      I have been a Belk credit card holder for years. I tried to use my card and was told it was invalid, because I was not using the new card they sent (I never received the new card), I guess it was lost or stolen in transit.Belk closed the old account and sent me another new card with new account number. I had $30 in rewards points to use on new card, but they would not work at check-out. I called Belk and they could not help me so I closed my account. The customer service reps (I spoke to 3) did not know how to correct the problem.My account was in good standing and I have excellent credit score. Belk is no longer trust-worthy in my opinion and no one in customer service could/would help me. I want my closed account info to be listed as "closed by customer" due to the fact that I closed the account of my own accord, due to Belk's unprofessional service.I want any reported information to the credit bureaus by Belk to state that the customer closed the account.I have excellent credit and a high credit score. I am very upset at my treatment from Belk with whom I have long been a loyal customer.

      On Friday October 21. Myself and another black female enter belk around 8:20pm. I shopped for myself and my daughter for ************** jeans. I then picked up a size 26 and 27 in two totally different size runs to try on before purchased. As the young lady that was with me went into the kids section of the store which I never knew what her intentions were at the time. I preceded into a open dressing room to decide on what I was purchasing alongside the ******* picked up for my daughter. I left 2 size ************************************************************************************************************************** that dressing room when I got there. Let me mentioned that there were no employees at all around to assist me with a dressing room. Once I was done in the dressing room i proceeded to the register to purchase the item I decided on. The young lady I was with went into the dressing room telling me while I was checking out that she needs to try on something to wait I said sure. Once I was done purchasing my item! I started to notice the two Caucasian ladies watching me hard so then I asked the lady that was with me are you going to get these items because if not please hand them off to the workers because Im not sure why they are watching me or is so hard I literally purchased my item. So after all of that I walked outside to leave a cop then walked up on me and the young lady and proceeded for us to go back in the store and asked her to let him know of there is any items in her bag she didnt purchased from them. As she proceeded to answer his questions he then asked for my id after I willingly showed him my bag and receipt of purchase with the manager of the store agreeing that yes my item was purchased. Now when I was let go he had this young lady call me to tell me that I am now blocked from a store I purchased items from! That is The defamation of character!! I want to speak with the store manager In reference to this embarrassment

      I placed an Order #: ********** in amount of $1442.31 on belk.com on 9/23/2022. I purchased **************************** 14K Yellow Gold Polished and Satin Circles with 2 Inch Extension Necklace. I have received a damaged necklace without any tags on 9/28/2022. I have contacted Belk next day on 9/29/2022 and asked for replacement item and return label. They opened return/replace claim # *******. I've been told that it should take 3-5 days for them to contact me and email return label to me. It's been 3 weeks since claim was opened, I've called Belk 4 time since then and I was told that necklace cost a lot of money and they need to have a special approval to replace it. Meanwhile I paid a lot of money for the damaged jewelry that I can't wear and can't return. I need this issue to be resolved and I don't want to wait another 3 weeks for return label to be emailed to me.

      I placed order ********** on Oct 9th with a promotion for 2 free make up gifts. Specifically buying these items to spend enough for the gifts. They were not included on my order. I chatted in spoke to someone and have screen shots who said they created case ******* to ensure I got my gifts and if those were out of stock they would include something else to make it right. I didnt hear back and my order shipped. THE PROMOTION IS STILL BEING OFFERED ON THE WEBSITE. I then chatted in and was told oh its out of stock to bad you can have 15% off your next order. Then no further response from the agent. I spoke with supervisor **** by phone on 10/10 who is extremely rude and told that no case was actually created and they are out of stock and I wont be receiving them or anything else but that I can return the items in store. I then asked why I was lied to about receiving something and why it was still on the website and she then claimed a case was open and its out of stock and I got an email which I checked both junk and regular emails and got nothing. She also claimed you guys arent capable of keeping your website up to date and not show promotions that are out of stock. She then offered me a measly 20% off my order which is nothing close to the value of the gift. I asked for the call to be reviewed by someone else for quality and was told that isnt possible. This deserves to be made right. You cant offer a promotion which YOU STILL ARE for days not telling people you are out of stock. Not to mention the promotion says spend more, get more. You are telling people to spend more to receive the promotion then pretending you didnt know its out of stock. One of the gifts alone was a value up to ******. Thats wrong and this needs to be fixed and **** in customer service needs to be reviewed. Shes the reason belk is struggling with sales. Whats the point of having customer service if you dont service the customer.

