  The service was excellent. Our service technician, *********************, was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and very thorough in finding what the issue was with our system. He was excellent. We requested a service call and the company contacted us within 30 minutes and our service technician **** was at our house within a few hours and corrected all issues. I highly recommend using Morris-Jenkins. They are a great company.

  We've been Priority Advantage members since we bought our home a few years ago, and for good reason. Every time we've reached out to Morris Jenkins for any issue or for our biannual maintenance checks, they always deliver. We've never felt ripped off or pushed to buy something we didn't need. We're always left with peace of mind that the job was done well and that our home is safe for our family. Today, **** provided us with all of those things, gave us options, and provided ************************ our expectation. I would highly recommended Morris Jenkins and we'll definitely be requesting **** as our next plumbing service appointment. Thanks!

  Excellent service, on time, professional and knowledgeable! Our service tech - **** - explained everything in full clarity and detail and took care of our system issues. He thoroughly went over the entire system top to bottom, saw several items that were improperly installed (making them less effective than if they were in the right places!) and sold us on the benefits of becoming a Priority Advantage member. We highly recommend the company and when their TV ads say "We'll treat you like Family" they really mean it ; and they treat their employees the same way. ****'s to you ****************** for treating staff like people, not just a name or a number.

  Want to say this experience was equally memorable and pleasant as prior ones. I would certainly love to see close up the hiring process for MJ. How does one company get all ************* techs, problem solvers and all round great people. No one could have been more respectful yet friendly than ****. He had that shy little boy appearance trying to mask his brilliance and expertise. I felt totally confident in his findings. Keep up the great work!!!

  Technician ************************* performed Winter maintenance on my heat pump today and did a great job. Although he was efficient, he did not hurry through the process. He listened carefully to my concerns about a possible growth in the system and talked to me about options. He also texted me pictures of the inside of my system so that I can think about the option. I highly recommend ********.

  ****, *****, and ****** were terrific. They came for standard biannual maintenance and spent 4 hours doing a great job. In addition, they were able to fix a number of other problems we asked them to look into. They were very knowledgeable and I had the expertise to do everything need in the one visit. I would be happy to have them do all our work. Plus they eat all the food and drinks I gave them. AND managed to play with the puppies ??
