Overall, I had a great experience during my two months stay at the facility. The assistant manager, NYO, was pleasant, courteous, and professional with a sense of identity. I approached him when the air conditioner unit broke, stove quit working and when the room was not cleaned despite in person requests. He was very gracious in taking care of my needs in a timely manner. The receptionists I met were very welcoming and sweet as well. The facility was neat and clean, parking lot, spacious, and the rooms were well furnished. It would be nice if the fitness room is made available to the guests.Extended Stay America

I'm here for a second stay and so glad l returned! ********* and *** are amazing with their customer service,they make you feel at home when you're not.The maintenance here is on point as well taking care of things asap.With so many issues life serves up it's refreshing to see *** leading his team to make guests feel at home and having a comfortable stay with such positive attitudes, thanks for all you do everyone!Extended Stay America

was so dirty, smell was horrible in room, the construction was horrible and staff couldnt show us the breakfast at area.. stuff was unpleasant and hard to understand.. she did not know how to even do a refund and had to call the manager never again and went to a nice hotel for same price but extremely nicer that place even had homeless / drug addicts asking for money in side on our third floorExtended Stay America
