    **** was great! I thought there was an issue with my furnace and thermostat but he checked everything and explained the functioning in detail. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have been very pleased with One hour heating. I've been a customer since 2009.

    ********************* and his team did such a great job replacing my gas furnace!! They all were very professional and efficient. I was without heat while it was 23 overnight and no heat. American Home Shield was not helpful at all and Im so glad I went ahead with One Hour Heating and Air. They replaced my furnace within 24 hours!!! I cant remember everyones name but ***** and **** were awesome as well!! And I cant forget about their customer service!! Amazing people!!
