This extended-stay is located in ************, *********** booked a room from February to April me and my two kids had to stay in this room because we relocated from out of state I never had bedbugs or roaches lived in my own home so we didnt have any issues. I only brought clothes and suitcases. Everything was washed and clean. Practically brand new we stayed in the room on the first floor everything was cozy at first there was a few stains and things I felt they couldve Kept up with considering we was paying over $2000 a month hall ways stink like someone is not bathing or the carpets need to be shampooed. Sometimes theres p*** stains in the elevator, smells like **** in the hallways but the cuts of the chase near my kid start waking up with bites, all over her face and back and body pretty soon we saw roaches and what appears to be bedbug bites I reported it to the office they act surprised the insurance company called me was a little bit rude they act surprised the hotel offered ** out of two months of staying there $184 the fact that we had moved there temporarily, and had to live with bedbugs, bite marks is ridiculous. They change my room I was told by the insurance lady with did not keep contact with me. That there was no bedbugs, even though I sent her pictures of bites, fresh bites, and bruises theres a lot of things wrong with this hotel first of all its not clean its stinks, and they have a lot of people theyre using drugs. I looked on the reviews today something told me to look I see that somebody else show proof of bedbugs so this backs up my claim that there are bedbugs there I was told by the owner and then insurance company they dont have that and how they keep the place sanitized they try to make it like I was lying, me and my two kids were treated wrong here in a very vulnerable situation. This is ridiculousShame on you guys. How dare you I spend my heart on money to stay in a homeless shelter basically, this place is nasty and overpriceExtended Stay America

Had reservation for one evening at Extended Stay Southwest *****. Arrived at 10:45pm local time. That is an after hours check in. Never was informed of any after hours check in. Called a number from lobby phone and was told that someone would be available in 30 minutes to check me in. Drove to next exit and checked into another motel and in room well before 30 minutes. The property charged me for the night, said that by leaving I canceled my reservation and therefore I would be charged. Unbelievable.Extended Stay America

WELL!!!! Where do you me to start. All the reviews i just read are all TRUE. we are still here but are leaving due to bad Managment and the staff during the day are rude and should not be in the Public eye. since day one of our stay ******* behind the desk had a attitude to me, and found out during our stay talking to other resident's they say the same thing about her Attitude. And as for the charges they make NO sense, and as for the laundry room the machines and floor and tables are Dirty. They say NO smoking in the rooms or right out side the Doors but the Hallways smell like POT. Hallways are dirty and hallway carpet maybe get Vacuumed twice a month, this place deserves NO ratings it should be shut down and Have a whole new Saff . Except there is a Girl on the night shift that is VERY nice to all and 1 cleaning lady.Extended Stay America

When I called their reservations number I was told that if I booked for a week and didnt stay the full week Id get a refund minus the difference between the weekly rate and the daily rate. I was told the difference was about $10 a night. So I booked during that call for a weeks stay.I stayed the week and extended my stay by a week. After I had stayed 11 nights, I told the the front desk clerk Id be checking out the next morning, 2 days early. Instead of charging me $50 more for the 5 nights I was staying out of the second prepaid week, I was instead charged $270 more.The clerk then said she couldnt cancel the earlier checkout that she had just input. She said if she changed it back to a weekly rate it would be even more. And she said she could not have seen the new rate until she input the checkout date change.What a ripoff and terrible way to do business.Extended Stay America

Let me tell you about this location. Mold in the bathtub, water damage, countertop looks like someone peed on it. Our second night there someone had either got into a fight or simply was passed out on the second floor by the elevator. 15 cops were outside the building. I asked for a new room, the next room had one bed and was even worse damage then our original room. Our cards NEVER WORKED My lady ended up getting sick from the mold in the room. I called guest services to file a complaint because of the disservice they gave me 48hrs to hear a respond only for the general manager to LIE and say we never brought this up when he literally ! Responded by saying i can see if our cleaning lady can scrub the bathroom when i called the front desk, he LITERALLY tried to put ** in an even worse room. A bunch of liars and a dirty hotel, dont stay there. So unorganized and they dont care. ***** stand at the front for a long time before someone even gets there because they have ONE man roaming the hotel at night.Extended Stay America

The room was dingy. When I opened a roll of toilet paper, it was moldy. The bathroom had mold. The hair dryer was dirty and moldy. There was trash when we entered.Extended Stay America

This experience has been horrible!!! Having booking the hotel online and receiving a confirmation number and text message, upon check-in, we were informed that we didn't have a room. Staff member 1 informed me that the motel was overbooked and they didn't have a room reserved. I explained to them that we received a confirmation text that morning. Staff member 1 just shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. I was extremely heated at this point. I asked if there was a manager to speak to and I was completely ignored. Staff member 1 continued checking in other members of our party, with no problem with each transaction. Staff member 2 came out and I asked why we didn't have a room. At first, I was ignored. After addressing Staff member 2 much more sternly, I was instructed to control my attitude and that there was nothing I could do at that point. I asked for a reimbursement, to which Staff member 2 smirked replying, "You should get your money back in 2 - 3 days." I asked, "What should I do for tonight? You all gave overbooked the rooms. Where are we to go? I have an 11 year old who needs a bed to sleep in." The reply I received was, "Well you will have to find somewhere else to go." Several other members of my party intervened trying to get answers. The two staff members made excuses like:-You had to call ahead to get your room reserved - no one else in the party called ahead of time -You never made a reservation - Staff member 1 showed my name, reservation number and date of the reservation on the screen -We don't have rooms - we overheard a conversation between Staff member 2 and someone on the phone to which Staff member 2 confirmed rooms were still available We asked several times for the manager to talk to us. The reply was, "He's in a meeting." It was 9:30 at night. The company we reserved the room through even called the motel and both staff members refused to give them any information to contact the manager, saying he would be out til Monday.Extended Stay America

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this Extended stay America at ************ - ************* **********************************************************************************. I am a patient at the near by *********** and this place was one of the cancer society discounted places for long term stays. First, I was shock how dirty, musty and stinky this hotel was. We literally had to deep clean the counter tops and floors. The room did not look clean. The room are states its none smoking yet it reeked heavy of marijuana.Second, the bathroom lights didnt work and the pullout couch bed was completely broken and we couldnt rest well. Third, the staff appeared confused, checked out Or on some kind of drugs. I say this because they didnt appear to understand the seriousness of the complaints and kept saying no one was here to help fix the problems After all this I was still trying to give this place a chance, however they were not very receptive to our complaints and nothing was done to help **. I really cant see why this place is in business. No cancer patients should stay in a place like this!!!Extended Stay America

I made a reservation for the night of May 20 at the Extended Stay America ***************************. On the confirmation email it stated the reservation would be cancelled at midnight unless you called to let them know you would be late. I knew we could not make it there by midnight so I called & talked to the front desk. The gentleman advised me that the booking will be deemed a no show at midnight & too bad if we didn't make it there on time. I asked for a supervisor & was told there wasn't one. I have stayed at other Extended Stay hotels & never had this issue. I would ******* this policy.Extended Stay America
