The assistant that checked us in was very unfriendly. The room was dilapidated and had a horrible smell. There was coffee in the morning, but by the time we went back for a second cup it was gone. One bar of soap offered. Not shampoo or conditioner. Lots of shady people walking about. Won't be staying there again.

I stayed seven nights. Everything in the room was clean and organized. I felt very comfortable like being at home. Safety and security gave me peace of mind. Great location to use NJ Transit bus. Friendly customer service representatives with welcoming hospitality always ready to answer questions and help.Extended Stay America

Definitely a "you get what you pay for" hotel. We had a dangerous spot on the floor in the kitchen that they tried to fix and we were told to put a towel over it so we wouldn't cut our feet. It would have been helpful to get something upon check in to understand the additional fees and cleaning schedule. The staff tried to be helpful but while we planned on being there a month. we checked out after two weeks.Extended Stay America

From the front desk to the room, the place looks and fees Ghetto. Not worth $177.00 per night. Will never stay at another Extended Stay America again.Extended Stay America

Clean , comfortable room with easy parking and check in. Early check ins are not permitted . Grab and go breakfast was quite limited but we grabbed coffee and nutrigrain bar and left!Extended Stay America

This hotel should be SECTION 8 housing. The smell of cat urine on the 2 floor was unbelievably bad. Trash all over on each floor in the hallways and in the lobby AND outside. Tweekers hanging out in the hotel parking lot. And to top it all off, on the second floor there was an open door. I look in because I thought the maid was there. It wasnt a room. It was like a utility room. However, it was filled with bagged and loose trash and the stench was off the charts. The ONLY good thing were the employees super friendly and helpful. PLEASE clean this place up.Extended Stay America

The location was good for where I was going on the North Shore -close to a reunion and ******** on E Lake for an important gathering. The room I was giving was NOT quiet near the expressway- I think the clerk thought I meant give me the noisiest room possible. The refrigerator was noisey so I had to turn it off and couldn't use it . When I was leaving the elevator broke so I had to carry my luggage down 3 flights of stairs. That was not pleasant as I am pushing 80. So I am not ******* back but that is also because of other reasons. So not that greatest experience but morning clerk was nice.The rates were reasonable.Extended Stay America