      I purchased many items of fine jewelry from Belk.com. This issue is about the return of 8 items 1 Diamond ring $946.95 returned on 8/24/22 to store. The store did not refund my money its there policy they mailed it to Belk return department. Belk had no record of it. I sent them a picture of the ring and paper that was filled out for the return. They emailed me and said the refund was forth coming. No refund. Since I had such an issue returning the ring I decided to return most of the jewelry I purchased to Belk since they were gifts and would not be able to be exchanged without issues. I have made 26 phone calls, 40 emails from Belk, sent a photograph, there are at least 10 cases opened that have no item # or order #. I called 3 times today and was disconnected, I have done over and above what should have to be done for 8 items of returns. They owe me ********. Please help me to resolve this. I cant deal with them anymore No one knows whats going on until I go over everything again and again.

      I purchased a 14K ring on 8/10/22 for $500.00. The ring could not be sized and I sent it back via *** with tracking. Belk received the ring back on 8/24.22. This is 10/7/22 and I still do not have the money refunded to me. I went ahead and paid my Belk CC bill to avoid any credit issues on my end. I have called **************** countless times, I have been on lengthy holds, transferred into a Managers meeting, disconnected, you name it - it has happened. And STILL no refund. I have had my case escalated about 4 times and supervisors promised to call or email me back with no response. I have left messages for the ** of fine jewelry as well as the *** of the company. Again with no response. This company has really gone downhill. I have spent countless hours on the phone and chatting trying to bring this to a resolution and it appears that nothing I can do or say is going to make a difference. This is a shame and it would all be the same if I needed that money for food and/or gas for my car and can't get it because someone is "sitting" on it with no concern for the anguish it is causing others. I will keep reaching out to every person at corporate and locally until I get my money. If the BBB can help me, I will surely take the needed assistance as I am at my wit's end.

I have emailed several times, in regards to My refund, Each time stating it would take 15 days, it has been well over 30. Their Terms and services state 15 days for a refund when merchandise is received. Please refund the amount I am owed for my online order.       I ordered a tent from Belk. I received a text message alert that the tent was delivered. I was at home went and checked my front door and there was a small package delivered another item but no Tent. I called company and credit card to advise. I also have footage from my home cameras that the tent was not delivered. I called ***** to advise and they opened a inquiry. But did nothing to help. I called Belk and ************** credit card and told them as well what happened and they did nothing. They are still trying to charge for an item I have never received.

      On 8/3/22, @ 11:01 a.m. (by ****) Belk received my return order 1028726107 ($328.60). I have a copy of my packing slip and the *** tracking. In late August, I sent an inquiry to Belk re status of refund. They responded with my customer inquiry case number is *******. On 9/1, Belk emailed me and requested the tracking number which I emailed back to them within 5 hours that same day. On 9/9, I spoke to Franchely and she advised I would receive a refund within 5 business days. On 9/18 I chatted with ******* and she advised my case was being escalated to a higher level and she advised if no response by 9/23 to contact them. Meanwhile, I answered a customer service survey and I received an email on 9/21 from ***** advising that my case was elevated to Corporate Escalations and I would receive a response within 57 days while they attempt to locate your return and to be patient. Today (09/28), I chatted with ***** regarding the status of my refund and she advised I have to wait for a response from corporate escalations while they investigate and that no date could be provided for a response. Thank you.

      Hello,Today I purchased a $200 Belk gift card to buy a ***************************** Bag. I placed the bag in my online cart and saw the grand total would be $213.84. During check-out I applied the $200 gift card first, which was confirmed with the screen stating, "Gift card has been applied." (see attachment)Understanding I would need to pay the $13.84 difference using another method, I opted for PayPal. I entered my PayPal information and continued to place my order.A minute later I was upset to see that my gift card was never applied and the entire $213.84 was charged to my PayPal account, even though I had confirmation that my Belk gift card was used. Nowhere on the invoice did it state my $200 gift card was applied.I tried to cancel the order with Belk employee but she said she couldn't cancel because the order was already in process. This was surprisingly 20 minutes after I placed the order.
