      ************* and the staff at the ************************* are wonderful. They take excellent care of you and pride in their Work. I just had cataract surgery and was really nervous. They put me at ease and did an excellent job of making me feel important. Follow up today was great as well. Instead of being afraid, I look forward to having the other eye done next month. Definitely 5 stars!

      I saw ********************* at Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, ** to have my ears cleaned. **** was professional and friendly. When I she answered my questions, I could tell she was very knowledgeable in patient ear care. I am pleased and grateful for the services I received.

      I have always been a fast healer, however after going through the rhinoplasty surgery as well as stints and grafts, I healed incredible well thanks to the extraordinary expertise and care from **************. She has restored my faith in our medical system. She was very thorough from explaining everything I could be expecting to removing my cast and stints. She is an amazing doctor that I would recommend anyone to for their surgical needs. Amazing!! I just can't say enough about her and her team. Thank you for taking the best care of me I could ever imagine.

      Dr. ********************* performed cataract surgery on me and the experience was very good. She is very professional, as well as the entire staff, but she and everyone is friendly and down to earth. I was very much pleased with the experience and will certainly go back when my other eye is ready for surgery.

      I think the staff is very professional and friendly, techs are accomplished and thorough, and I very much like and respect ******************. The facility is clean and up to date, plus I was seen without waiting as I have in previous eye docs.

      I went to ER in ************.I had a problem with my ear and I fell and fractured my wrist.I was referred to several doctors.I was told they all accepted my insurance.I am also a veteran.I called and made an appointment. The person who gave me the appointment made me wait on the phone and said that she checked with a supervisor to make sure they accepted my insurance.The day of my appointment I again had the receptionist verify that they would accept my VA insurance.I had 2 appointments.The doctors and receptionist were kind and professional.Both doctors recommended surgery. The VA told me they would pay for them to do the surgery. However, all this time they havent billed the VA for my appointments.So, I called their billing office. I spoke with one person who claimed he would take care of this..Well he didnt .I went online and again gave them my billing info.Thats when some rude billing person told me they didnt take my insurance.I explained that I was told that they did.A supervisor and a receptionist from the VA called them but they refuse to bill them.The worst part is on Sunday they had a private collection company texted me and gave me their phone number to call to arrange payment.I didnt call but I sent them a message to never contact me again.I cancelled my surgery and I am never going there again.I will *** them if they contact me again.I never gave them permission to contact me.

      I was told they would bill my insurance however they should have told me when they input my insurance information at check in that they havent been in network for months. They never sent a bill to my insurance so I not only got stuck with their bill as they knew I would but I didnt even get credit with my insurance companys out of network deductible. Lastly the wanted me back in a month to check on what I was told that there was no issues. Did they do this just to raise their bottom line at my expense. I didnt go back but if I had I would have been stuck with two bills before I even knew they lied about taking my insurance.

      My experience was good I felt as if the exam was thorough staff was professional, informative about everything they were doing Dr. was in & out open to questions ( i had none) however he had a shadow and never said who or why he/she sat in on my consultation. The service I received was good.

      I highly recommend *********. The entire staff at the office was very professional, courteous & friendly. I was called in at the time of my appointment. The testing was very thorough. ********* did not rush me. Answered all my questions & explained everything to me. I was very happy with everything.
