      Purchased Electrolux Fridgidaire Professional Fridge Twin and Fridgidaire Professional Freezer Twin on 4/3/23 was delivered on 4/17/2023. Cost was over $6k. Installed on 5/18. On 5/21 fridge stopped working. Sent technicians several times but parts were on backorder with no eta. Called again to ask for a different unit. Was approved on 6/26. Unit was to be delivered on 7/5/23 but was not and didnt recieve a phone call. was told it will be rescheduled for 7/11/23. It is now almost 3 months with no working fridge, no apologies and just horrible customer service,. This situation is unacceptable.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Although it is set up to be delivered today, I am VERY unhappy that it took 2 months for this to be rectified. I have lost money on this product. I was sold a lemon. Instead of receieving a replacment right away for a fridge that stopped working in 3 days I had to run around and call and waste days home. I would like a partial refund of the unit.

      I purchased an Electrolux refrigerator on January 21, 2021. In March, 2023, water began dripping from the ice dispenser on the front *********** in the freezer section was thawed. The appliance dealer who sold me the refrigerator sent their preferred repair company who reported my compressor needed replacing. That appliance dealers extended service agreement refused to repair it because the Electrolux warranty was still active on compressor parts. On April 24, 2023, the appliance store ordered, directly from Electrolux, seven (7) compressor parts to be shipped directly to my home address. As of today, July 6, I still have not received all of the parts, so I have been without a refrigerator for 3.5 months . My last contact with a representative in the parts department, who did not speak English clearly, told me that the last two (2) parts have still not shipped because they still must be manufactured. I assume parts are going to new refrigerators ahead of the 2 year old, broken ones. What a disappointment for the most expensive refrigerator I have ever purchased!

      I am rejecting this response because:

           The order was placed on April 24, 2023, by ***************** the company who sold me the Electrolux Refrigerator.  I was not the one who determined which parts were needed.  That was handled by ********** and the Electrolux parts dept.  I was told by ***** at ********** to call her when all six parts arrived at my home. 

             since April 24, I have slowly received 5 (five) of those parts, but still need part # ********** (Evaporator, Assembly, Freezer)

             Since my refrigerator is relatively new, and they appear to currently manufacture the same model as mine, it seems unreasonable that one of six parts is no longer manufactured.  Could you please verify that?

            I would greatly appreciate any further assistance from BBB.

      We purchased the Frigidaire model GRFS2853AF fridge on 5/29/2023 for $2000 and it stopped working completely on 6/18/2023. My original service visit was scheduled for 06/26/2023 and after trying to speak with Frigidaire multiple times, we still do not have a working fridge. After 18 days of not having a working unit, there has been no help or communication from this company. The wrong parts were originally sent, and even the service company cannot get information from Frigidaire on when the correct parts will arrive. Every time I try and reach out to this company, I am on hold for at least an hour and no one can provide any information on when this will be resolved. I wish I had a tracking number, but they never seem to be able to find one for the parts I have been waiting weeks on. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I would recommend no one ever purchases from Frigidaire. I would like to completely return this unit and never work with this company again, but of course they cannot accommodate any request since they already have my money. Purchase at your own risk.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have had 3 service calls, including a no show, wrong parts ordered, multiple electronic boards replaced, and spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone with technical support. From this most recent service call, the Engineer from Frigidaire said it might be a short in the deli drawer circuit board that's causing the problem and insisted on installing a new deli drawer circuit board before replacing the unit. But both the service technician and the engineer agreed that if that were the case, removing the deli drawer board should fix the problem and it didn't. So installing a new board is unlikely to fix the problem.

      I contacted Electrolux support about this FOURTH part they want to try, that is unlikely to work, and cannot provide me with any information about tracking, if it has even shipped, or when it will arrive. Therefore, I cannot make yet ANOTHER service appointment until the part arrives. I am beyond frustrated and, at this point, have zero faith in this appliance, and clearly Frigidaire has no idea how to fix it either since they are simply throwing replacement parts at it week after week. I would either like to have my money refunded or a new, working refrigerator immediately. My next step is to dispute this charge with my credit card company since I have not been able to get ahold of anyone at Frigidaire about what is going on and cannot get a working unit. I called **** back multiple times and she as well does not feel the need to return my calls. 

      I don't think asking for a new WORKING refrigerator after having one not work for a month now is too much to ask. Just because something is under warranty does not mean the manufacturer should be able to string us along for weeks and weeks trying part after part to get out of replacing a faulty unit.

