      Impossible to get them on phone. Often 20 calls are ahead of me. They keep increasing their professional staff and decreasing their support staff.

      Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates can claim that they are providing services over 100 years and they are monopoly in Charlotte Metro area. But they don't provide services when it is needed. Apparently, ****** has disagreement with United health care and CEENTA doesn't consider taking any patients with UHC coverage. Folks who has UHC coverage cannot be given appointment even if we say that we will pay our own money for service. The management of CEENTA and UHC needs to consider patient needs and come up with a solution to service the folks. ****** claiming that "change your insurance company during next enrollment" is not a solution. The fundamental question that can be asked to CEENTA management - where is the humanity when you are in a life saving services business. Of course, CEENTA will come back and say that - we will discuss each patient needs under HIPAA compliance. Also, CEENTA will say it is not our fault - it is UHC fault. The ask is that - CEENTA and UHC needs to sort out their issues by keeping patients in mind. This is about the business behavior handled by CEENTA management. It shouldn't be called "100 years of service". It should be called "100 years of business".

This agreement will allow patients currently enrolled with UHC in employer-sponsored, ******************** Advantage, and ******** plans to receive services from CEENTA providers and offices with in-network rates.CEENTA would like to thank all patients, team members, and the communities it serves for their patience and support during the last year. The medical group is eager to welcome back UHC patients and provide the same quality and compassionate care it has been known for since 1923.To make an appointment with CEENTA at one of its eighteen locations in North and ************** after December 1, 2023, patients insured through UHC can visit ceenta.com/appointments or use their myCEENTAchart accounts if they are an existing patient.

      They will kick you to the curve if youre a self pay current patients even though they dont take your insurance anymore. As urgent matter they dont care about your well being. They change your appointment last minute literally last minute! My family and I been with them last few years. But will definitely transfer to a place that care for your being. Im so so disappointed. I have never feel so mad because my current state that needed to be look at but couldnt. They didnt even notify ahead of time but kick you out instant.

      My primary care doctor sent a Referral to this company. A appointment was made with out my knowledge but I was able to reschedule before the appointment date. On the new date scheduled I had a personal emergency so I called to let the receptionist know of my emergency she stated everything will be ok and my new appointment is tomorrow morning at 9am. Never a no call no show but on my portal I see 2 $50 no show fees. I have never step foot in this establishment and now I never will. This company dont understand people have emergencies that dont happen 24 hours in advance. I did call twice. Remind you Im not a patient yet never been seen by a doctor or attended any appointments. Im currently on hold for a member of billing management for over 2 hours ( can I get paid for my time) I dont agree with this policy. This office only cares about money. Please take your health serious and go somewhere else.

We are proud of our reputation for top quality medical care and compassionate treatment of our patients. To that end, we have a very active quality assurance review process and provide multiple ways that patients can contact us directly and share their concerns. We investigate every patient concern but because of HIPAA privacy regulations, we cannot discuss a specific patient care case other than directly with the patient.
