The worst stay experience at the ******************* Commodity Circle location! We had serious health and safety concerns while attempting to stay. We had to leave this place the same evening! I filed a complaint and was told that someone would reach out to me in the next 48hours. Its been 5 days! Highly disappointed! Not to mention we had to miss a very important tournament we came to ******* for!

The staff and management are accessible, very helpful and professional. If there is a problem/situation they very quick to resolve things. Rooms are clean, & beds are cozy. The morning goodies are tasty & convenient.
Also the location is centrally located. There are shops & restaurants near by. For those that don't have personal transportation, you are just two steps from the public rail system.
Overall it's been a nice experience and let's do it again soon! : )Extended Stay America

Place has everything you need for a longer stay - comfortable room with little kitchenette, big fridge, TV, internet. Conveniently located and reasonably priced.Extended Stay America

Please do not stay at this hotel **** my words the manager is rude and incompetent and so is the staff. We checked into this hotel at about 8:30 at night and I called 10 minutes later because we entered the room and the ** was not working so we called downstairs for the tenant to come and look at it he came upstairs check the ** and offered us another room and he smelled no smoke at that time because we never smoke in our room then he transferred us to another room help us with our luggage and then we wake up the next morning and was accused of smoking inside of our room. But at night attendant who helped us leave the room did not smell any smoke but we wake up the next morning and was told by the manager that they found ashes if someone smoking in the room you are going to smell it in the air before you find ashes you going to smell it soon as you enter the room. But they were not ashes it turned out to be sand We got no apology I was there with my two children the manager was talking to my child as if she was in an adult Which I felt very uncomfortable very disrespected. But if you knew for a fact that we were smoking in that room we would have been asked to leave which we was not... if anyone would have checked the records and verifies that We only was in that room for approximately 30 minutes Trying to get relocated or trying to get them to repair the air Period... the manager then sent two other employees upstairs to check the room both of them and they said that they smelled no smoke the attendant who helped us last night move from that room smelled no smoke yet I was uncompensated I can't get a hold of anyone it was very unsatisfactory I rather sleep in my car or outside before I ever stay in any Extended Stay in America.. guest relations was no help I talked to the guest relation supervisor will no help and I'm also going to write a letter to the CEO and general manager who definitely needs to better manage management because definitely does poor job. We will NEVER stay there again. There were people smoking by the door. Yelling and noise all night long. The area was poorly lit. Trouble checking in. Room was shabby, rips in furniture, unclean (except bathroom which was clean).Extended Stay America

The staff was very accomodating when we had to move rooms due to a loud neighbor. Also, we had a misunderstanding with the amount of deposit for pets, and the manager made it right. For the amount of money we paid, we had a suite with a kitchenette, an unbelievable value.Extended Stay America

The employees at the front desk of their horsham, ** facility helped facilitate the theft of my personal information, which led to identity theft. If you stay there be cautious with handing over any personal information.Extended Stay America

******, dirty rooms. Tried to check us into a not done room at 8:30 last night. Went to check out this morning sept 25th. Excused me of stealing towels. Tried not to give me my $50 deposit back I opened up my suitcase they yelled at me saying I dont want to check your bag I said give me my money now or Ill call the police and the wife screamed at me dont come back here.Extended Stay America