      This involves a replacement for a Frigidaire Dehumidifier under a 5 year Warranty Agreement dated 14 Aug 2020. I called Electrolux stating that my dehumidifier failed to function, and I needed help, as company was coming and the basement needed to be dried. I want it near 50%, and it has been running about 72%.I called them on 15 June 2023, and reported that the unit had failed, and rushed all of the necessary documents back to them and received a reply by 15 June 2023 @ 6:31 PM. The reply stated that the replacement unit should arrive within 10 business days. By now, I have placed 9 calls between 15 June, and 05 July. Have spoken to *******, ******, ****, and others. I checked on the status several times, and found that the replacement was shipped on 20 June. There was no shipping information, as to the shipping method, or a tracking number. So on 27 June, I inquired again, and was given the same information. Still no update. Checked on 30 June, and was advised to wait until 05 July, which would have been over the 10 working days. Still no unit, so called and talked to **** on 05 July, and found that the unit in truth did not leave on 20 June, but was only the date the claim was authorized. But the unit was shipped on 30 June (this is now 16 days into the claim period) by some shipper he mentioned as R.D.C.. Still no tracking number, but wait another 10 working days from 30 June. I have never worked with a business, that was so uncooperative and misleading with information that could have been handled in a customer friendly manner. I will never purchase or recommend a Electrolux or Frigidaire item. If there was a place to do a rating here, it would definitely be a (0)!!The Zip Code for this report is *****.

      I am rejecting this response because:  

      I called in this complaint on 15 June.

      I was told that a replacement unit had been authorized and that it was sent on 20 June.

      When Iinquired about the whereabouts of my replacement unit on 30 June, they would have to check with the backroom.  I could not get a tracking number.  

      I was told again to wait another **** working days.  So, the unit never arrived by the 11th day, so I called again .  

      Now, on 17 July, I get word that due to my complaint that a replacement unit is being sent out, and I need to wait another **** days.

      On May 21, 2023 I made a purchase of a Frigidare refrigerator and electric stove through *********** The Appliances arrived at my house on May 25, 6 days after making the purchase I put a brownie to bake at the temperature that I always do regularly, approximately 20 later the internal glass of the oven exploded in the presence of my 8-year-old son. age who got scared and called me screaming and crying to another area of ??the house that I had moved briefly. Thank God the glass outside didn't explode but we were shocked at what had happened. I called ********** and they told me that ********* would take care of the warranty. When I went to see the reviews on the ********** page, I discovered that this stove model has this problem, I saw more than 15 reviews where the glass completely exploded and thank God in my case it did not happen because my son I would have been hurt. The company has sent me two technicians who have been able to corroborate the damage and I tell them that I cannot have an item that threatens the safety of my home, I am afraid that it will explode again and a month has passed and they do not want to solve the problem, they do not want to exchange the stove for another model and they do not want to return my money either. I do not trust the stove, I have sufficient evidence that it is a risk to which I do not intend to expose myself. Therefore, I want you to help me solve the problem since that company has been irresponsible in knowing that this device has this problem repeatedly and is still for sale. The first photos are of the stove I bought and the rest are reviews from the ********** page where I made the purchase.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      It is no coincidence that many consumers have had the same situation where the oven explodes the glass. You mention physical damage from possible misuse like slamming the door or fluctuating temperatures which does not apply in this case, since I am mainly a careful person and I have NEVER had a similar case in my entire life with my stove, in fact my old stove was In perfect condition, the stove that you sell is simply of terrible quality and I didn't even know it, if it were due to temperature the tray where I baked the brownie would have broken first since it was also made of glass and it was not mistreated either because I worked hard to buy me a new range. The reviews at ********** do not lie, there are many cases with the same problem and you do not accept or take responsibility for the damages and you do not care about customer dissatisfaction. And the most worrying thing is that if it is repaired, the windows could explode again and someone be injured and there they would have a huge demand, all for being irresponsible and continuing to sell defective items.

      My wife was cooking something in the oven on 06/13/2023, and noticed smoke coming from the oven and saw the element was glowing odd colors and shut the oven off. once the oven was cooled off she inspected the oven and notice a hole in the bottom of it that had melted through to inside where the insulation is. The warranty through the manufacturer is only one year however in my state the ************** there is a law called "consumer goods and ************* and implied warranty" which states the warranty has to be valid for 4 years. After providing all pictures of damages and links and pdf files from *****.gov I am still being given the runaround in resolving my issue. I have attached both the law pdf and the pictures of damages.

