      The first night I checked in, people are propping open the side doors with plastic utensils and sticks which went on for several nights after. I had issues being locked out of my room MULTIPLE times and needing constant replacements for my key card. It rained one night and the elevator was leaking from the ceiling. Went out the side door one morning to see blood all over the bottom of the stairs and a windshield busted out of a car with glass ALL over the parking lot. Came home that evening with the glass everywhere and had to park elsewhere to avoid a flat tire. Told front desk about it and they acted like they had no clue about the blood or glass but made sure to mention very casually, "oh yeah car jackings happen here". That was the final ******** for the cleanliness- and I'm not even exaggerating- my shower curtain was COVERED in crusted and smeared boogers and the one they replaced it with that was apparently "cleaned" was covered in little black curly hairs. Can't get new linen for free, everything is a charge. You ask for more toilet paper they give you one roll at a time. My shower drain was so clogged the tub would fill up within minutes. The smells were absolutely atrocious- this place is NOT smoke free. Constantly smells like weed, cigarettes, body odor, vomit, God knows what else. I have allergies and was constantly sneezing & tight chested.Despite checking inside the washer/dryer they provide and seeing nothing visible, my load of white clothes came out of the dryer with a hot pink gunk stuck all over everything. So now my clothes are ruined and I'm out the expense of replacing those.I called guest relations before I checked out to detail all of this and was told it was documented and I'd hear from the manager in 48 hours. My initial complaint was never even documented. I have called back 6 times now within 3 weeks and told to wait "48 hours" every time to speak with a manager. Their management does not care about correcting any issues.

      I don't believe my satisfaction is important to you or your guest relations supervisors would've forwarded my complaint to the manager and I would've gotten a call within 48 hours like they said. I am looking to receive compensation back for having to go to the trouble or cutting my 3 month long stay short and being forced to find a new place to stay due to these unsafe, unhygienic conditions.

      This Location is very unprofessional, and they do not like black people especially black men they lied on me and banned me from their establishment for no reason I have to make this public and inform individuals of this treatment I am not a disrespectful young man I booked this room for to be close to my job and the treatment I have received from this establishment is unethical and raciest . I refuse to just take this treatment and not say anything when I did nothing wrong and this situation has taken a toll on me mentally and its unjust and wrong to lie and treat people bad because of the color of their skin you would think that in 2024 we would be past this but apparently at Extended Stay in Raleigh they are trying to make it clear that they don't want black people especially men at their establishment

      I was evicted from this hotel based off of racism. The manager ******* never attempted to resolve any issues. They **** at communicating and completely disrespectful. He sells drugs specifically cocaine to the indigents who live there. I was at there hotel for a week with no problems. When the white clerk goes on duty she doesn't feel safe. I am home less with 4 children and my reservation was paid until 11/14 but I was asked to leave 11/4. I asked the clerk for sheets and she stated she didn't feel safe and we needed to check out in be morning. I have contacted an attorney and will be seeking to file a discrimination lawsuit. Additionally, there were roaches in the room and the room hadn't been cleaned in weeks evidenced by the dust under the bed.

      I paid for my brother to stay at the Extended Stay in Plantation ******* from September 16th to October ******* Brother had No Phone in his Room the entire time he stayed there.They were constantly sending work orders for someone to fix it but it never got fixed.He also didn't have Housekeeping Change his sheets after 2 weeks so I had to contact the front desk and spoke to *** who tried to track down housekeeping and finally got them to change his sheets.Finally the 100 dollar deposit that is required when you book a room in case you leave it damaged was not returned to me.The manager at the Hotel originally told me that she would give me back 10 percent a day off the original total of 2400 dollars which I paid for the 1 month stay and not having a phone.That didn't happen because I was offered by her that my brother could extend his stay free of charge till the 19th of October instead of the 16th.With all the trouble and lies I was told and no phone and housekeeping problems I told my brother to just check out on the 16th.The Hotel never changed that in there book cause I spoke to ********************* and they said it showed my brother checked out on the 19th.He did not cause I paid for him to go elsewhere and know he checked out on the ******* Phone Credit was given to me for the 1 month inconvience of not having what is clearly stated as part of the room A Working Phone.I didn't receive the 100 deposit back untill I called today which is more than a week later to find out by *** at the front desk at Plantation that my deposit was apparently overlooked.This hotel has horrible customer service.And when I called I got "what do you want from me" and "There's nothing I can do" try calling back!!!I called 5 times trying to reach a manager and all I got was ringing and no way to leave a voicemail!Headquarters in ************** said they put it in as escalated to the General Manager ******* **********..I won't hold my breath!This Hotel doesn't Care!

      The *** ******* ***** is a horrific person with zero care for anything other than himself. He harassed and made threats to my family when checking in at the ****, ** property.We're demanding a full refund and also that he'd be let go of his position at the company.

      The price and location were good. We both felt like we were in a third world country. Yelling, screaming, babies crying, cussing at 3 in the morning. The room was clean but very, very worn and dated. We made it through but never again. We'll pay more.

      My experience has been great! Great location thats close to multiple restaurants and stores. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly as well as professional.

      Terrible hotel. No shampoo or conditioner, no hairdryer. Broken elevators. Not very clean. Will NEVER stay here again or recommend it. Worst facility I have ever been in. Disgusting!
