Great staff. Reasonable prices. Extended stay has the best rates for long stays I promise you ! The staff was very helpful, polite, and patient l. Quiet, low key area thats great for getting lost in time with your boo! Will be booking again!

Definitely in need of update. Room smelled like smoke shop. There for a week and it never got better. Galways smelled of animal urine. ****** stayed in extended stay for many years but definitely slipped in standards. Will not pick again.Extended Stay America

During my month long stay, the front desk personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. One employee who stands out to me is Ms. ******* Always with a smile on her face.Upon arriving to my room, it was very clean. Parking was never a problem.The laundry room was well maintained.The only area that needed a little "TLC" would be the trash room on the 3rd floor. Some guests are not very "nice" when it came to dumping their trash.Extended Stay America

The room was dirty, the rooms are very old and in poor condition, the stove did not work, there was a lot of noise all the time, the people living there are noisy people, I do not recommend this place.Extended Stay America

The hotel is infested by bugs. My room was not setup for stay. No chair for study, faulty TV. Room was dirty and unkept with roaches running all over the room. I couldnt sleep for most nights because of bugs crawling over me. I went to sleep on the couch but was no difference. I reported to the management and all they did was to give one night free with apologies. Three nights into the horror, they claimed they exterminated the room but it became worse the following night. I was forced to check out on Saturday when they sent another team of exterminators to **** the room. The experience was excruciating and expensive for me to take all my wardrobe to the cleaners.Extended Stay America