      Since May 10, 2023, I have made every attempt to resolve this matter concerning my father's Frigidaire/ Electrolux refrigerator in the most civil and diplomatic manner possible. However, this company has left no other option for it to be resolved without filing a formal complaint. My, 88-year-old, father purchased a new refrigerator on his fixed income September 1, 2022, from XXXX- ********** ******* ** *****. The refrigerator worked for a few months without any issues. However, in late April 2023, it was that apparent the refrigerator had issues. The issues stemmed from lack of temperature control to excessive freezing. ************** visits for repairs with dates of May 10, May 23, May 25, June 1, and June 15-- 2023 with the technician finally deeming the refrigerator irreparable based on various diagnostic test and a master technician's assessment. However, since June 15, 2023, we were given a file number regarding the replacement, and an email sent 8 days later on the next steps. To this date, we have not received a replacement-- or a CALL from Electrolux/ Frigidaire. I have made several calls to this company and received a lot of hot air-- My day's a diabetic, self-sufficient, and his current living situation holds his perishable goods in an ice-chest on the kitchen floor. Also, tracking the delivery states this product should be delivered 07/06/2023, after giving the date of June 30, 2023. What a disbelief and unacceptable form of service!! No customer should be treated with such lack of respect and disparagement.Finally, today I call the service department regarding the last scheduled delivery date, 07/06/2023only to the transferred to another company ( CRT Homes Solutions) ************ (Order #: **** 692 752) ONLY to be told the installer is on vacation until Sunday, July 9 and someone would contact my father with a delivery thereafter.My father has been without a refrigerator nearly a month and this company and its affiliations has not made any attempts in correcting this WRONG.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. *****************************, Daughter of ****************

      I bought two wife enabled Frigidaire window AC units from the *********** Upon receiving the items, the WiFi feature would not work. I contacted Frigidaire for assistance repeatedly, and other than lugging units too heavy to lift back to *********** they had no suggestions. Two months after purchase, one unit started to make a horrible metal scrapping noise. I contacted Frigidaire again as the units are still under warranty, and once again, they tried to tell me it was Home Depots problem. These units have not functioned properly since they were received. Charging an extra $100 for WiFi when the app doesnt work is fraudulent, and failing to repair or replace units under warranty is also problematic.

      On 4.13.23 I purchased a Frigidaire Gallery 821287502A from Hot Deals Appliances. I paid $1199.00. The next morning, I found that it had been leaking. I called the store, and they said it was under warranty and to call Frigidaire. I called Frigidaire. The refrigerator stays cold, but I can't use the ice maker or the freezer. They have been out 10 times. **************** told me it would be resolved in 7 working days. Today I spoke to supervisor ***, who said they would not replace it as it could be fixed. She said she would send ********************** out again on 7.13.23 to put in a sensor. I told her *** has been out 9 times and the last time he was out he put in a sensor. Frigidaire is very nasty. ********************** is very nice, so is Hot Deals Appliances.

      Issue: Frigidaire refrigerator bought in ******** appliances and received last year 2022 September, the ice maker stopped working and frost is building up behind the vegetable's drawers. Ruining vegetables and anything that sits against the back of the fridge.I started contacting customer support since February this year, after many attempts of fixing the fridge by their contracted company (******), the problem persists today June 2023 (another tech visit) and even more added problems like intermittent noise in a fan somewhere. The resolution once again was to order another part that *** not even be part of the original problem.In summary, 19 emails to ******, 7 calls to Frigidaire/ Electrolux, not counting the ones they hang me up or left me waiting. About 6 technicians visits, many damaged vegetables and milk products. All this started in February this year. Still no ice, frost is building up and fan making intermittent noises. ******************

      This is just a general response to a complaint, no investigation about the case was done before sending the answer.. 

      I do understand that is under warranty and repairs attempts are expected to solve the issue.. We are doing so since February about 7 visits and many parts replace and e la the appliance still have the same issue and still waiting for about 2 weeks yet for another part.. Vegetables keep freezing, no ice.. and now even another problem...

      Waited a couple of days before sending this reply to see if anyone was going to at least contact me.. And again nothing...

      I am rejecting this response because:my apologies *********, but once again it seems you are just buying time to properly address the inconvenience that it has been again sin February..

      The part in question (which won't fix the problem) since HArTA technician was not able to access de diagnosis mode when told by the Master tech (someone from your side). So the part is just for that, accessing the diagnosis mode and who knows what that will report after, was supposedly order 2 weeks ago by ***** which should have been already on hand, no you told me that the part will be sent to me, but no shipping information provided nor a timeframe, which like I said is just buying time.. 

      Once again, I know is under warranty and repairs are the logic path, but really that doesn't mean that you guys have a year to fix the issue... 

      Note: is funny how different information is provided when between you and the Tech company.
