The place is pretty decent, but it is not possible that they do not have a bathroom in the reception, it was uncomfortable and inconvenient to have to wait for them to assign us a room to be able to use it.

We checked in around 1 pm and checked out by 5 pm. We were scheduled to be here a week, as my wife is scheduled for a craniotomy at Froedtert's on Thursday. We were told at check in that there is no Housekeeping............and it showed.Entering the room, the floor in the kitchenette had goo on it. The bathroom and entry floors were very tacky/sticky. Walking onto the bedroom carpet turned my wife's white soles black. We thought we could tough it out, but no. Opening the microwave, we had paint and rust falling onto the range. The whole top of the inside of microwave enamel was bubbling and gross. Everything was sticky to the touch, we tried wiping stuff off, but finally gave up. The smell in the halls definitely puts this place below a 3 star rating. Getting charged 2 nights stay, plus a $50 late check out for a place of this caliber was the dagger. Never again! you got my last dollar. ** the workers we talked to were very helpful on everything else. 1 star for a roof over your head.Extended Stay America

Went to pay rent and was told, we had to move out immediately, because they was overbooked. We informed the front desk every time we paid, that we was extending the following day, but yet they still booked our room. The staff was okay, no problems at all with the staff. It was just unprofessional to give somebody a few hours to move. It put us in a bad situation finically and it inconvenience us big time. I think it should be better laws to protect people from these unprofessional practices of these extending stay hotels. It's sad that they could put someone out with out warning or the guest violating any of the hotels rules. My family is still suffering from that incident.Extended Stay America

Great lady at the front desk! The room was clean but, the bathroom had short dark hairs that didnt belong to us. We have stayed there before & will again. Also, the towel rack was broken. Great price!Extended Stay America

Great staff. Reasonable prices. Extended stay has the best rates for long stays I promise you ! The staff was very helpful, polite, and patient l. Quiet, low key area thats great for getting lost in time with your boo! Will be booking again!Extended Stay America
