Hospitality was great! Thank you **** for being so kind to help keep our luggage safe while we visited *************. He helped made our travel stress free and I would definitely be back just because of your amazing service. As far as rooms go, everything was amazing very spacious. Only taking off a star as I would recommend cleaning the vents on the ceiling. That was the only eye sore on our stay. We noticed it mostly in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great. We enjoyed having our breakfast bright and early too!Extended Stay America

horrible horrible experience. no house keeping, no clean towels, no kitchen utensils for the full 4 week stay, cockroach infested the entire stay. contacted guest services 6 times nothing was done.paid over $2500 the month seeking full refund for inhumane horrible conditions. will never recommend to anyone ever and to make things worse they refused to give us enough time to move out and threatend to call the police. Message to anyone thats thinking of staying at Extended stay DO NOT! YOU WILL REGERET IT!Extended Stay America

It was easy to reserve a room for last minute stay, by room was very dirty curly hair in the tub/shower, I sat on the edge of the bed and legs were covered in fleas, I cancelled my next 2 stays. There needs to be a very detailed cleaning and extermination of bugs, I seen that this place got a lot of bad reviews for the infestation of bed bugs and roaches. But it has a little diversity of business around the building so it could be a really nice place to stay if cleaned up.Extended Stay America

I’ve been booking at EXTENDED STAY AMERICA SITE #8064
in providence Rhode Island monthly and have always been satisfied with the professionalism of management and staff the customer Service I’ve received,, and is a breath of fresh air since most hotels motel and hospitality businesses have been less than helpful or not staff properly trained ,lacking communication skills with customers issues/questions,
I also appreciate the ,, price,convenience, location of this location ????, and any issues or needs I’ve had always handled properly and professional,,again it’s not HIGH END LUXURY BUT PERFECT FOR BUDGET AND USING SAVINGS FOR EVENTS DINING AND SITE SEEING
LOYAL CUSTOMER N WILL CONTINUE BOOKING AT “EXTENDED STAY AMERICA

Very very dirty. My pups Court fleas while being there for a week . Things were dirty. Bed,floors,bathroom and had bugs. Never again . The outside had garbage everywhere and cigarette butts all over . Not a very good place. Would like some kind of refund with this stay.Extended Stay America

****, cozy, quite place. The place could use some updates. The 3rd floor by stairs smelled like stale cigarettes. The staff was nice & friendly. The price was good. Need better pillows, they are way ro soft. Grab & go breakfast on the weekends was nice. Loved the hot tub! We decided to stay here for our 22nd anniversary. I'd go back if the staff is the same.
