      Huskavarna customer support ***** . I have used them for 30 years, but won't buy another Huskavarna product. You can't talk to any one and they don't have needed parts to repair their poorly designed parts. Do not waste your time and money on their website. It ***** as bad as Huskavarna.

      We spent $3768.00 for a ************** on 8/25/2023. It hs been back to the dealer more than it has spent at our house. It is always broken. We are now paying someone ****** to mow our lawn because or mower is alway in the Shop. The dealer at Caps of ******* will not make it right and Husqvarna does not have a customer service phone number that you can talk to!!! This is beyond bad and if I could give less than one star I would!

      Purchased a new 450 rancher chainsaw from ******. Not third party. Received the saw and filled it with brand new Husqvarna pre mix fuel. Saw started but idled very rough. Made 4 cuts and it died. Wouldn't start. Husqvarna directed me to take it to a service center. The service has been unable to repair it. So I'm waiting to see what resolutions the service comes up with. The service center discovered that the saw has 2 different serial numbers. One on the metal plate and a different one on the sticker on the handle. So obviously it's a refurbished saw and that's probably why it doesn't run. It's very frustrating to Buy a new saw and then have to get it fixed right out of the box. I have told Husqvarna via chat that I want the saw replaced but they are refusing I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to have the saw replaced. Given that it has two different serial numbers and doesn't run out of the box. ********************** customer service is absolutely aweful. It is not possible to speak with someone on the phone. Only through chat and the chat representatives are use less. So basically I'm left with a $400 SAS that doesn't operate and no way to get a resolution. A product is only as good as the support behind it.

      ive had ******, Cub Cadet, and Poulan lawn mowers in my lifetime. theyve all been good. but the Husqvarna xcite z350 is the biggest piece of sh#t ive ever owned and i have years left worth of financing. transmission acting up again. constant problems.

      I've had a very difficult time securing parts for my Husqvarna 330LK. I'm now being told that a part I need to use a very expensive piece of equipment is no longer being manufactured and that there is no stock available for purchase anywhere. After waiting nearly a year to get a s**** shipped to me for a previous issue, I'm now stuck with a $450 machine that cannot work and will not work without a replacement that cannot be purchased. I bought the trimmer two years ago brand new from my local ******.The 330LK was a brilliant machine when it worked, but the fact that I've had multiple issues which required months of waiting for resolution only to now have an issue that cannot be resolved whatsoever is extremely disappointing. Husqvarna support has not been the slightest bit helpful with any of my warranty or repair issues.

      Husqvarna 450 rancher, bought new and within 3 minutes of use chain broke and bar got damaged, hadnt registered it because i literally bought it and went straight where i was cutting wood to use , so I bit the cost and bought an exact bar and chain the was on the saw , used it for about an hour and the bar coating was gone and the bar was super hot, it was getting lubed as it should and yes it was not , i contacted the company and 5 days later got a response the the gas oil mixture was incorrect lol not sure what that has to do with bar and chain. So as it wasnt the original bar and chain it wasnt covered under warranty with the saw , i noticed a catching in the chain so i now decided its registered so i can take it in for warranty well a new bar, chain, and clutch coating $250 I was told warranty wouldnt cover it because it had the improper bar and chain on it and thats what caused the clutch teeth to break off , well every bar and chain i bought was identical so the original bar and chain had to have been wrong plus my saw wasnt registered when the gave the serial number when doing the repair so here I am again new bar and chain plus new clutch installed, chain came off , trip the safety, reset safety it chain back on and its bound op like the first time . Well Ive discovered why saw wasnt registered under warranty the scan code sticker on the saw that you scan to register it doesnt match the riveted one on the saw and Husqvarna wont change it so your product and your warranty along with your customer service is pure shitt , Ive got around a $1,000 into a saw thats got less than 3 hours time on it so basically the cost me $350 per hour to run because Im looking at a new bar, chain, and clutch again only after about 45 minutes run time, i will never buy another product of yours again, I own 4 now but after dealing with customer service and warranty just once Im watching a fire burn and Im serious thinking of throwing all of them in it

      Husqvarna has always will stand behind the product. I'm sorry t hear that you are having concerns with the Unit. I did research and found that Husqvarna was in contact with you back in January of this year. Since the Unit was Under Warranty and the Warranty Process was not followed that is why the Unit was denied under Warranty. The process is also stated in the Owners Manual. This protects the Consumer and the Business. If you are still willing are wanting to resolve this, please reach via the Chat again and I will see what I can do for you.       BUYER BEWARE.... Warranty means nothing to Husqvarna Purchased a new Husqvarna Z254 zero radius lawn mower in November of 2022. Upon starting mower up in May of 2024, found oil leaking below mower. Dropped off mower to certified Husqvarna repair shop on May 10, 2024 and as of June 14, 2024 my lawn mower is still at the repair shop because Husqvarna parts are still not available for a simple transmission seal. Called Husqvarna and they simply stated I have to wait until it is fixed, there's nothing they can do I just have to wait.. The unit is under full warranty for 3 years so I told them I want a replacement mower as I have already missed half the summer. They simply stated no... BUYER BEWARE.... Warranty means nothing to Husqvarna

      i have been trying for 2 weeks to get someone at Husqvarna to help me find a part number for a Z248F and their last response was to go to an authorized repair center. After doing so the repair center told me they can not find the part number either because they just pull it off of the same list that Husqvarna does and it is missing that part. My zero turn is 3 years old and inoperable because no one can give me the part #. Absolutely absurd that they cannot figure this out on a newer unit.

      I have a 2and 1/2 year old commercial 0 turn red max *** 61 with 80 hrs and the dealership I bought it from has been waiting since April for a front bearing spacer that was never put in at assembly and new front wheel bolt that was damaged because of it I ordered an extra spacer factory response time ***** . It is now June ***** a redmax 0 turn , Blower and weed whip They need a direct phone # to call !

      This brand is completely horrible. I bought a trimmer and completely not satisfied. Will not allow or even help with a refund because purchased at a different store than their own. The brand does not allow you to test the product and if youre dissatisfied you are not allowed a refund. Horrible brand. I suggest you save your money.
