      I have been using Belk for a couple years and they have always been good. I ordered 2 ** **** flannels from the ($55 each when the other stores wanted $138) on Tuesday night and got them Friday morning.

      I returned a pair of earrings to corporate, they received them back on September 3rd, signed in by PresleyI have called them 3 or 4 times about my credit. Second call I was given a case number. Yesterday I didnt get any answers to my questions from ********, who told me she would have a manager call me back but no one called me back. I called this morning and spoke to ******* , no satisfaction BUT I got another case number. I got the run around again. They will look into it. The First case number was second case number ******* order number was I first took them back to the store and I was told I had to get authorization, which I did. I did everything I was suppose to do and as I told *******, you immediately got my money when I ordered these and now you have had your merchandise since September 3rd and I want my money. Is this proper procedure?

      I bought a gold chain on 6/24/24, and it just broke today 8/7/24. I called and Belk cant do anything about this because its past the 30 day ***** They have lost my business forever but Im sure they dont care. Buyer beware!!!

      In May 2024, I was made aware of an outstanding discount on a product I wanted to purchase on Belk. I placed my order, and it was cancelled after a couple of days. I placed the order again with the same result, and a third time with a different card -- with the same result again. I reached out to customer service online and by phone on multiple occasions. Every time, service was surprisingly incompetent and unhelpful. I am inclined to believe that the entire engagement, down to the discount code, was a scam. It appears that other customers have had similar problems. Their business capacity is profoundly underwhelming, and I would urge everyone to avoid Belk to the utmost extent.

      I purchased two $100 egift cards for $160. I used one. A few days later I tried to enter the 2nd gift card into the Belk's app. Got a message that the gift card had already been applied to a purchase. I called Cashstar. They said it had been used and I needed to talk with customer service about the issue. **************** said no it was Cashstar issue and transferred me back to Cashstar. Got cut off. Called customer service again and asked for a supervisor. Put on hold for 1 1/2 hrs. Called customer service again and asked for a manager. Again put on hold for an hour. Called corporate headquarters and as for a manager put on hold for 30 minutes. Called corporate again and they gave me a case number. Two weeks later still have not heard from anyone at Belk's. Called customer service again this morning. I asked for an $80 refund for the unusable egift. She said they couldn't refund my money but would be happy to place an order for me. I refused the offer. I tried to explain my frustration with Belk's lack of response to my issue. She hung up on me. I have spent over 6 hours trying to resolve the problem. Belk's has done absolutely nothing to correct their error. I have been a very loyal customer for a number of years. I will NOT be shopping there for a long while. When your supervisors and managers will not take calls your company has serious customer service problems

      I have been a customer with *******************************. I recently purchased $1000 worth of Christmas items in December 2023. I paid off my card in March 2024 and I received an account cancellation in July 2024. I wrote the company to find out why my account was cancelled and they said it was because the account was inactive. I am disappointed that they only sent one physical mail as notice (not an email or phone call) before the account was closed. As a customer of more than 10 years, this was very poor customer service.

      They cancelled a very large online order 24 hours after it was placed via email, with no reason for cancellation. When I called customer service, a very difficult-to-understand representative told me that all 11 items were out of stock. Unbelievable and also ridiculous if so because the website still reflects the products as in stock today. Despite not being processed, they assured me that it would still take 7-10 days for gift cards/credit card to be refunded. Absolute awful, overpriced store with worse online shopping and customer service.

      You get many shipments for one order with SLOW shipping. If you order 5 things expect to get 5 deliveries over the next 3 weeks. Belk sure has lost their touch. I remember getting treated so good by them years ago and got good quality for the money. It's junk now. I haven't spent money their in a year. But thought I would give it another try big mistake. IDT they will be around much longer.

      A few weeks ago was my first time doing business with Belk and I will NEVER do business with them again. I purchased a blouse for $47.27 (charged to my ***** and it did not fit. Their policy states that the consumer will pay for shipping if the amount of purchase is under a certain amount of money. I had no problem with that policy and although Belk sent me an email stating that they would refund my **** $37.32 ($47.27 minus 9.95 for shipping = $37.32). Instead, they refunded my **** $26.74 (short $10.58 due to me)!! I made numerous calls and spoke to numerous customer service reps to no avail. Although they agreed I was short the $10.58, no one knew how to fix it or refund the difference. I even filed a complaint with this company and their response only stated that they needed to deduct for shipping and the figures they provided were not consistent with the costs I had paid. After many, many hours of frustration, I finally contacted my **** credit card company where they will handle it with Belk. In the meantime, **** has refunded the difference to me. Consumers: please be aware that Belk is NOT customer oriented at all. Their staff (and even elevated representatives/supervisors) have limited knowledge of issues and are unable to correct their accounting errors for even very small amounts of refunds.

      I contacted Belk customer service a few times. Each time I get hung up on. Before the issue is resolved.Belk in **************, ***I experienced awful service on many occasions.No one is ever in the make up or jewelry counter. You always have to get someone from another department who does not seem to know anything.I am handicapped.As I wanted to purchase an item in make-up.The person said, oh yes, we have that. I asked if she could show me. She wouldn't and said to order it online.I asked, can you because it was not taking my birthday reward?I was made to wait for several customers who came after me.Reminding you I am handicapped and was ahead of those customers.This was just rude towards me.Finally, she ordered the make-up however, I have not received my reward points.I called customer service and had a conversation if she could find my order because nothing was showing in the system.I then told her about the rudeness of the reps.I then told her I never received the travel lotion offered for purchasing body wash.I purchased several washes She then offered a $15 reward Which is still low for all the travel sized lotion I was to receive for my purchases..I called back customer service and had to repeat everything. Plus, since I ordered the make-up I was supposed to receive another $5 reward.$20 rewards are missing And no one has been able to tell me what happened.Another situation I been interested in a 47" pearl ******** (fine jewelry)The price is always the same with or without a sale or coupon. This is not normal.There is no way I can look up the item on Belk. Why?Can someone call me
