    Would never fix my phone service I paid for months never fixed I quit paying bill and never showed up for appointments to fix it either.i shouldn't have to pay for services I did not receive my phone is still working when it wants to never stays on and other people on the other road from me is going through the same thing I'm on a fixed rate and since they took over CenturyLink

    Absolutely the worst service, Can't get logged on the pay bill, can't change payment, Always get a message when THEY want money but they literally make it impossible to make payment or change payment method,. Service is shotty at best. Most of the time down, they throttle the speed 10 days before the bill is due. I get notified after 5 pm about a payment issue which means in no way will I get resolved before they try to cut me off. It was bad enough when it was still Century Link, it's far far worse now. The web site won't load, the chat bar won't roll up to chat. The billing is ridiculous , you pay then the bill almost goes triple, and conveniently they can't explain it but quick to say you did not pay even a moment after they take the payment. If you call the number which is NOT easy to find, they can't seem to get anyone on the line, CLOSED . But again can send a message AFTER HOURS to have me reach out for their help? I'm sure this will go very unnoticed and won't be resolved by my leaving this review, but I needed to try. I just want to be able to simply log in, have links work. have payments work, have my service work and NOT sit EVERY MONTH and argue with a bot chat. FIX THE ISSUES. I'm tired of paying for something that works when they feel like letting it, I'm tried of them CLAMING my payment could not be processed. I check with the bank, PLENTY of funds. I'm TIRED of not being able to get into the online portal, I'm TIRED of absolutely horrible crappy customer service, Last month I had to argue about PAYING, which is why I called. Lady kept telling me that account did not exist for over an hour. So even paying for a bill is impossible if they can't even find it. I don't live in a area with choices. I'm stuck. and NEED the internet for business and family health reasons. If I could leave a LESS than one star rating I would leave a negative 100

    The internet service they say the provide , goes down constantly and stays down for days at a time. For the last week alone I havent been able to use the internet for more than a few minutes before it starts flashing blue again. Or it will be green and nothing and I mean nothing works. So they are taking money for a service they arent even providing!

    They had a promotion for a $200.00 pre paid ********** after 3 months of payments and I have NEVER received anything I E-Mailed them because all their customer service people work overseas and you can not understand them and they or someone E-Mailed me back and said they would help me and later came back and were going to send me a virtual card that you use on the internet not one that you can carry with you where ever you go and spend like a regular card so if I would have known this I would have NEVER signed up with them so soon there will be a newer service coming in and I will check them out and if their better then brightspeed or spectrum I just might sign up with them.

    This is the most frustrating company....EVER! Do not do business with them, as they are from *************, and aren't willing to help people at all. Been over 1 month with trying to get phone to call out, and no one can figure out the problem. We've been calling almost daily documented who We've spoke to and they say "they have to pass you to the next person". Worst company ever!

    My phone service has been out for days,I feel like I should get a credit,they said that the service should be up by Monday!!!This has been a very serious problem with them,I use my landline phone for everything!!

    Terrible internet service, terrible customer service. My internet is constantly down every week or every other day. **************** not tech support doesnt seem to care or help out in anyway. I shouldnt be paying on internet that doesnt work. They constantly send a tech out to the house but he can ever seem to find the issue. Im at a loss with this company and they have no empathy to fix the issed

    I just let Brightspeed. Couldn't do it quick enough. Last year they sent me an email telling me my credit card on file for billing had expired. I hadn't. I went on my account and changed the expiration date to the same date and it worked. A couple months later the same problem. When I contacted Brightspeed to cancel my account I wanted to have access to my landline phone number. I took almost one month to accomplish it. I noted every person I spoke to, what their response was and send a 2 1/2 page letter to the corporate office. They have the worst customer service that I have ever seen. So glad to be done with them.

    The internet goes down and stays down for at least 3 to 4 days before it can be back up! We are tired of paying for services we are not able to use. When the internet comes back on it only stays on for 1 to 2 days and it's down again.
