      On 10/23/24 I purchased a Frigidaire Range from ****** Model #FCRE306LAFD. It has not been heating properly for almost 3 months. I have had it serviced 2 times by their factory certified technician and was scheduled for a 3rd appointment yesterday which was confirmed. No one showed and they "rescheduled" me for another week out. I've made many phone calls to Frigidaire only to be hung up on. I've tried working through their service provide ******* but you cannot speak to anyone. I want either a refund or a replacement under my 1 year factory warranty.

      Purchased a fridge May, 2022. ****** has had ongoing problems since then. Every couple of months I have to call for service. I was forced to purchase an extended warranty twice to make sure it can be serviced. Electrolux will not honor the replacement or refund promise made to me.

      I have a FEW issues:We purchased a Frigidaire Gallery 5-burner oven from Lowes in September 2023 (Delivered and installed October 2023). This was to replace an older version of the same appliance which was at least 10y old (came with the house we moved into in 2017).In April of 2025 we had to have the gas company come and check out the oven/gas as when the oven was turned off after use, gas was still being expelled. (This is what was happening to the old oven). *********** said range was fine and the issue was with oven, not the gas line/valve. ISSUE #1: I called Electrolux for a warranty repair which took almost an hour to get a person to agree to NOT charge me $200 to send a technician as I was out of warranty by a month. This should not be happening on a less than 2 year old oven.They proceeded to send out an Electrolux technician (which took almost 2 weeks). The tech came on Monday, May 5th around 8/9am and was very friendly and helpful. He gave me notice that Electrolux JUST switched over to a new electronic system (which he was not trained on) and that it may take him longer than normal to get parts ordered. I was told Id need a couple of parts and that theyd ship directly to my house. Once they arrive, i would automatically receive a technician scheduled to install the parts.A week goes by. Nothing.Two weeks goes by. Nothing. I call Electrolux, and they tell me that it can take 7-10 biz days for parts to show and to wait which would put me into almost end of May. I called again on day 11 and they had me on hold for over an hour . I was told parts would be no later than June 2nd. I called on June 3 and was on hold again - then told technician would bring parts and couldnt get a visit until June ******* called me this morning before visit the same tech that came on May 5 - asked if the parts had shown and was surprised that i was told that hed have them.Ive had no oven for 2months and going. And cannot cook for my children.

      On May 9, 2025, I bought two Frigidaire Window AC Units. I installed them in early June 2025. One of the remotes is broken. I requested a replacement twice from Frigidaire and each time I got sent a remote that looks nothing like what came with the units. They have less functionality than the original. I am not able to chat with anyone in the company other than going through their online chat agent, which is totally useless.Would like a replacement that matches what I paid for functionally, not a less functional remote.

      Hello I purchased a refridgerator from ********** in Feb it came defective it freezes every item and I cannot keep not even a can of soda as it explodes. I have been back and forth for months with Frididaire ************ I either am placed on hold for hours or I get hung up on when I need to speak to a supervisor. I had three schedule appointments for a technician to come and see the fridge. Finally after a month someone showed up who ordered three replacement parts on a brand new fridge. This part has not arrived with every day being the day it arrives. How hard it is to replace a fridge that was sold defective? ********** says its manufacturor warranty as its been under a year. Do you realize how much food and money i waste between having to go to the grocery story everyday for milk fruits veggies I have a minor child that lived with me along with a disable aunt. I go around in circles with everyone and no one is helping me. The technician has also gotten his manager involved. If the part is so delayed just replace this fridge!!!!!! I mean its was bought broken how effective would it be to replace a part if it might just break again? I mean I changed out my ******* for this fridge and let me tell you big mistake. here is the serial # ********** **********. I would love to have this money back and or a new fridgerator in reality you should reimburse me some of the hundreds of extra dollars I have had to spend on food because of this defective product that was sold to me. I am also going to write the corportate office as no email or telephone number has been provided.

      At the end of November 2024 I purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator from ******. In May 2025, the refrigerator quit cooling. After contacting Lowes, I was instructed to go through Frigidaire for the warranty. I have called Frigidaire countless times, approx once every 48hrs, with no assistance. They state they can't replace the fridge until a tech comes out, but then state they cannot find a tech in our area. We live in a rural area- I have provided them with multiple other larger local nearby cities to expand their tech search. In the meantime, I've lost all my food and am trying to keep some fresh stuff cool in a portable cooler. It is absolutely ridiculous that they are doing nothing to assist with their warranty. They also claim they will return calls or send emails with updates and have failed to do so. They do not respond to emails and they claim they cannot email a copy of our online chat. I've also spoken to them on the phone. I'm an elderly woman on a fixed income and need assistance with my fridge!

