This place is a sorry excuse of a hotel! They are highly unprofessional,rude, and in all honesty does not need to be open to the public. The front desk and the supervisors are rude and seem to have nothing better to do than to judge people and make up issues that are not even going on. After paying for the room and being there for three days with no complaints no visitors and no noise and this "supervisor" came to the door saying she had smelled methamphetamine and said either we can have *************************** she can come up there and smell the room. My boyfriend who has social anxiety started having a panic attack and just said he would just pack our stuff when he came and informed me of this I called and told her to come smell the room and she then refused and then I went down there and ask the lady up front to show me what rules we were breaking and she couldn't do it instead she got rude and belligerent and started cussing at me. Places like this need to be shut down and it straight makes me sick they need to be fired and maybe work somewhere like Burger King or something instead of making everybody's life miserable like theirs is.

My family and I stayed at this hotel on September 18th and check out September 19th. As soon as we entered the room and start eating a pizza, a cockroach appeared in the countertop. I went back in the reception and told them what had happened and showed a picture and video of the ***** to the person that works at the reception. He said there was nothing he could do. I asked if it would be possible for him to provide another room, but he said that would no be possible and that due to a situation they would contact me. Until today I have not received any call from this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel, not even to my enemy. I would like to post a picture and video of the ***** but I do not know how to ********* ******* from ***********.Extended Stay America

My daughter and I have been staying here for over four months now and the entire staff has went above and beyond to make us feel at home! The **, **** and the *** ******* make an excellent team. They work diligently to ensure that the hotel is safe and clean. The head of maintenance, ****** is also an asset to the hotel as has worked for *** for over 20 years! He works hard at keeping the hotel grounds clean and ensures every single guest room is kept in working order. The three of them work together along with the ************* Attendants to make sure guests of the hotel abide by the rules. So for the reviewers that complain about police activity, you should be thankful that management is trying to keep you safe by getting rid of bad guests! If you are complaining about smoking on here, you should have complained to the management at the hotel, as the problem would have been addressed immediately. The hotel itself could use a bit of updating but given the price I can not complain. Also, if anything breaks I have no issues getting an immediate repair. Lastly, I do have one complaint and that is the washers and dryers are taken care of by a third party vendor and they are absolutely horrible! They are always broke down (two out of four have been broke for months) the two that work are old and disgusting and need to be replaced! My clothes don't even feel clean after washing them and it costs $3.50 a load! I would highly advise upper management to get rid of this vendor and either find a new one or buy your own washers and dryers!Extended Stay America
