I was very unsatisfied with the $77.00 drain cleaning special. While they noted a clog, all they did was run a snake down the toilet which did not resolve the issue and that was an additional $12. I'd recommend purchasing or renting from Lowes or HD at just $57 for 4 hours and save yourself some money.Morris-Jenkins

********* was nothing short of amazing! In todays world, its tough enough to get someone to show up at all, let alone a minute early! When I saw her pulling in, I had a feeling that shed be reliable, and that proved right. Always appreciate when people come into my home and put booties on, despite the fact that there was no precipitation and we were walking into a ********* re-explained the situation to *********, however she was already familiar with it as the dispatchers detailed notes had brought her up to speed. After explaining a few more relevant pieces of information, ********* went on her way, locating the problem. She found one issue where a backstop was missing, but went a step further a put the camera down the drain, to find there was also an object left by the builder impeding that drainage. The best part was that ********* gave me on the spot pricing. My home should be under warranty, and she said if I decided to proceed, I could simply schedule an appt and ask for her. To have the reassurance that the person that found the issue would be the one to come back and fix it was incredible! Really gave me a feeling of confidence and not pressured to make an on the spot decision. She also took the time to explain the benefits of their membership program, which made sense for my situation. Highly recommend Morris-Jenkins for your needs. When you feel at the mercy of a company, they provide much needed reassurance, competence, accommodations, and friendly service from everyone.Morris-Jenkins

4 stars***** did a great job. He communicated the issues and the remedy options. He was courteous and cleaned up after he was done.I did have I an issue with the cost to change the shower handle. 5 starsOn January 2, 2023 we called Morris Jenkins to inquire about installing an air purifier to our HVAC system. Since we have a Priority Advantage Account with them, as usual, they quickly responded by sending a great technician *********************. He checked out our system, took photos, showed them to us explained what was needed and, proceeded to make repairs and then installed the air purifier. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and was understanding of our issue with excessive dust collection ,which might have been exacerbated by duct problems. We felt confident that **** was so experienced and relied on him to assist us. He certainly is an asset to Morris Jenkins and we were fortunate to have him as **************. If we need any further work done on our HVAC system, we will try to request that he be delegated as a Morris Jenkins technician/specialist. Thank you **** for a very positive service experience.!