      *********** wont honor its warranty.We bought a fridge in April 2024. Filed a complaint about a faulty ice maker in January. They sent a company that replaced the ice maker. Still never worked. Water ran out of the ice maker and fried the circuits on the control panel of middle drawer. It could have caused a fire. Theyve sent 2 companies to repair. One said the fridge is unfixable but wouldnt file it to say that so we could get it replaced. We are now 5 MONTHS without a fridge. No one seems to be able to fix it. They only keep telling me theyll send the other business back out to look at it. Basically starting all over from scratch.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      We called about having this fixed well before the warranty expired. We called about the ice maker and it was NEVER fixed. 
      it is not my fault that Electrolux uses A1 Appliance with an F rating who will only submit that they were at our house and not the fact that they told us it was unfixable and didnt relay the truth to Electrolux.

      We now have a 1 yr old fridge and waiting for 11 weeks for ************************* to deliver a drawer to us.

      Horrendous customer service. I will neither recommend  anyone buy from this company, based on the run around that we have received, nor will we ever own another product under the Electrolux brand.

      We have been trying to have this fixed since JANUARY!

      How could you possibly say that youve done everything to help, when I called months before the warranty expired and it was NEVER fixed!

      Maybe you can look up file #********** and tell me what it says on your end because A1 appliance said it was filed with you and reports it was unfixable.

      I have probably called Fridgedaire ***** times to get this fridge fixed and I get the runaround every time. Always a different answer from different people.

      Date of Transaction: January 18, 2025 Amount Paid: $999.62, paid in cash at Lowes ********, ** Product Purchased: Frigidaire Refrigerator (Model FRSS26L3AF, Serial #***********, covered by manufacturer warranty Nature of the Dispute:On May 18, 2025 less than four months after purchase the refrigerator displayed a High Temperature alert and stopped cooling properly. The internal temperature reached 22C (71.6F), and the freezer progressively failed, accompanied by heavy frost and ice buildup along its wall and bottom.Steps Taken to Resolve:I followed Frigidaires instructions and scheduled a service appointment on May 19. The technician diagnosed a failure in the defrost system and ordered a bimetal sensor and heating element. However, as of today, the unit remains unrepaired, and no estimated arrival date for the parts has been provided.Despite repeated attempts to contact Frigidaire, Electrolux, and their authorized service provider (Premier Appliance), no resolution has been offered.Impact and Timeline: On May 18, I installed a TAPO temperature sensor in the freezer. From May 18 to May 30 at 6:00 PM, the sensor recorded temperatures between 3.7C and 9.5C well above freezing, confirming loss of freezer function. On that same day, I urgently purchased a second freezer (Hotpoint 6.9-cu ft Chest Freezer) from ***********, ** location to avoid complete food loss. On May 30, I purchased a new refrigerator (Whirlpool WRB322DMBM from ***********************), given the lack of action by Frigidaire.Resolution Requested:I am formally requesting a full refund for the defective refrigerator. Supporting documentation includes: ***** purchase receipt Service invoice from Premier Appliance TAPO temperature log (CSV and screenshot) Photos of internal ice buildup Screenshot of the High Temp alert All documentation is available and can be provided upon request.

      I purchased a new fridgidaire refrigerator January 2024. Started having problems June 2024. Given the run around. It's 18 months old and the compressor and mother board are shot and it's leaking freon. I paid to have someone Cone out and tell me it's not worth fixing and nobody is willing to work on this to warranty the repair. I am due a full refund or new appliance. I was ripped off and fridgidaire is a scam. I was sold a DEFECTIVE product.

      I bought a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator from ********** about 16 months ago. The freezer gets cold but the refrigerator will not. I called customer service and was told that the fridge was out of warranty but they offer a program where I pay $338.73, which I did, and theyll fix whether issue Im having. I paid the amount over a month and a half ago but now Im getting the run around about parts being out of stock. Ive called and talked to multiple representatives and havent gotten anywhere with them. My fridge has been down over 2 months now and its created a huge problem for me. I would like the refrigerator to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
