precisely for this reason. Hopefully you have better luck convincing them to sto harassing me with all these unwanted emails.
