The ****** ******* was recently issued a citation from ******* police for denying a guest with a service dog. The management is extremely racist against non-Hispanic customers and does adhere to federal laws regarding disability.

I am deeply concerned about the severe cockroach and cricket infestation in my room, which has compromised my health and safety. With six days remaining in my stay, I was horrified to wake up with cockroaches on my face, in my hair, and in my nose.This situation is unacceptable, raising serious concerns about your hotels hygiene standards. I urge immediate action to eradicate this infestation and prevent future occurrences. I also request compensation for the distress caused.Extended Stay America

Worst location ever at ******************************* The people at the front desk including Mr. ***** especially could care less about the guest. Hotel is invested with roaches and is run down, I will NEVER stay at this location again!Extended Stay America

As I am grateful to have been able to go to this hotel and be welcomed initially by staff during one of the most difficult moments in my life. It does sadden me that there wasnt any follow-up after an attendant walked into our unit unannounced as I was stepping out from a shower. I understand mistakes happen but it truly was alarming due to the fact that my sister had directly spoken to an employee and confirmed our check-out time with them hours before the incident occurred. When we were leaving we asked to speak with the manager to see where the break down in communication was but was told that they would call us to resolve this matter. That call never came and instead I recieved a link to leave a review so I wanted to give my honest feedback.Extended Stay America

I was abruptly asked to leave after staying 4 days out of 8 planned and paid for. I was given no explanation and when I stopped in the next day to speak to the manager I was treated horribly by the front desk. The manager did not have the fortitude to come speak with me face to face.Extended Stay America

The room was nice, my reservation was confirmed online, but at the hotel the clerk was unable to check me on. She had to rebook the room, it was slightly more than the reservation, and check in took almost a hour. This was rough, I checked in finally at almost 1130pm, then the room key wouldn't work. It was close to midnight when I finally was in the room, I checked out at 445 AM , not much of a experience. I would not recommend anyone booking online, and willlikely avoid extended stay in general moving forward given the difficulty checking in the room, and my often hectic travel schedule.Extended Stay America

The worst stay experience at the ******************* Commodity Circle location! We had serious health and safety concerns while attempting to stay. We had to leave this place the same evening! I filed a complaint and was told that someone would reach out to me in the next 48hours. Its been 5 days! Highly disappointed! Not to mention we had to miss a very important tournament we came to ******* for!Extended Stay America
