      I wish there were a zero worse customer service.. ****** learned and do not stand behind the product. will pass it on! Product 5 months old. Not working defective. Never spoke to a person. No one cares. You do not back your products! You make it so hard to resolve that you hope people just go way. Great way to do business. Also had the same product for years, no problem just wore out. Look at your reviews they all speak for themselves. Look at these reviews and do not find yourself in the same place so many consumers do!!!

      The absolute worst **************** I have ever experienced. And I am 63 years old so that should tell you something of how horrible they are. No one there knows anything, they just keep repeating the same BS Your refund is being processed. Its been one month now. ??

      I'M DONE BUYING HUSQVARNA PRODUCTS! If you read this , you should also not buy this brand.They've nailed the last nail in the coffin!!! The frame broke (warranty issue) on my Husqvarna mower... I'm going on 6 months of waiting and no one from the company is helping or calling me back. This is completely ridiculous!I've had out of pocket expenses to maintain my yard while they ignore the issue. They aren't even owning the fact that they have fallen flat on their face.Serious revamping of their customer service needs to take place.I'd give it zero start but apparently you can't give less than 1 star.

      Good mower, until something needs to be replaced and it will take MONTHS to get the parts!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!I ordered one part in August of 2023 and it arrived 3/15/2024. I am currently waiting on parts that were supposed to arrive 3/15/24 and am still waiting and the shop tells me it will be 2 more weeks before THEY get them. I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!!!

      The worst customer service they hung up on me twice. refused to honor their warranty. claiming anything with fuel... ex: carburetor is not covered. they why have the warranty that's the brain of operations they pass the buck over to northern one of their repair dealers.

      I wish I would have checked with the ****** before buying a Husqvarna leaf blower from Lowes. As I see now the same reviews I am leaving. My leaf blower worked 1 TIME and never started again. The sales person at Lowes talked me into paying ***** for a premixed gallon of fuel to extend the warranty an extra year. It doesn't matter because you can NOT talk to a person with this company. It has had 2 parts replaced and still won't start. It needs a flywheel replacement which is on back order for months! Worst buyers remorse EVER!

      I bought a backpack blower model 150 BT at Lowes. It worked one time. I brought it in for service and the coil is faulty. It is back ordered for seven months. You cannot talk to a live voice. I strongly discourage anyone from using a Husqvarna. It is a horrible company with horrible support. if I could give them a zero star I would.

      I have a hu800awd. The door that covers the bag busted. I went to a local dealer in the spring of 2023. I ordered the door and two springs. The part was back ordered. After months of waiting I got a call in August, that my parts had arrived. The part that was shipped was wrong, it was a side door. The dealer said the part numbers were actually the same. They sent me to dealer that said they had 4 doors in stock. So I drove over to find, that they have the same side door. So we reorder what they thought was the right door.... Its on back order! Fastforward another month and a half, they recieved the wrong door again. I have no answers and the dealers have no answers! I mowed my half acre lawn all summer getting sprayed with grass!

      After purchasing Husqvarna 550 XP chainsaw I immediately had problems trying to start the chainsaw the next day. I took the chainsaw back to the dealer and the technician attempt to start the chainsaw failed also; the technician reverted back to an old trick to start the chainsaw. I subsequently used to chainsaw for approximate 45 minutes and the chainsaw wouldnt start properly after turning it off. The chainsaw would crank and die which was identical to the problem I initially had I would like my chainsaw warranty upheld.
