5 stars****** did an excellent job servicing the ** unit today. I only set up the yearly maintenance contract that morning, but he arrived just hours later. He was very engaging, well spoken, and personable; explaining clearly what he was going to do and went about doing just that. When he was finished, he doubled checked that things were in order and functioning properly. I wish that you could bottle his abilities and give to others so they could see what great service was. 5 stars**** was a perfect professional, as well as very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on plumbing (as well as many other areas). ******* came and fixed a botched job from a different plumbing company. He checked the house water pressure, fixed slow bath tub drain, and loose sink handles. Was very knowledgeable on all plumbing issues. Couldnt have asked for a better person to solve our worries. Very personable and professional.
