The staff were all friendly and helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. Bi-weekly cleaning schedule was good for a long-term stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was serviceable, though the countertop linoleum was peeling up noticeably on one end. The location is central enough for easy access to food and shopping while being out of the way enough to be quiet. Sometimes the other residents were loud at odd hours, but that's not the staff's fault. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the internet needs attention; it was slow, even with the upgraded package, and kept cutting in and out throughout our stay, which was a pretty significant issue for my spouse who often works remotely and whose main hobby in his downtime is online gaming.

I was sad to leave this hotel ******************* location because it reminds me of my home away from home. The Manager and employees are really nice caring people, it is in a safe area of the city, the suites are spacious with all the things you need to function as a busy traveling professional. It is close by to the beach and popular restaurants, food markets, etc.they leave early morning goodies out for all the guests, and the price is very reasonable especially if you book your room online at extended stay website. Much lower rates than the other surrounding hotels in the area. Have stayed here many times over the years, looking forward to my next stay !Extended Stay America

Everything was fine except for breakfast hours after 9:30 I missed my two days because I have appointments early you need to changed that to 6 to 10 amExtended Stay America

The receptionist upon checkout was extremely rude. We came down at 8:03 to wait for the rest of our party to check out and the coffee was empty. She was on a call on her phone on speakerphone, talking to an acquaintance, and waited several minutes to acknowledge me. **** she did, she said if have to give her a minute to make coffee. I said "of course, thank you" and proceeded to go back up to the raised platform and wait for the rest of our party to come down. She then started complaining loudly to whomever she was on the phone with that "these people have a whole a** microwave and faucet in they room!" and "I don't get paid enough to be making coffee every 5 minutes!" and "they won't even go to the dollar store to get what they need". 20 minutes later, when the rest of our party came down, we all checked out and it was then that she started coffee and subsequently stood told her acquaintance on the phone "AND NOW THEY LEAVIN!!" *****. the staff good, but my room was 307 these room has flying bugs bite me on all my body and when want to smash them they don't die and fly again, I talked to front desk he told me to open the window so all the flyer will leave, so I went to the ******* and I bought Raid Flying Insect Killer so I spay in the morning before go to work, and when return still same no die, and second day I spray again on the floor and empty the can, and when return back to room found it works but still there but lessExtended Stay America
