    **** the technician today did an awesome job with his crew going through the vents and sealing the ductwork. *******, who I spoke to on the phone, was awesome she got a lot of information for me that I needed. The individual who gave us the quote initially and schedule this service, I feel I was not clear as we thought the entire house will be done and only half of the house was done I felt like it was very misleading.
