      Terrible hotel. No shampoo or conditioner, no hairdryer. Broken elevators. Not very clean. Will NEVER stay here again or recommend it. Worst facility I have ever been in. Disgusting!

      This hotel was an absolute disgrace. When I checked in, I had to be moved to 3 different rooms. The 1st had no working kitchen light and was filled with trash. The 2nd had a door that could not fully close. The 3rd had a broken bathroom light, broken deadbolt, and sticky stains in the kitchen cabinets, but I took it as it was late at night and my payment was nonrefundable. The carpet was dirty, stained, and full of holes. The paper-thin comforter had holes and the bedsheets had suspicious stains. I had to repeatedly ask the front desk staff 4 days in a row just to have housekeeping clean my room, and after they were done I found they had left pretzel crumbs on the carpet. None of the front desk staff even stand AT the front desk; they all put up a sign saying they're "assisting another guest" and hide away looking at their phones. One of them, an extremely thin *****toothed middle-aged African-American woman, is extremely rude and vulgar. She cursed at me and called her boyfriend to follow me into a stairwell and physically threaten me when I was checking out, because I criticized her for not having a single ******* cart available for guests moving out and having no idea where their cart was. During my stay the hallways constantly reeked of marijuana, and every night a group of crackheads loitered at the front entrance smoking and shouting for hours. If you value cleanliness, safety, and staff with a bare minimum amount of professionalism, do not stay here.

      I made reservations using the Extended Stay website for September 23rd - 25th, 2024.First of all, they charged my credit card at the time I made the reservation, which I found unusual. The room was fine however, during our time there, hurricane ****** was coming into *******. We were called home since our area was going to be affected. Also, we have elderly parents who were also in the area to be affected. I requested a refund for the 24th and 25th. The General Manager told me at the time she would contact the corporate office and call me. She never called me, nor did my account reflect a refund. I called her the following Tuesday concerning the matter. She again told me she would contact the corporate office and call me back. Again, I never heard from her and my account did not reflect a refund. I attempted to call her again. The young lady that answered the desk phone hung up on me when I asked for *******. I called back and was told that ******* was not in at the time. I then emailed her and asked you to please contact me so we could resolve this.I have made several attempts to contact the ***************** No response... I would think a person with the title General Manager could have made that decision on her own. Shady business practices to say the lease.

      Really enjoyed my stay at *** in American Fork, **. The front desk staff was very helpful when we had to get a credit card release form filled out when someone else was paying for our stay. The process was quick during a stressful situation. The room was great for the price. Will definitely be staying at ***'s in the future when there in the town we're traveling for business.

      Stay America - Braintree, MA Absolutely disgusting! I have never stayed in a dirtier hotel with an appalling stench, poor conditions and lack of customer service. The dirty conditions lead my family to purchase our own pillows and blankets since we were nit comfortable using what was provided by the facility. The offered breakfast but the offerings were less than that of a preschool snack (nutrigrain bars and muffins). The toilet was bothered to the floor, the toilet seat was falling off and the walls and ceiling were splattered with a known liquid. I cannot wait to go home to shower and disinfect everything I brought in. Awful!

      I don’t think I could have found a better place for my family and I. It was great from the moment we arrived. I used to go to other hotels where I would spend so much money. Never again. I love the staff. They really tend to your needs. The manager Ray is so helpful and professional and everyone there really makes you feel like you are right at home. I love love love Extended Stay HB. THANKS SO MUCH UOU GUYS! You made my life so much easier with everything I’m going through. I appreciate every single one of you. ( front desk, housekeeping ( they are all wonderful and do an exceptional job on cleaning the rooms ), maintenance. Just everyone there! Thank You

      Took an extra $670.02 weekly on top of my $590.45 weekly tent; claimed it wasnt them, it was my bank; spoke w/Bank its Extended Stay America taking it knowing im disabled & homeless w/out front of my feet & pressure ulcer hole under bottom
      of left foot; unable to teturn to work yet. Trying to survive waiting on Delaware Srap housing voucher for disabled people. I never gave permission, signed for, nor even knew an extra $670.02 was being taken out of my bank account, outside of the $590.45 weekly for 29-day stay. I noticed my money was draining and knew only thing I was really spending was on weekly rent, so in 30-days Extended Stay America has taken total of $5,192.88!!! I'll be in street come next [email protected] cause of double dipping!! The room isnt worth $590.45, let alone $670.02. Consumers beware
