I just love Morris Jenkins. Ever worker that has been sent out to do work at my home has been amazing. They are always on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the dedication this company has to making sure their customers are top priority. Great job Morris Jenkins team! It doesn't go unnoticed.

5 stars***** was ************** and he delivered an incredible customer experience. Our furnace stopped working today, so I called Morris Jenkins to place a service call. ***** arrived within the hour, spent a lot of time with us, shared what he found and discussed options. Morris Jenkins is a top notch company that will not disappoint. Very happy with speed, responsiveness and a high level of professionalism. 6 Stars!!!Review fromWoody C

1 starTotally appalled at what they came out and told us after a tech had come to fix a stopped up sink. Went under the house, took pictures, showed them to me, zoomed in on possible leaks, said we had raw sewage under house, he would send a plumber the next day to see what they could do. The owner of the home was in the hospital with a bacterial infection and they said this could be the cause. Two people came next day, already had a $21,000.00 price to fix all leaks and take care of the sewage. The owner of the house was to be discharged from the hospital the next day. The salesman said he would not let his father come home to this. We called our Social Worker who was handling his discharge and she started looking into facilities to send him to, instead of home. We called another plumbing co. And the plumber said this was not the case. He said it was just gray water from the leaking water heater, that they had zoomed in to make things look worse than they were. We had so.much going on with this critically Ill patient, this new about put us over the edge. They should be ashamed at praying on the elderly and sick. It caused us caregivers more stress than was needed. You can bet we will never use *************************** and we will tell anyone that will listen to our story. Pure evil.Review fromKaren N

1 starA tech came for routine furnace check of unit in my attic. Showed me pics of a crack in heating element. Asked him about cost, said I needed appt with numbers guy, went to truck to call him, came back on speaker phone to set up appt for next day.Numbers guy checked furnace, said I needed new unit and should probably also consider replacing AC at same time. I asked how much, he also had to go to the truck to provide me with numbers.He came back with six sets of numbers, good/better/best for just furnace and furnace and AC. Medium pricing was around $9000 for just furnace and jumped to over double that if AC included.Said I needed to discuss with my kids.Told me not to run furnace at night or if I was sleepy during the day. Said CO2 detectors which THEY gave me 2 years ago were ineffective until level was high enough that youd already be dead!!I then asked friends and neighbors who THEY use for heating repairs, and called a man who is a good friend if a mutual friend.That night I saw Morris Jenkins commercial which was,ironically,about exactly this scenario. winter brings carbon monoxide, let us check.Other business man came two days later and checked the furnace. Told me I equivocally DO NOT have a cracked heating element. Used a handheld sensor that showed output numbers. Serviced the furnace to increase efficiency. Explained each number to me. 5 stars************************* came to my house to check on my unit . He was supper friendly, and informed me on what I needed to know about my unit . Answered all my question. I would be glad to have him back at my house for future jobs. Shout out to an awesome company with excellent customer service from techs, to people on the phone , to supervisors. all the employees I have ever had the pleasure to talk to or meet have been amazing.
